I was extremely pleased with everyone I dealt with at T-Mark. I would call them again and would recommend them to others. They were prompt, courteous and professional. They explained things clearly to me, did not try to sell me services I didn't need and the prices were reasonable

Still waiting for company to schedule. Purchased over a month ago and have not been contacted. But my account has been charged of course. Not real impressed with the WNY businesses I've dealt with here on Angie's List.

Set up an appointment for a certain time. Over a week away. The day of the appointment 15 minutes after a no show, I called the company. Oh well yeah um, we are busy with emergencies. I ask why didnt I get a call? Oh um we were just going to call. There is a chance we wont make it to you today. REALLY???? WHY did I take off time to set up an appointment? HAD they called I could have found someone else, and then just to say well we might not make it, I said thats unacceptable and the lady on the phone said Well thank you for understanding I will try and get back to you and HUNG UP? Really???????

It was one of those online Deals that I got and it was $49.99. Around in this area, a lot of the heating companies, especially going into winter time, they offer the same special. There were some issues with their punctuality, but it was a bad weather day on the day that they came. I would use them again. As a matter of fact, I have used them twice after that time.

This is what Angie's list reviews are for. First of all, the lady who contacted me was professional and nice. Really a pleasure to deal with, and nothing but good words for her! But then the serviceman is another story. I needed 2 lines to cap off and a sink removed, a fairly easy job that shouldn't (and eventually didn't) cost much time or money. The guy came in, told me it was a complex job and he had to do this and that. It would take much time, yada yada yada bla bla, and it would cost me at least $350, if not more. I started laughing. I'm not a plumber, but I do know some basics. I told him 'no thanks'. Had another plumber out that same day, who was in and out in less then 15 mins and charged me $75. Lines are capped and sealed, sink is removed.

They took my call at 10pm for emergency drain clog with water backing up in basement. Answering service said they would dispatch someone. An hour and a half later, I called back and they dispatched again. Twenty minutes later, called back and they contacted owner, who said no one was on duty that evening. "Most of the time," there is. Could they not have told me that before I spent two and a half hours mopping and hauling buckets??? I could have called someone else. Don't advertise 24 hour service is you cannot provide it!!

I just purchased a turn of the century home in Buffalo. There were known problems with old water pipes in basement, and hot water heater over 20 yrs old. Considered options for water heating, and T-Mark recommended against the more expensive solutions (indirect off boiler or tankless) given our needs and high cost - good advice). Pat did the work in a day and a half. Re-routed pipes, place new copper, cleaned up the rat's nest of pipe so that we have a modern, well constructed pipe system. Now I sleep better at night. He took the extra time to be sure all valves were labeled so we can quickly find everything. He helped me trace gas lines and label so we are very confident about that. He also helped fix a couple faucets while he was here. Cleaned up very well. Nice, professional, very hard working. Came right when promised for estimate and for the work. Price reasonable - given the large amount of work done.

I have a condo built in 1980's with a dishwasher with a drain and water supply in the middle of my kitchen. I am in the middle of a kitchen remodel and want to move the dishwasher next to the sink. Kevin from T-Mark dealt with a faulty valve and went the "extra" mile to insure I could place my island where I wanted it. This is the third time I have used their service and have been happy each time.

The first challenge was to remove the old faucet, which was in a hard-to-reach place and becoming rusty underneath. It was out in less than a couple of minutes! Then, Kevin installed the new faucet (one of those with touch on/off technology) and, to my surprise, everything worked well in the first time!

When I called T-Mark to set up the appointment, I was told that I was third on the list, and that the time was set for between 10am and 12pm. Around 11:30 the Tech had not yet arrived, so I called T-Mark to make sure that I was still on their list for the appointed time. The female who answered the phone informed me that I was and that she was going to contact the tech. She did so, and then informed me that he was running behind because of an emergency, and that he would be at my residence a little later. I asked, how much later; and she stated between 3pm and 5pm. The Tech called me around 3pm and stated that he was on his way and that he would be here by 4pm. He did arrive by 4pm. I led him to the furnace in the basement, then went back upstairs. Then I asked him a question about my thermostat; and stated that I may need to purchase a new one. He then looked at the thermostat, removed it from the wall, put it back together and went back to the basement. A few moments later, he returned to the thermostat, and stated that it was not working. I told him that it was working before he took it off the wall. He said, "oh, yeah. Went back down to the basement, and I heard the furnace start up. A few moments later, I heard 3 loud banging sounds (I did not go down to the basement, as I assumed he was just banging the cover back on the furnace) Then he came up, stated that I was all set and that he was going to his vehicle to write up the invoice. I asked him if he had vacuumed the furnace or applied any lubrication (as I did not hear any type of machine running when he was down in the basement) and he informed me that that type of furnace did not require lubrication. After he came back from his vehicle, I showed him my Angie's List receipt and pointed out to him all that it stated that was to be done. He said that it had been done. So I signed the invoice and away he went. I did not go back down to the basement until the next day after I returned from work. I noticed that a large beam was lying on the basement floor. I assumed that that was what the 3 loud banging noises were that I heard the day before, as the beam had fallen against an old water heater. The Tech was polite, but he was only there for about 15 minutes or so. I went from being 3rd on the list to last; because of this, I feel that my service was rushed.

These guys were great! Ryan came out to assess and quote 3 different concerns that I had. The diagnosis was that the hot water heater needed to be replaced (not surprising), that a timer needed to be replaced on our furnace, and he said he would send Stephen out to look at the shower and future bathroom renovation. He asked if later today would be convenient.... Stephen assessed the problem and explained possibilities and costs. Also very polite & helpful. Before the day was over Alex arrived with the new hot water heater, AND the part for the furnace. It was installed quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up what little mess was created and left me with the invoice in exactly the amount that we were quoted. That being said - I rated the price as "good" only because it's been so long since we had to replace a hot water heater, that the price surprised me - i did not feel over charged. I'm so glad I took the time to look on Angies List and found T-Mark. I will absolutely call them again!
Description of Work: Quoted (accurately), Delivered, Installed, Cleaned up after (very well) and took away the old hot water heater. Also, Replaced a problematic part on our furnace. Looked at a problem shower to be part of a future bathroom renovation.

I called T- Mark Plumbing because my wife heard running water in the Sump Pump Room and I was worried that our Pump wasn't working anymore, So T-Mark Plumbing came to the house and tested the Pump and they found out there was nothing wrong with it and because they offer free estimates there was no charge to me and all of this took a few minutes at most, I'm so glad I called T- Mark because time and time again I continue to have Great and Professional Experiences with them. I would surely recommend this company!!!

Plumber that came out was nice and skilled in his craft. Came on time for job, gave price for job. Price was not the highest or the lowest especially for traditional copper piping. As I told the lady that took my original call, I was going to have them do the work if the price was reasonable as I liked there last job. But when I told him to go ahead with the job he said he had to go to another job first and then would come back with in the hour. But he did not come back for 2 plus hours. When he started his job he was quick and efficient. But when I came down to see how the job was coming I was suprised to find him using copper pro press fittings. This was not told to me in advance as I expected at the price of the job they would have been heated and connected using traditional means. He assured me that they last and are safe. When I looked them up on line reviews where mixed and I should have been given the option of what I wanted. When job was done the plumber did not clean up after himself leaving screws and trash in sink and on floor. Including a large pile of iron pipes that we had removed. I would expect professionals to clean up after there work. When I went to pay and reminded the plumber that I have a coupon for 10 % for the special they had on angies list he refused to give me the discount on the parts as the job had $250 in parts. So he gave me $38 off rather than the $65. Later that night I called the owner and he listened to my issues and apologized. He made a very good effort to make things right. He offered to send some one out to clean up and gave me my full 10% discount. Because of his efforts I gave the over all rating of C, with out his handling of this I would had given this service call a D.

Call was answered professionally and was able to send some one out the same day. Steven was sent out and was very nice and informative. Told me the best case and worst case of what could be going on. Right away I thought he was setting me up to rake me for a high price. But that was not the case he just he just wanted to be up front. The job was not easy as the access to the drain was placed under the tub by the previous owner. But instead of giving up he was clever and used a base wrench to open the trap under the tub. He was able to snake out the drain and cleaned up when he was done. I felt the price was a little high for the amount of work done. But your paying for expertise. Would call them to do another job.
