Scheduled at 8am. No one called till 820 and finally showed up at 915. The work done was good, but price was outrageous! Over 200$ for 30 minutes worth of work. Make sure you ask rates or you will be gauged.

I found them on Angie's List. It was pricey. They did a beautiful job. The sink was intact, it was just leaking. This was the only time I used them.

Unfortunately my boiler is old and in need of replacement. I am not in the position to have that done presently. However, Mike the serviceman was thorough & specific explaining all the inadequate parts. He cleaned what he was able to & unable to guarantee "how long" it would continue to work which I understood. He explained & suggested a new boiler as soon as it was possible. Great representative of T Mark & will contact them as soon as I am able regarding prices & installation of a new boiler.

I was able to get an appointment in 3 days which was great, as it wasn't yet an emergency. The plumbing technician, Kevin was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very informative. I was very apprehensive about the pump as I had never seen one before and he explained how it worked and what each part of the pump were for. Within 20 minutes he was able to diagnose the problem and that very day he was able to put in a very good pump for me. Other places said they would have to order a pump and I would have to wait with a pump acting badly. I am very pleased with the entire interaction and can say with authority that T-Mark plumbing is my plumber as well as my heating and cooling go to guys!! After some scheduling snafus, the tech diagnosed a wiring issue, but suggested the 16 year old furnace be replaced. After getting some competitive quotes, we wound up picking them to do the replacement, as well.
