Their price is compatible. I didn't mind paying that as long as I know, I read about them and they are fantastic. I've called the Better Business Bureau. I've called, you name it, to rave about them. I'm the type of person who doesn't do it right away. I look at you, I look at them and look at somebody else and put all of the things together and make up my own mind. I call them up, the way they talk to me on the phone. The way they come to me, the way they tell me what to do, anything and it was good. I highly, highly highly recommend them. The install took less time than expected. They cleaned up after they were done. Unfortunately, something malfunctioned in the new hot water tank and they had to come out to replace a part (the day after it was installed). They were very easy to get a hold of and came out right away to look at the tank which I appreciated.

These were actually two separate jobs done on different dates. Both times the employee they sent over was on time, courteous, and handled the situations well. I would certainly hire them again for future jobs as their pricing is quite fair and the customer service has been great.

Garbage disposal was OK, they up the price of the unit a lot. A couple of weeks later I needed the faucet replaced, this time I provided the faucet. That evening the tenant told me the garbage disposal didn't work and when she reached under the sink she got a shock. They returned and used MY insulation tape to tape the NEW garbage disposal back together AND charged me for the visit. The disposal worked an hour before the faucet replacement. I am giving up and buying a new garbage disposal and I am looking for a new plumber too! They do show up on time though.

Technician was very nice and performed the work requested without trying to sell me anything as he said it was in great condition. That is why I love T-Mark! They never try to scare me into buying things I don't need. I will only ever use T-Mark/24-Hour Heating and Cooling. They do a wonderful job ALWAYS!!!

They responded quickly to my request, provided a written estimate, and gave me a date the work would be done. They did the work that day and then backfilled the excavation the next day. I was at ease because it was obvious they knew what they were doing. They had all the right tools and equipment at hand. The person operating the excavator (I think it was the owner) did a great job. After it settled over the winter, it was within a couple inches of being level with the rest of the yard.

Everything went very well. The technicians informed us that the old hot water tank could be repaired but needed new parts. Because the cost of the new parts were so expensive we opted for a brand new water tank. The kitchen sink faucet was replaced with a high-quality faucet. My sister can now use her new apartment-sized washing machine without any leaking.

Plumber was fast friendly and informative. I will absolutely be using them for all of my plumbing issues moving forward.

Within 3 hours T-Mark plumbing was at my house, they had to replace some plumbing and other things like water values, etc. Both service techs were great and explained the new hot water tank to me. I have used their service to open my main drains a couple times. Actually called a few places but they were the most reasonable. They did not take the coupon presented as they stated not for hot water tanks???

Appointment was for 2:00 pm - got a call that the prior appointment was quicker than originally thought and if I was available, he could be there by 1:45. He not only checked the Trane furnace thoroughly, but also the attached humidifier, which needed a new screen. The entire check-up took about 30-45 minutes, which was well worth the $29 coupon price.

This company was running a special thru Angies List so I thought I would check them out, since I had not used them in the past. I was very pleased with the service they provided. Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable about my older furnace. I plan on contacting them in the future for my boilers in the main house.

He arrived on time and was very helpful.

We made our appointment and were given a 2 hour window. Greg called 10 minutes before he arrived, arrived on time, and was very professional and helpful. After servicing the boiler, he took the time to walk through the house with us (we recently bought it) and explain how the boiler works and how we could expand it in the future. Plus, the receipt had a tune up special offer of $49 for future use. We'll be calling T-Mark next summer to get our boiler ready for another winter!

Just fine (details above). The cost of the checkup was $29. The cost of the humidifier (a large, more effective, one) was not cheap....about $575 bucks.
