Excellent! I have used them in the past & was always satisfied. When I called asking them to re-check work done by another contractor they came out the same day. I found they offer 2nd opinions on any HVAC work at no charge. My furnace was found to be free of leaks and in great working order! Kudos to T-mark and Matt.

Estimator was unable to evaluate whether either unit was repairable, so could only estimate replacement cost, not repair cost. Estimated cost to replace the water heater was $3200, with a $300 discount, making it $2900. I know from online research and speaking with other experts that this price is extremely high to replace a 30-gallon water heater. The price should be in the $700 - $1500 range. I decided against using T-Mark because it appears that they were trying to take advantage of me, and I would not use them in the future.

Jim Landsman was the technician who performed the services at my house. After giving the quote, he came over the next day with the necessary material and tools to perform the services.. He was very professional, did a good job and cleaned up well after the work was done. Extra appreciation to fix the broken shower faucet handle which other plumbers over the years could not find parts to fix.

It didn't, because no work was done. Appt was for between 330 - 500. I called at 515, they JUST found out he was running late. Didn't show until 615, no apology. I understand things happen in this business, but I've never had someone not apologize for being so late. Usually get a call as well. I started contact with the company via a chat, explaining that I wanted a battery backup sump pump. I shut off water when I go on away, so that kind wasn't acceptable. She took my information and I got a call a while later. AGAIN said I wanted battery backup, no problem see you Monday. When the plumber finally showed he said he doesn't install battery ones. So why did they waste my time twice? Then as he was leaving he said a service call was $42, which was a nice try but never mentioned in the chat or call. I never do business with those who can't make an honest estimate (5 minutes!!) without charging me for it. I told him my wasted time was worth more than that, so he left. He must be doing well to be so rude and inconsiderate.

OK, however, machine and cutter appeared old and slow. In over 30 years at this home, this was first time we ever had service performed without there being fine roots brought up to ground level through access to sewer. So, we would not be surprised to have same problem occur and need repeat service soon.

Ok This is the most honest review I can give at 1:00 am on the same night that I received a service call from Ryan who is apparently the owner or one of the owners of T-mark. I spoke to the young lady on the phone and received a call from Ryan in about 20 minutes from the time we spoke. I needed someone to come out on a commercial service call and I was not sure what to do as I am not a plumber. They told me Ryan would be there between 4pm and 6pm and at 5:34pm he shows up. Nice enough guy and in fact very nice and this was a layup for him, in and out in about 20 minutes. It turns out that it was a pilot light that was out and I felt like an idiot. I was under the impression that it was an electric start model after speaking with a friend of mine. This is something that all people should know how to troubleshoot for themselves but it is more of a reflection on me than him. I paid the $89 service fee and with tax it was about $97. In fact I was very appreciative of the fact that they did not charge me an after hours fee or some type of emergency fee. I was kicking myself because it was an expensive lesson and I chalked it up to experience. Thought it was nice of him to tell me that everything looked good and that I might need a Thermocoupler I believe is what he called it and that might have been about a $250-$300 job. He said if the problem happens again always feel free to give us a call. My mindset at the time was that I had just dodged a bullet because the temperatures were supposed to be brutally cold and I wanted to avoid the pipes freezing in the building. I went down to check on the boiler at about 11:00pm and much to my dismay the system was off again. I put new batteries in the thermostat and and tried turning the system on and off but the pipes were stone cold coming out of the boiler and now I was extremely concerned. I had just paid someone $100 to do a job and that job was to give me heat for my building. I realize that nobody got rich but even with drive time and actual work time Ryan had committed about 30 minutes of his time to the project and if I needed a Thermocouple or a cleaning or a new pilot light or anything, it should have been done at the time he came out and so I called the business number and from 11:00pm to 11:30pm I tried to get hold of someone at the business. It said it was open 24 Hours. Oh and I did try to light the pilot light but it was not lighting and I figured that maybe I was doing something wrong. Could the gas line be frozen? Could the gas line be blocked in some way? I finally looked at my phone and tried to call one of the numbers that called me back and I finally found Ryan's Number in my phone and called. The voicemail said that I have reached his phone to call the office. That same number that I was on hold for about 30 minutes off and on. Did I mention that they are supposed to be open for 24 HOURS. I called Ryan's number again and this time he answered and the conversation went a bit like this. I said hey Ryan it's Paul and you were over at my building about 6pm. I layed down next to the system and had him on speakerphone as I am using the same phone as a flashlight. I was trying to get in there and see what was happening and describe and Ryan says "he was kind of in he middle of something". I am thinking that maybe he is on another job because it is bitter cold out and I had been without heat for most of the day but this is night time and I am really concerned that my pipes are gonna freeze. His EXACT words to me WERE " If you are worried about your pipes freezing than maybe you should call ROY'S " and another company that I can't remember. I was out of my mind at the time as you can Imagine but he told me he was going to sleep or somehow that was mentioned and I just shook my head and said to myself REALLY? Did he just tell me to call someone else? Is he not opened 24 Hours just like ROY'S. By the way, I am waiting for ROY'S as I write this so you can Imagine that it is 1am and I was just serviced by a plumber 7 hours ago who appears to have the same credentials as ROY'S but got his easy $100 and then when the problem persisted, he would not stand by his assessment of the situation and told me to call someone else. Kinda makes me want to stop the credit card payment but I guess that would not be right because he did show up and did get my system started. But I would have gladly paid more to get it right. So the moral to this story is when you need a good plumber for heating and cooling work call ANYBODY BUT T-MARK. I hope this helps you make the right decision on your choice of plumbers or HVAC people. I certainly hope that Ryan got a good nights sleep and I know this critique which I will duplicate for YELP and any other media will cost him way more than the $100 I paid.

Steve was great. He explained everything he was doing and gave me advice on how to fix things in the future. The kitchen sink just needed tightening and the trap in the bathroom sink needed to be cleaned. He advised me that I could purchase a faucet on my own for the bathroom faucet and they could install it in order to save me some money. He also advised the part I needed for the shower and that I could call Moen and get it for free. Once I had the new faucet and Moen part, I could call T-Mark to come back and install.

T Mark have done work for me before and got the above rating then also. This time I called them because I thought my hot water tank was leaking. I called at 1:30pm and the technician arrived at 2:45pm and quickly determined the problem did not stem from my tank. He spent about 30 minutes finding the source of the leak which turned out to be from the base of the chimney. To determine this, he opened up the a/c unit, followed all the plumbing pipes, checked the upstairs bathrooms, dishwasher, sink etc., he even pouring a cup of water on the basement floor to determine the flow pattern and finally gave his diagnosis and advice on how to remedy it. When I asked for his invoice, I was told, "I came to fix the water heater, it wasn't broken, so there's no charge!" I was stunned. I will call these guys anytime and recommend then highly.

Plumber came as promised, indicated that this might be a difficult problem and said he would contact the manufacturer of the shower set for advice and call back within a day or two. When we hadn't heard anything in a week, I called to inquire and was told that the plumber would be given a message. Three weeks later, we still haven't heard from them and had to hire another plumber to handle the job.

Obtained a quote from T-Mark Plumbing Heating & Cooling. Very expensive to dig a hole 2' deep and about 3' x 3' to expose the drain piping and make associated repairs. I personally dug out the hole in less than one hour to expose the drain piping. Ultimately, the Town of Amherst completed the repair as the problem was associated with the town's piping. Total repair time from the Town was 90 minutes. T-Mark quote was for over $1700 to fix...exorbitantly high.

I called on a Thursday. I had a serviceman show up to inspect the old unit on a Friday (bear in mind, this was in the middle of Winter). They were able to replace the unit the following Monday morning. The two guys who replaced the unit were both courteous and professional. They did forget to bring a replacement hose for the new unit, but did offer to replace it the next day or keep the current hose with a discount. I opted for the discount. They did call and check up a couple times to ensure we were getting adequate heat from the line. Would hire again.
