T-Mark Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric

Awful. The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Workers swearing during the repair, threatening to kill the counter person on the phone of a local hvac warehouse. Installed humidifier during new install. Technician did not know what an "orifice" was. Promptly flooded my new furnace with water. Blocked an existing home automation panel with cold air return duct to the extent of not being able to open the panel for maintenance. Absolute WORST EXPERIENCE!!! STAY AWAY

The did the sump pump but the not do it good

Plumber worked in the freezing cold to unclog my drain successfully. Plumber installed new water heater. Both services were satisfactory. Work area cleaned. I was quite happy with work both times

everything is great with TMark I only use them for my home needs I know I can count on their exspertice

Excellent, the plumber was thorough and identified a pin hole in our copper pipe. He then proceeded to repair the pipe. The service was professional, prompt and solved my leak.

It was done in a timely manner and the repairman was polite. I don’t have basement and he had to go in a crawl space to get the job done.

It was terrible! The guy that came in had an attitude and he was installing the hose that goes outside and was swearing saying my house was too old. I hope nobody hires them because they are terrible.

Jeff was not only responsive and professional, but he noted that the heater was still under warranty ( for six more months). He called the manufacturer and had them send us out a new electronic control box ( saving us several hundred dollars). He came back some days later when it arrived and installed it. All is well.

Awesome! I have tried various plumbers over the years and always felt I was being ripped off....finally found one I can feel totally good about. While there he looked at a water problem in my basement. Said it was a condensate drain on my ac unit. He unplugged the line and water issue disappeared - No charge.!

I called to get a quote and the lady said she would have someone call me back and no one called. To this day this company has not contacted me.

They showed up on time and got the job in one day. Very friendly and knowledgable.

Both the lady on the phone and the technician were pleasant and responsive. Kevin arrived on time after a call-ahead, assessed the situation and with my agreement went ahead with the work. The job was a little difficult because of the location and limited space, but Kevin got the work done surprisingly quickly. He cleaned up and left the area spotless. I would definitely call on them again for my future plumbing needs.
