Flimsy Plastic kit washers needed to be replaced with something more durable to anchor properly to wax ring to keep it from rocking. T-mark with little effort did everything needed to anchor my new throne (toilet) securely without removing it from floor.

Good they were efficient and cleaned up all the mess. Did a great job. Would hire them again. Would recommend them

It went ok. They were supposed to come back to adjust the blower but never did. The took my window air conditioner out for me which was nice but they took it with them. They were supposed to look at video to see what happened to it and never responded to my inquiries. It was a borrowed window air conditioner which I had to spend money to replace.

Extremely overpriced! Like not even in the realm of other businesses. Only reason I went with them is because I needed the work done quickly. Would never use them again. Charged me over double what other companies quoted. They are scammers and try to get the most out of you.. Their plumbers are also salesman and get commissions off of upselling. Do not use them unless money is not important to you.

The tech came on site and assessed the repairs that needed to be done saving me a ton of money by not having to replace the entire boiler with a new one.

Work was done professionally and expeditiously. Price was competitive. Very little clean-up was necessary after workers left.

Furnace was replaced promptly without any problems. We will definitely contact them again for any heating or cooling issues.

Great. They communicated well, got it done within 48 hours for what I considered a fair price for a pseudo emergency service.

They canceled half an hour before they were supposed to arrive because they said something else came up. I don't know what can be more important than a house without heat in 20 degree weather, but it showed me how they prioritize their customers.

1 st time lasted 14 days and sent another individual who found the cause of the problem which should have been caught first time. All in all furnace works now but paid 2 times for issue.
