Not well. They left the top of the septic tank open and my cat fell in and died a horrible, slow death. It took several days to find the dead body of the cat, which by then had blocked the outlet to the drainage field causing all the septic wastewater to back up into the house, causing a major flood. My dog got sick from drinking the water and now I have no heat in the house. The police just gave me a summons for foul odours and I have no means to pay the fine.

It went well. Could not be happier!

We chose to wait as it turned out to be a replacement needed. The service person gave us all options, explained the pros and cons of each scenario and was able to give us an estimate. very thorough and educational. Would use when we decide to move forward

Felt that I was way over charged for the work performed

The technician was very thorough and professional. Also was very personable.

Their rep told that I needed to buy a new unit costing thousands of dollars. I got a second opinion and had my unit repaired for $160. I felt very taken advantage of by T Mark as a single elderly female.

All went well. Offered a great financing product at 0% interest. Will be hiring them again.

Everything was explained to me about the installation. Unit was out of stock so I got an upgrade for same price as ordered unit. Installers arrived on time. They gave me a phone call 1/2 hour before arriving. Showed me how to work unit. Cleaned up everything. Price paid was the same as estimate. Courteous and polite sales person and installers. Would recommend and use them again.

Terribled charge me $1800 the problem still wasn't fixed and then they wanted to charge me another $6000 I got the job done for 300 by someone else.

Excellent! The guys are ALWAYS friendly, they are clean and efficient. They are honest, and I have recommended them to many of my friends.

Went very well. The installers were knowledgeable and very hard workers. It took three days for the installation. This whole project was hampered by my 100 year old house and they were able to handle it. They had to come back a few times to make small adjustments and have had no problems since.

Unfortunately, it happened in the evening and they couldn’t send anyone till the morning. They made us the first call and sent John out. He quickly find the problem and resolved it. A very friendly tech who communicated well and showed us, and our home, respect. Asked him about an issue w our kitchen faucet and he told me what I needed to purchase and then to make an appointment to get it fixed. Will definitely ask for him on next service call.

They came by and said they needed to come back due to parts availability and ghosted me. So...not sure why they're looking for a review. I have heard they do good work, but I really wouldn't know.

Very well. Always very polite and professional. Will get another check in Spring as per usual.

I was very please that the issue was related to a clogged tube within my furnace. I have used T-Mark before and have found them to be professional, honest and reliable. They never try to sell you something you do not need. Thanks

Fantastic. Here on time and did a masterful job replacing the old unit and modifying our duct system for maximum efficiency.

Excellent. Professional, timely and the job estimated of costs and time were exactly as communicated.

He was cold and definitely didn't want to be there based on our color. Said he could not re-light the pilot and we needed a new water tank and that he would contact us back he never did, but we knew that when he left. Ended up calling a different company and they actually re-lit the pilot with no problems and did not need a new water tank. T-mark please do better with training your people, racism should never be in a work place.

Great as usual. They are very reliable and do good work.

Professional & Explained Why needed part & the process of completing work

Excellent, courteous & professional - after work was done, it felt like a new house, perfect temperature throughout home, no matter what season.

Outrageously expensive, service guy was arrogant, unhelpful, would not listen to me when I told him what the town code was. They had to come back twice to get it up to code.

Quick service and very reasonable price!

Amazing job! Very professional and thorough. Will definitely use them again in future.
