I originally had them come to my house and do plumbing work. Couple weeks later I had them install a heating and cooling unit in my mothers home. They were very friendly quick and fair with the price

They were very good with everything.

Went great, they were on time and in and out in no time.

Excellent, courteous & professional - after work was done, it felt like a new house, perfect temperature throughout home, no matter what season.

I don’t recall using T Mark for my property. I did request a quote but in general I found them unresponsive and expensive.

Everything was explained to me about the installation. Unit was out of stock so I got an upgrade for same price as ordered unit. Installers arrived on time. They gave me a phone call 1/2 hour before arriving. Showed me how to work unit. Cleaned up everything. Price paid was the same as estimate. Courteous and polite sales person and installers. Would recommend and use them again.

My home has never been so comfortable.

GREAT. They replaced our very old dead boiler with a brand new state of the art boiler/tankless hot water heater combination and also got a very reasonable monthly payment plan AND they provided the forms for rebates.

They left job elements off the quote and did not reply to e-mailed questions about the quote

My drains have been working well since. No more issues with backed up kitchen sinks.

Went well and will recommend to family, friends, co-workers

The men who came to replace our propane hot water heater with a gas one were very professional. They did their work quickly and efficiently. There was a dent in the first tank they brought and with no problems, they replaced it. Any questions we had were answered. They obviously knew their job.

I was very please that the issue was related to a clogged tube within my furnace. I have used T-Mark before and have found them to be professional, honest and reliable. They never try to sell you something you do not need. Thanks

T-Mark did an excellent job. From initial visit to having a new furnace installed. The T-Mark team were all very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I have used them for plumbing and HVAC issues. I will use them again and highly recommend T-Mark.

Terribled charge me $1800 the problem still wasn't fixed and then they wanted to charge me another $6000 I got the job done for 300 by someone else.

He was cold and definitely didn't want to be there based on our color. Said he could not re-light the pilot and we needed a new water tank and that he would contact us back he never did, but we knew that when he left. Ended up calling a different company and they actually re-lit the pilot with no problems and did not need a new water tank. T-mark please do better with training your people, racism should never be in a work place.
