So, they just said that they won't do that, but they scratched it up to clean it, and re-surface it. It just failed, it wore off almost immediately and it was worse than it started. So we said start over, so they did that, but what they left behind is not what we started with. So, our floor is actually in worse shape than we started, so we're done arguing with them. It was just awful, and we just gave up.

My real estate agent said I should pull up the carpet in the office and replace it because there was no freaking way it was going to come clean. I had already scheduled Stanley Steamer for that afternoon, so I decided I'd see what happened. I was amazed - it came out looking great (trust me, it was absolutely disgusting), my house sold two days later. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

Great! Made appointment online and saved 10% by doing so. was able to get appoint when I wanted it. Team was on time, called beforehand as well as night before. Took about an hour start to finish. All stains gone. Stains were from dog throw up, and a couple laundry detergent spills. All came up great. Would definitely use them again!

They arrived on time. They quickly prepared the rooms for cleaning. They were polite and courteous and went about their work very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

They were alright. The service went well overall. It was very good. The carpet drying time was long; it was two days, but the carpet was clean. They were good. Their price was in line with everybody else. They were quite good. I would use them in the future.

The team of two people called to let us know they were on their way and they arrived on time. They asked questions and discussed the whole process with us. There was some adhesive from painter's tape on the floors that they were not able to remove and they pointed this out and made some suggestions on how we might remove the adhesive without damaging the finish on the floor. They worked efficiently and still did a thorough job. We would be very likely to call them again if the floors require more than the usual maintenance mopping, as well as for upholstery cleaning.

Very disappointed. When the job was completed we discovered that a $300 iPod was missing.

They did some detailed things like gum removal in the carpeting. They were very neat and had with special covering on their shoes. I thought that the price was reasonable. They were highly professional but the quality of the cleaning was average. I may not use them in the future because of the quality of the cleaning.

I was very happy with the work they did and the price. They brought in a huge sander so that no dust gets into the house. The vacuum sucks up all the dust before it leaves the sanders. It is a big plus, which is clean, quick and efficient. I would recommend their cleanliness, quality, punctuality, and professionalism. It was a great experience. I would recommend them. I would probably have them back for some hardwood floors to be done.

We had carpet cleaning, furniture cleaning and tile floors cleaned. Used them several times. Best carpet cleaner we ever had and they dont pressure you into taking more services than you need (scotch guard, deorderizing etc.) Can schedule your appointments on line. Only negative is that the floor ceramic tile cleaning is excellent but too expensive.

We liked them because they were on time and they listened. They absolutely responded to needs and were very helpful in many ways. They offered very good advice and their work was excellent. We would tell other that they really listened to what our needs were and responded.

I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN SCREWING UP MY HOUSE! THESE BOZOS NEVER PUT THE VENT COVER BACK IN AND MY FURNACE WAS NOT WORKING WHEN THEY LEFT. AND ! AND ! AND! THERE IS STILL A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF DUST APPEARING ON MY COUNTERS AND SINK EVERY TIME THE FURNACE IS RUNNING. SO VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WENT WITH STANLEY STEEMER AND NOT A "FLY BY NIGHT" THINKING THAT I WOULD BE BETTER OFF. WRONG WRONG WRONG...........NEVER NEVER AGAIN

The people from Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner showed up on time. They cleaned the rod. They moved the furniture around although they did not move some pieces that I thought they would do. The rugs looked fine when they had finished. They were very good.

I called for a quote and was happy to hear there was an immediate opening the following day. I reviewed the process with the person on the phone to be sure I understood exactly what was going to happen before they arrived at my house. The following day the called me 30 minutes before they arrived, and arrived right on time. Walked throught the house pointing out each of the registers. They showed me the condition of any of the ducts I wished to see with a camera scope dropped down through the duct work. They had to drill some holes in the ducts in the basement which is typical for this service, and got to work right away. The entire job took them approximately 2 - 2.5 hours. They cleaned up, and were very polite the whole time. They answered any questions I had along the way. They showed me the vertical ducts after the cleaning, but I did not get to see any of the horizontal runs in the basement before they removed the camera. They ensured the furnace was working correctly before leaving. The only negative was that crew doing the work informed me they no longer used a rotating brush in the cleaning process as indicated by the person on the phone and their website. Instead they use compressed air through an "octupus" attachment. The sales people and website should be updated to indicate this.

Stanley Steemer called several times to confirm the appointment time and even called to see if they could come about 30 minutes early. The two technicians, Andy and Lawrence, were very courteous and professional and worked very efficiently, did a wonderful job in a timely manner. We will definitely use the services of Stanley Steemer in Cheektowaga for all our future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

They were very prompt and courteous. It was an emergency situation, and they responded right away; being able to have them also cart off the debris was amazing. Overall, they really remedied a stressful situation.

I scheduled my appointment online for the same day. They called prior to coming and warned me they were on their way. They actually came earlier than scheduled. They completed work quickly and were even nice to my dog who was very reluctant to leave the room.
