Description of Work: Built a low stone retaining wall around back yard garden beds. Did various other small adjustments and modifications to yard, such as leveling existing flagstone path, and providing advice on how to solve drainage problem. Left yard in "finished" condition. Very impressed with sincerity of Pinelli brothers, who seem to care deeply about customer satisfaction. The men working for them were polite and respectful as well as skilled. Really nice guys to do business with!!

Description of Work: They were hired to landscape our yard after a pool install. Paid half in fall but they didn't start until may. Didn't use the bricks we requested, made the walk too small and miss matched. Tried to substitute cheap plastic retaining wall for the metal we asked for. Didn't take our old pipes like agreed. We refused to pay the rest until the job was finished. When they came back to make the brick walkway match the length of the shed, they used another old worn our brick that didn't even match the first two bricks...different color...different size..and old. Too expensive for so many problems
