Description of Work: They installed a furnace. They were very responsive to our needs and concerns, changing the place of the furnace to address all our concerns. They were punctual, had all the needed parts with them, and completed the installation quickly. I used them on the recommendation of a neighbor and would call them first for any heating or air cooling needs in the future.

Description of Work: My old furnace stopped working. Mr. O'Donnell came over right away and did something to make the furnace work until they could install a new one. Had a great experience when they installed the new furnace. They were very professional and did not leave anything that I had to clean up. My old furnace was loud and I can't even hear the new furnace. I can't wait to see the savings on my heating bill.

Description of Work: They came to install a wall furnace for my family room. Originally I was told that they'd be here between 8:30 and 9:30. When I got the reminder call, I was told between 9:30 and 10:00, but they didn't actually get here until 10:45. They did a fine job of taking out the old furnace and putting in the new one. They were pleasant and friendly and hard-working. But, when they were finished there were a lot of pieces and dust on the floor, and they asked for a broom to sweep them up. I had no broom, and I was surprised that they didn't have one either. So they picked up some of the larger pieces and left me with the mess to clean up.

+ -1 moreThe company kept to the estimate, it was no higher nor lower. They did an efficient job. The furnace is running well. I had a slight problem with water leaking from the furnace and Jim O'Donnell came out to the house to look at it.
Description of Work: O'Donnell Heating installed a Lenox furnace and humidifier. The workmen came out, installed the furnace, cleaned up. Later that day some people picked up the old furnace.

+ -1 moreWe called O'Donnell on Christmas day due to furnace failure and was told by James O'Donnell that he had 18 other calls ahead of us and would not be available until the next day. We called another company who sent out a rep later that day. It was necessary to have it replaced. The next day I received a call from Mr. O'Donnell who, after introducing himself, said, "I guess that you don't need my services?" I said no, and that we had contacted another company and he then told me that I needed to take a class in business relations and that if I say I will call someone back I should do so. I told him I didn't know what he was talking about and he said that we were supposed to call him back to let him know if he was needed. He then asked if our furnace was replaced, I said yes, he laughed and hung up. Later an inspector came and told me that someone made an anonymous call for improper furnace installation. Only Mr. James O'Donnell knew of the replacement. I won't contact him again...

+ -1 moreThe owner himself came out to do the estimate, stopped in several times during the installation, and even pitched in to help the crew finish up on a Saturday. Crew was very professional and considerate in cleaning up thoroughly. I am very satisfied with the work and the results.

+ -1 moreODonnell Heating & Cooling told me what the problem was, and I did not feel like I was being taken. They offered great service. They called the day before, to say they would be here. I was very satisfied.
Description of Work: ODonnell Heating & Cooling checked our air conditioning unit, because it was not cooling properly. They put in three pounds of coolant and also replaced the filter for our furnace.
