They did a good job. One worker, Mike, in particular did a great job. He was a real artisan. He was very precise in some of the areas in which he worked.

The whole job went smoothly. Everyone from Mario and Son was friendly and helped me get the look I wanted, even though they did not think I should have the tile go around the window or the border go at the bottom edge. I am very happy with the results.

Job never started for me to say their quality of work. Had to use someone else.

Price was reasonable compared to some other prices that we got from others. One estimate was much more expensive and the other was really cheap, I thought. They measured and estimated. Very punctual. Got the job done in 3 days. Had a few problems with workmanship at first. After 2-3 weeks some wall grout cracked. Called Patty with concerns and she was right on it! They came back and fixed everything. In the end, a good job but just a little sloppy. Some of the small glass 1 inch accent tiles were installed a little crookedly and had we some pinholes in the wall grout which they mostly fixed. (I fixed a few that he missed myself with the leftover grout). Noticed that the color of the grout on the floor dried unevenly. It dried chalky white in some places. I spoke with Patty. She suggested mopping the floor a few times with water and vinegar. We finally made an appointment when mopping did not help very much. 2 guys came and were able to fix it in about 30 minutes with some 15 year color enhancing grout sealer. Now the floor looks great. We had some problems but they made good. Patty was very professional and eager to help us with the few situations that we did have. Very good customer service. Thank you Patty for your help! Our new bathroom looks nice.

Their work is excellent. They are prompt and came when they said they were going to. Their quality is fantastic and I will be using them again. I think their price is a little high.

The ceramic tile was white with handpainted tiles to add to the beauty of the design. I knew nothing and the company designed the layout and tile placement. It is many years later and tile and grout are as beautiful as the first day.

They came when they said they would. I am very pleased with them. They did what they said they would and worked very hard.

I spent $2500 on that work. The job was great. They were on time and were neat. They worked continuously till the work was done. The customer service was great and professionalism was very good.

They were superior and wonderful. I couldn’t say enough about them. Service, and quality of service was excellent.

My wife went out to visit them but she wasn’t sure what she wanted to have done. We didn’t get anything done by them but they were very good. Mario is the owner and he himself came out to look at the stuff. He was very professional and easy to deal with. He obviously has been doing this for years now. He really knows what he is talking about and doing. He was very responsive and showed up when he said he would. He measured everything when he came in and told us what he was going to do. There are a lot of quite nice people in that business. He called us to inform when he would come out and was here on time. My wife and I both liked them a lot. If need be, then we would use their services in the future.

We loved them, they were great. The price was great and he did a beautiful job. He cleaned up after himself and he came back the next day to make sure he put the caulk down.

Work was done on time and to specifications. Trim could have been matched slightly better, but not a big deal. On other jobs I have considered their estimates seemed a bit pricey.

We hired these guys to put ceramic tile - in our main bathroom floor. They did a great job, were very courteous, knowledgeable, arrived on time, etc. The woman in the store was very helpful too (and patient!). GREAT JOB! Highly recommended.

An estimate was given very quickly (within two days) after I had first contacted Mario and Son. The installation was done quickly, efficiently, and well. There was one complication with the job. Delivery of the linoleum to Mario and Son was delayed due to shipping problems caused by a winter storm that affected their supplier in the Midwest. Mario and Sons phoned me immediately to tell me about the delay and how it would affect the start of the job. They immediately rescheduled and completed the job within two days. In short, I was very satisfied with their professionalism and workmanship. I will be contacting them in the spring to install new subfloor and flooring in my kitchen.

There was a disconnect from what was described during the quote and measurement process and the installation. This led to the shower being smaller than expected. Some modifications were made which made it much better, but were still not as initially described. The tile on the walls looks very good and was installed well. It makes the room look big and impressive. The tile on the rim up to the ledge for the shower door was not well installed and looks uneven at the top edge. They also promised to leave extra tile and grout for future use. They left the tile samples, but did not leave the grout sample. I called and left a message, but did not hear back.

The two men that came were on time, very nice, and polite; did what we wanted and the price was reasonable.

We had Mario and Son Tile install a new floor. They really handled everything very well from beginning to end. Friendly staff and cleaned up everything.

We are extremely pleased with what Mario and Son Tile has done. I changed my mind on the border color after it was already put in, and they agreed to come out and change it at cost. I was able to purchase my own tile for them to use which most companies wouldn't appreciate.

Mario and Son does great work. It's a family run business, so they are very concerned to make the customer happy. Everything looks great, and I am very happy.
