Mario and Son where great. The crew was friendly, showed care and attention to detail. Pat made sure to check in on the project and did labor himself as well. Looking forward to having floors installed in other areas of my house with them.

Remarkable staff in the store -- very helpful and friendly and patient. Work was exceptional -- ran into a problem and owner made every effort to come out to the house immediately and quickly offered resolution -- tile work was meticulously done; I've never seen such neat grouting in all my years...hard workers -- took very very short breaks...wanted to be sure I was pleased all through the job. Pat (Owner) was delightful and understanding and willing to rectify any issues. He truly is one that wants "the customer to be happy" no matter what it takes. Sam and Patty that work in the store are very patient and kind in spite of working under tremendous pressure assisting customers with tile/floor choices. It is a very busy place but the customer is never made to feel that either of them have no time because they are "too busy". It's no wonder that so many of my friends used them for work in their home. I can't say enough about Marion & Son -- I would not go anywhere else ever for a floor or tile.

They were very helpful in beginning process,and were very clean and precise with their work. I am overall very pleased with the job.

Shoddy work. Had leaking in kitchen due to substandard workmanship - poor tile placement in tub,left huge gap between where wall and tub met non existing subfloor where toilet was etc. We recently had to redo those bathroom areas. Whenever I had someone look at the bathroom first I was asked who did this work. Would not recommend even after 9 yrs have passeI don't know the exact date just year.

I had purchased the tile from another vendor and brought it to the job-site for Mario and Son Tile to view for the original quote. Mario and Son Tile was very instrumental in helping me select the proper grade grout for this application as well as color matching the grout and selecting the correct sealer. They even recommending using schluter-strip for a professional look. The price was a bit high, but their professionalism and knowledge well justified the cost. They arrived on time and cleaned-up when they left...even sweeping and wiping down the kitchen floors and walls by hand. Very thorough. The tile I selected is a multi-level surface, so when it was all grouted (and once it dried), there were a couple of areas that looked like there was no tile...just grout. Not any fault of Mario and Sons...it's just they way the tile was made. When Mario and Sons called me to see how the install went I mentioned this to them and they sent someone out to replace a couple of tiles in the area of my concern. I offered to pay them (since I did not think it was their fault), but they corrected the issue without any additional cost. Wonderful! The installers were great. Addressed all of my concerns and seemed to really value the work they were doing. Great to talk with and bounce ideas off of. Would highly recommend Mario and Sons.

I needed a new bathroom floor and wanted the old one to be ripped up. They told me they would just install a new floor. I tried to get them to rip up the floor but he insisted that he just put a new floor over the top and caulk the edges. There was an issue with my toilet leaking because of the flooring was higher than what it should have been. They told me they didn't make any money off our job because of the plumbing issue. If they had done it the way I wanted, there wouldn't be any issues.

They were timely, professional and friendly and did a great job. I would hire again if I needed more tile work. I paid half down and the remainder when the job was complete. it was a good experience.

The quality of work was high. The crew was conscientious. I feel the project was a good value. We are planning our next project with them.

The first tile I chose was a discontinued item and should have not been on display. I had to make a 2nd trip to the showroom to make a new choice. That was annoying. The actual installation and workmanship were excellent.

The price was about $500 more than two other estimates but Mario quoted a 1.5 - 2 day job and with my wife being pregnant this was important to us. The first day they showed up at 1030 am and stayed until 4 pm, second day 830-4pm and then had to come back a third day which was very frustrating. At the end of the second day said they'd be back at 830 am and then called later that night and said it would be 1230 pm and then called the next day before showing up at 2pm and stayed until around 7pm to get the job done. If you have a job and have to take time off of work and plan on 2 days this was very frustrating. The quality of the install seems to be very good but not worth the premium price. The quote did not include materials I purchased them myself.

I am glad I chose to go with Mario's for my project. They got the job done and I know it was done right. The shower looks great and I have no problems with leaks or drainage. The installers even tore out the half completed grout that we had picked because they did not like how the colors matched to the existing grout. Then they came back an extra day to redo that work. They could have just threw it together and said and quot;That's the color you pickedand quot; but they went the extra mile and did a great job for us. Overall I am very happy with the service that was provided. I am very handy but given the time constraint and complexity of this project I left it to the professionals.

The install was fine other than the missed tile which they fixed the very next day. Getting the tile at the store was a whole other issue. They are way to busy or understaffed to carefully help any one costumer. One sales associate was finally helpful on our second visit. The other is very knowledgeable and efficient but not exactly the friendly type. Basically you need to know what you are looking for on your own.

I have had the tile replace a few years ago by a and quot;reputableand quot; pool company. The people were rude and the work was shoddy...proven by the tile they replaced has fallen off. When I called to see if they would stand behind thier work, I was told they would be happy to give me a new estimate...Why would I hire them again??? So I called several tile companies to see if they retile pools...Mario and Sons came right out, gave me information I needed, and was honest about the price. Talking with and quot;Sammyand quot; gave me confidence about hiring them. And I am so GLAD I went with my gut. Not only have they been honest, helpful and reliable during the planning stages, the workers were respectful to my property. (They spent qiute awhile biulding a and quot;trayand quot; to catch any material so it wouldn't go in the pool.) The work was delayed due to the weather, but they worked in the rain when they could to hurry the project since I couldn't leave my pool empty for extended time. The work they did is artistic! No one would ever know the tile is new. I watched as the tiler and quot;jigsawedand quot; the new with the old so to give it a perfect look. (They have taken over 3 days to accomplish what the pool company did in a few hours!! and the price was better!!!) I will have to see if the tiling lasts but I am confident it will hold up, since I have witnessed how professional and meticulous they have been. I could not be happier!!!

Have used them several times now. Kind of a family operation, with confusion in the main office at times. However, they are really focused on making you a happy customer, so if you just keep at it, they make sure you have a good experience. Best work and best price tiling services that I have found, and I have had a lot done. Had a problem with some tiles settling in my bathroom floor, they fixed it for free 2 years later, with no hassle. I hate any hint of misalignment in tiles or flooring, and they have never let me down.

Fernanda, the office representative, was very, very helpful in choosing tile and hardwood and offering suggestions of design. When the workers were there, they were very professional. However after the tile work was done, the hardwood flooring hadn't been received in the warehouse (ordered on 3/15), so there were a few days when no work was being done. I had a move-in date of 4/13 and they finally finished (with extra workers) at 2PM on 4/12. I felt that if they could not get the flooring I wanted on time, they should have given me, early in the game, the option to choose something else.

My experience with Mario and Son Tile went very good. When were going to have some work done, but then something went wrong with our sewer, so the money we were saving for the project went into the sewer repair. They were excellent. I am going to use them, when we are able to do so.

The workers were on time, did excellent work and left a clean orderly work area
