Amie supervises a young, hip, and super friendly crew! They are prompt, thorough, communicative, and their prices are very fair compared to other services I have investigated in the Buffalo area. They are the first service we have hired, and Amie has helped us go through the process of discussing what their service does and doesn't do, and how to best collaborate with them to ensure they can do their job to the best of their ability, which I would otherwise presume to be an awkward negotiation, but Amie and her crew do it with grace!

Rosemary and her team are incredible. From the onset, Rosemary is kind, professional, patient, punctual etc.! She guided me through the process, accommodated a reschedule and even spoke/texted with me in between estimate and appt. when I had some questions/additional requests. She and her team arrived on time, were efficient, thorough, and professional. They did an excellent job! I even had a follow-up question a week or two afterward and she promptly replied. We have happily welcomed Rosemary and her team into our home.

I met with abc got estimates from 3 different companies. The owner of Made Clean was very personable and didn’t make me feel guilty about my dirty place. They communicate well, send reminders, are quick and effective. The deep cleaning made my place feel fresh again, especially the bathrooms. They also do the inside of all windows, in/out of glass doors, remove spider webs, mop all floors, scrub bathrooms, make beds, take trash to bin, even clean and flip couch cushions, etc. My bi-weekly cleanings for a 2bed/1.5 bath with dining, kitchen, and living room take roughly 30-45 minutes with a 3-5 person crew. This is definitely the cleaning company to go with for your house.

Made clean came in with a crew of five people and got right to work. I was 100% satisfied with the service and am looking forward to having them come back monthly. It was only $150 for five man hours.

When we arrived with the moving truck we were welcomed to our new home that was cleaned beyond what was expected. Not only were the floors shining, the windows and walls cleaned, and the bathroom spotless, they also cleaned my appliances, and the insides of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and the bathroom and bedroom closets. It was a relief to have everything and more done when we arrived to make the transition of moving in seamless!

Made Clean has been cleaning our restaurant for the last couple months twice per week. They do a very detailed job in a very short period of time. The crew is on time and very professional, knowing exactly what they are doing every moment they are here. I would highly recommend the service, especially for restaurant or other commercial cleaning.

During that time, I have gotten much praise for the cleanliness of my home and I owe all of that to Rosemary and her workers for their great service. The group arrived on time. The owner is head of the team. Got to work immediately. Owner explained what was to be done and how to do it. Owner introduced any new helpers. If helper finished job before others, owner had them do little jobs like dust door ledges, louvers, etc.

A group of 3 girls showed up 15 minutes early! They instantly got to work. I had prepared a list of jobs for them and they needed very little guidance, which I loved! They were very nice and friendly but didn't talk to each other the whole time. They were on the task and didn't mess around! They were done with my house in only an hour!! I am disabled and cannot do heavy housekeeping and it was so great to have my house look and smell so clean! They did everything I asked in a timely manner and did an excellent job!
