My name is Brooke Lynn and Made Clean has been cleaning my house for 8+ years. They're a wonderful family run business going on for two generations. Being that I work from home I've had the pleasure of getting to know each of them and over the years I can honestly say I view their family as life long friends. I've had Made Clean coming to my home, on and off for a few years - I've used them both on a regular schedule (pre-pandemic) and more recently on an as needed basis. Amie is always flexible and fantastic to work with - she works extra hard to find time for us on the schedule. The crew is always professional - they work quickly and efficiently and I'm always comfortable with them in my house.

It has been a great experience. They communicate will, contact before arrival. Always on time. Pleasant cleaners personable but get right to work. I am always happy with the results. They are very good at what they do. They do a better job than I ever could.

It went great! Their team of three was so quiet and thorough. I was surprised at all the forgotten spots they cleaned. 3 bedrooms,2 full bathrooms,3 stairways, living and dining room and large kitchen with a lot of details, shutters, hallways...everything is spotless in less than 2 hours. I couldn’t be happier.

Made Clean showed up on time and gave my business a thorough cleaning from floor to ceiling. By nature of my business, hair and dust builds up fast, after they finished my place looked brand new. Amy and crew arrived and when told job was in basement there was a lot of grumbling about area. Basement was empty and only a couple of shelves, floors and appliances had to be cleaned as well as removing plaster dust on baseboards, pipes and anywhere on open 2x4's. Explained what had to be done. Checked on progress regularly and each time had to ask them to redo some of the work. Estimate was for an hour of work for the team. Amy appeared ready to go and I said that was quick and she said it was 45 minutes. In a hurry to leave she took me to basement to check work. Again said that was best they could do and i understood a good part of her points but felt they could of put in whole hour to remedy some of other areas. The day after they left I opened a door they closed to my work room and found 2 piles of dirt and glass on floor behind the door. Also shelves still had plaster dust and dust in corners caked. Seems like brush attachment not used with vacuum. Seems crew was in a hurry from the start. Contacted Amy about problems a couple of days later and told i should have checked better when they were there-which I really should have done. Offered to return at full price to redo what should have done the first time. That extra 15 minutes could have made the difference since they were using a crew of 3 people.

Made Clean came to our two bedroom apartment for a deep clean to help us get ready for the holiday season. The place looked spotless, from the baseboards to the tall windows. We can't wait to work with them in the future!

Amie and crew came at appointment time and were professional and friendly throughout. The house looked great when they finished and she took me around and explained everything they did, which I really liked. I especially liked getting all my woodwork wiped down and cleaned. They were definitely thorough.

Research led me to Made Clean and the positive reviews, and my call to the company was answered immediately. Our dire situation, a moderately sized church hall kitchen left in tatters by a wedding reception, required we get someone in as quickly as possible to clean up the food on the floor, in the sinks, in the dishwasher, in the hotbox - basically, food everywhere. They quoted a reasonable price, and agreed to the job sight unseen, something they normally would not do - but given the public nature of this facility, we didn't have much choice. Someone needed to clean it for use within days, not a week! We were kept in touch the ensuing 2 days as to who would arrive, and when they would arrive. Within 2 hours on cleaning day, the crew had the kitchen spotless! I would highly, highly recommend them for their professionalism, their work, their price, and their promptness all around. While I did get slightly lower quotes, delays in hearing back from people, and getting calls from out of town to answer questions left me cold. One more reason to use Made Clean if you're in the Buffalo/esp. Amherst area in New York.
