The crew showed up on time and began work immediately. They were diligent both days of work and did an excellent job. Their quality was very good. I was especially pleased with the minimal disturbance to the lawn and sides of the driveway. In addition my wife (who was home most of the time they worked) commented that the crew was very respectful of our property and her. We would certainly recommend them.

I had an issue with my Concrete driveway that I just had another company complete 2 years ago. The whole driveway was cracking and falling apart. Kfouri Concrete came to my residence and was able to come up with a solution to fix my driveway. My driveway was only half complete. Kfouri offered to fix my problem, finish the driveway and give me a brand new garage floor for not much more money than the other company charged me to do half my driveway. They called 24 hours ahead of time and said they were coming in the morning. They offered to help with any removal of objects in my garage to start their project on time. They arrived at 6:30 in the morning and did not stop for 13 hours. They checked in all day long, asking if everything looked ok and how they were going to proceed. The first day they had the driveway taken apart, The garage floor poured and the sidewalk done in front of the house. The second day, same thing. They showed up 6:30 am and started working. A four day job that was expected, only took them 2 days because of their hard work and dedication. This company is honest and hard working. They will take the time to make sure what they are doing is correct and any concerns you have they will resolve. The disaster the first company caused on my driveway, Kfouri assured me that not all Concrete or Construction businesses were like that and he was correct. This company is genuine, hardworking and fair priced. I saw some reviews about Kfouri not getting back to them or responding. You have to be patient. This company is very, very busy and I can see why. They will get back to you, I guarantee it. Just leave a message and give them time to respond. I am so happy with my driveway and if you got ripped off by another company for your concrete, I am telling you call Kfouri. They will make it right and do any Concrete work you need ! Again I am speechless and so happy with my new Garage and Driveway. A++++++

I could not be more pleased with this company. They showed up on time and date scheduled. They were courteous, polite and careful not to break or damage anything. Hanna, Nick, Marcus and George answered any and all my questions. Their clean up was the best. Aside from a little dust, there was nothing they didn't do. I would highly recommend Kfouri Concrete.

All went well with the installation of the driveway. the cost was reasonable and similar to other estimates from reliable contractors.

The driveway looks great and work was done very neatly. They are a pleasure to work with.

The crew was very focused on the job. They protected the lawn when removing the existing concrete with their equipment and took care along edges near the house and with any other obstacles that were present. Very clean, precise edging, some of which had been with wave-like design. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Kfouri Concrete.

Excellent experience. Contracted for work in mid-late July and work completed mid-September as promised. I received bids from 3 contractors with many reviews and rating of "A" overall. Would have been ok to contract with any of them. Work included removal of old driveway and replacement. Owner provided the estimate and was easy to work with. He was on the job shortly after 7 am aand the crew was finishing up around 4 pm when I came home from work. Price was lowest of 3 estimates but all were from reputable Angies List contractors. Would highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the work and the constant updating of how the job was progressing. Hanna was responsive to our concerns that the job would integrate with the existing gardens and lines of the original driveway. We only wish that the cleanup in the street after the washing step was completed would have been better.

Proposal was signed in early summer. There was a lag of a few months between the time proposal was signed and when the work was completed. Removal of old concrete, preparation of the base and pouring of new concrete was completed in a couple of days. Not confident that they paid a lot of attention to preparing the base. Almost immediately after the job was completed a crack appeared in the walkway. Another crack has appeared in the driveway. It is diffciult to evaluate a concrete job until some time has passed. Concrete contractors disclaim any responsibility for concrete cracking. A few areas in the garage were not finished all that well. Updating review due to additional cracks appearing in the driveway. Very disappointed with the quality ofthe work. Definitely would not recommend Kfouri Concrete. Updating review again. Where the driveway meets the garage floor there has been significant heaving of the concrete. The differentail between the driveway and the garage floor is approximately 3.5 inches. Additional cracking has also appeared in the driveway.

We had a good initial response- came quickly to give an estimate and gave a reasonable quote. However, we called/ e-mailed the company several times to try to hire them to do the work and they will not respond. So we will have to hire another company.

2 days from start to finish. Company owner was present and hands on for most of the tear out, and finishing. Very efficient. Very easy to deal with.

From the first call with Kfouri concrete, i was extremely impressed. Kristiana (sp.?) was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The town of Amherst had required that we replace one of our sidewalk squares, and I called approximately 25 concrete companies prior to finding Khofuri. None of them would come out and do the work because it was too small of a job. I was in tears and at a total loss when Kfouri concrete called me back and told me of course they would do the job! They never like to turn anyone away! And that yes, they could do it within my timeline. From that point, everything went very smoothly. I truly can't speak to the price they gave me, because they were the only option I had, but I felt like it was fair. They called the morning prior to coming, and were at my house exactly when they said they would be. The owner was there supervising a crew of two men, who were friendly and professional. They were done with the job in about 4 hours, cleaned everything up and ensured the job was completed to my satisfaction. Overall, I was very happy and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for concrete work!

Responded to our phone call for an estimate very quickly and did the estimate within a few days. Once under contract, they performed on time in a professional manner. Work was superior. My wife and I are very pleased.

Work was done by owner and one helper both of whom arrived on the day and time specified. Work was done completely and professionally and cleanup was thorough. Overall rating of B, rather than A, is due to fact that contract was signed in August with work to be done in October but due to a variety of circumstances, some weather related, work was not completed until early December. Estimates were obtained from 3 companies and price for this work appears to be fair. This company was hired largely because during estimate process Mr. Kfouri seemed to understand what I wanted done , explained how he would do it and did not push anything extra.

The ownder came to give me an estimate and he was very cordial. I had a 10% discount coupon that I printed from Angie's List that he wasn't pleased about honoring, but he did. The work was completed in a timely manner, but it was a bit sloppy. I have splashes of cement caked on my siding and cement was dumped on my lawn. I had to pay my lawn service to dig up the cement and re-seed the area that was ruined. That being said, I still would have recommended this company as his pricing seemed fair and his wife was very pleasant to deal with. The problem began 6 months after the work was completed. I left several messages for someone to return my call, because I found a significant crack in the cement. I received no response, but called one day and the owner answered the phone. He assured me that he would stop by and get back to me. That was over 4 months ago and I am still waiting. I called back again and still have not heard anything from this company.

It was quite a pleasure to work with Hannah and Kfouri Concrete. At first when he gave me the quote I was floored. It was 1,000 cheaper than another quote I received and roughly 2,500 cheaper than the most expensive quote I received. I was skeptical but after reading all the reviews I decided to go with him. The day before the job was to begin he told me he would arrive at 7:00AM the next day. Right at 6:45AM his trucks came down my street. His crew did a great job removing the old driveway. The second day his crew was there at 6:45AM again and the concrete truck came shortly after. His crew worked very hard and only stopped when waiting for the second concrete truck to arrive. They finished around 3PM the second day and Hannah sealed the driveway, gave me instructions on caring for it and off he was. Now it is a few months later and my driveway still looks beautiful with no cracks or imperfections. He especially did a great job with the curves of my walkway, it looks very professional. I liked his work so much I had him re-do my mother's driveway as well. Of course he did a wonderful job there as well.

They were phenomenal. We bought a membership on Angie’s List so that we could find good contractors. I had never heard of them before and I am sure that my husband found them on Angie’s List. They are a smaller company. They are so many that are well-known but we had never heard of them before. We enjoyed absolutely everything. They were punctual. They said that they would be here at 7am and they were here at 5 minutes to 7am to start unloading and by 10 minutes past 7am they were well on their way to destroying my driveway. They came and they just got busy. But, first of all Mr. Kfouri introduced me to the crew which I really appreciated a lot and it was nice. I had met him for the estimate a year ago and he made sure I understood everything as it was a year since then. The estimate said that they would widen the driveway and he went over everything with me very briefly but very thoroughly and then they just got right to work. They worked non-stop. They were incredible and neat. I cannot believe that they used a Bobcat to take out big chunks of the driveway and did not destroy the landscaping. They moved something and picked up right after themselves. I find it rare that the contractors are so meticulous about cleanliness. The crew knew what to do and as they kept going and as they did something they cleaned up after themselves. It was unreal. They were sweeping the street and holding things down until it was clean. It was just Mr. Kfouri, his dad and two others. They just kept moving and cleaning as they went. It was just amazing. It took two days. They had to tear it up and then get everything set up. They said they would be back on Saturday morning at 7am and again they were here 5 minutes up and did a few things to get things ready for the concrete truck. My dog had an appointment at the vet and I left and when I came back they were gone and I had a beautiful driveway.

We had four slabs in our driveway that were cracked and uneven due to the roots of a nearby tree. They were unsightly and caused problems with snowplowing. Kfouri Concrete replaced the four slabs and took care of the root intrusion issue. The slabs are beautiful and the tree's health has not been impacted.

The owner gave me an estimate the same day that I called. I was impressed by the fact that when he was running a little late, his office called me and let me know that he would be there in a half-hour (which he was.) I was also pleased by the fact that he could do the work so soon due to our unusually good weather. The job was started 5 days later (completed in 2 days.) The workers were very friendly, helpful and professional. The owner was always there to confer on the issues that arose and answer my questions. The driveway and patio look great!

I contacted the Kfouri company in January 2012. I was told they were leaving to go out of town, but, he was willing to make an appointment me for when he returned. The appointment was acheduled with H. Kfouri for Monday, February 27, 2012 at 4:00 pm. I was eager to meet with him to discuss the needed repairs on my front porch. The day arrived, and I waited. I did not receive a phone call or any notification that the appointment would not be able to take place. I also have not received a follow-up call to reschedule or to apologize for the no-show. I am very disappointed. I chose Kfouri Concrete LLC because of the high ratings the company had received on Angies List. Making contact with a cutomer is the first impression for any business. This was a very poor first impression and I would not recommend them.
