They said they would show up. They didn't.

Amazing! They did a ton of work and completed it in 2 days plus a morning. I was impressed with how efficient they work. Super nice people! The driveway looks great!

I have been trying to get them to give me estimate. They scheduled me July 7th from 7-7:30 Pm. They never showed up, about 7:35 George- the son called. He said they were tied up and asked me if I still want an estimate. I called them back a couple of times during the week. George the son called me back on July 9th. He scheduled to come July 10 between 5-5:30. They never showed up, never called, and I called me several times. They did not return my calls. They were insensitive and unprofessional. Hannah now has George doing the unprofessional manners to customers. They have the same negative review on google for the same issue. I was very frustrated and disappointed with Hannah and George. I would not look to them for any potential work

EXCELLENT!!! They did a great job. Hanna (the owner) listen to me. He made suggestions & the work was done in a timely & professional manner. He put down wooden boards on my grass so his tractor wouldn't put marks on my lawn. He & his crew came when they said they would. The crew was very nice & courteous. When it was finished it came out better than I ever thought it would. Then they did a great job of cleaning up. When they were done Hanna went over everything with me. How to take care of it & what to do to prevent problems down the road. I needed a temporary fence because of my in the ground pool & even though they were done & I already paid them, the next day there they were with the temporary fence. I have recommended Krouri to my 2 neighbors & ex wife who is having a new deck for her house next year. It was great to pick a contractor & when the job was finished to be glad I did. If I ever need concrete work done again there is only one company I would call KFOURI!!

Mr. Kfouri responded quickly to my request for an estimate, was very pleasant, and quoted a very competitive price. I immediately agreed to his estimate and terms. Despite 3 requests, however, he did not provide to me a contract. I had to choose another contractor.

The work went fine. Driveway looks good. Redone sidewalk in front of the house is sloped in the wrong direction - it should drain AWAY from the house. New back porch looks nice, however it developed a 5 foot long crack in only 9 months. Three calls to the business in 3 months with NO RETURN CALLS. Would not do business with Kfouri Concrete again and would not recommend them to anyone.

It cracked after a month. I even paid to add an extra inch so it held a heavier vehicle. I heard back once. Nothing was done to fix it.

Hanna came out to add a pad to widen my driveway. Instead of the 4" pour of cement he recommended and quoted me for, I requested 5" because I have a heavier vehicle (Silverado). He said that would be an extra $350.00 which was fine with me to avoid any cracks. Within 2 months after the concrete was poured there was a crack across the cement. My fiancé and I called Hanna for weeks, then months. No return calls. I then decided to contact channel 4 (Al Vaughters). Ironically, Hanna returned my call and said he would come by the following Monday or Tuesday to look at the crack. Channel 4 got back to me and I let them know he contacted me and said he would come out to look at the crack. Well, he never showed up or called. They do not stand by their work and are not dependable at all. I would not hire him again or recommend him to anyone.

I met with 7 different companies for my new driveway and garage floor. I opted to go with Kfouri because the price was reasonable (not the highest and not the lowest) but also because the owner was so professional and pleasant to work with. They were very prompt, actually arrived earlier than expected. As one other reviewer mentioned the cleanup was a little lacking and I was scrapping concreate off my doors and walls for a while, but not a crisis. They also forgot to bury the invisible fence and were supposed to come out and add a saw cut and grout to address, but never did, again not the end of the world. As for the work itself, I must say my porch is beautiful, I absolutely love it, the color he applied is perfect. The driveway and garage were also beautiful, however within 6 months there were cracks in 6 of the panels. These are major cracks (some going the whole length of that section) and are not all connected making them separate issues. They continue to get worse and you can see where sections are going to chip out. One section has buckled and water now goes into my garage when it rains. I have called multiple times to ask what options are available to address this since it is clearly just going to get worse. I received one call back a couple months ago and was told that Mr. Kfouri would stop out to take a look and get back to me. I've made several calls since but have not received a call back. I do realize we had a tough winter and weather can be a factor, however I know 3 other people who had concrete driveways installed last year (by other companies) and haven't had any problems. Initially I was so very happy with the project and would have loved to give them a "A" rating and would have if they had only returned my calls so we could discuss what we could do next.

Meticulous, thorough, neat and professional. He and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend. Owner worked alongside his crew throughout the whole job. Many people on our street have recently had driveways replaced and ours is clearly the best job!

I was referred to Kfouri by a neighbor who had seen another garage Kfouri had fixed the slab on elsewhere in my neighborhood (North Buffalo). The original concrete slab was shattered and had sunk/settled in such a way that the entire garage was leaning, and could not be fully signed as one side of the garage was now lower and farther out than the other (walls were no longer parallel). After working with a structural engineer to come up with a plan to brace the garage with horizontal 2x8s, diagonal 2x4s and OSB on the back wall and straps to ratchet the garage straight (which I purchased and installed) he was able to come in, demolish the entire existing slab, raise and level the garage, pour a new slab and set the garage onto it in a single day. Work is clean and professional, even with some additional snags and difficulties on his end that were unforeseen he stuck to his quote and got the job done, didn't complain or try to backtalk on price.

Very well. Mr. Kfouri and crew were professional, punctual, and did a nice job. I thought the price was reasonable.

They were great on price and service. They did all the work they said they would do. So far the work has held up. They were easy to work with. I can't say anything bad about them at all. They were also the best price.

Almost 2 years ago, I gave this company an excellent rating for putting in a complete driveway and patio. However, I have since changed it. The initial work was great, but a crack has developed and it took about 2 months for me to get a verbal response about it. In addition, nothing has been done about it since the verbal response in November 2016. Very disappointed.

Overall very impressed with my new patio. Mr. Kfouri and his crew showed up on scheduled time and completed the entire job as described.

He takes pride in his work and that is okay with me. He was far from the cheapest but when it comes to my house, I am looking for the best. I grew up in the construction trades and know quality when I see it and his work is A+. I do have a crack in a portion of my driveway where I extended it but CONCRETE WILL CRACK. I understand that so it did bother me a little at first but overall I am 100% satisfied. I do not look for the cheapest when it comes to my house, I will pay more for the best and Kfouri concrete is one of the best.

They did a good job, but the clean up was a little sloppy. I had to scrape some off of the garage and house.

I found Kfouri Concrete from a job being done down the street back in July. I asked for a card and a quote and out came Hanna, the owner, personally. His professional manner, great advice about what I did and didn't need were highly appreciated. His in- depth explanation about how and what he would do made sense to my husband and I and his price was right in our budget. What impressed us the most was the 2 days it took to do the job as promised, there was Hanna, his father and his son along with the other workers. Third generation with their name on the truck taking great pride in that back breaking work. They left us with a perfect new driveway, and the job site was left immaculate. Would recommend highly!

They were punctual and professional and my neighbors who observed their work ethic have plans to call Kfouri Concrete for work in the future. I was impressed that Mr. Kfouri was present and working with his crew the entire time. I NOTICED A CRACK IN MY DRIVEWAY in February 2016, less than one year after the work was completed. I called Mr., Kfouri on February 5, 2016 and advised him that there was a crack in the driveway and asked him to call me. I texted Mr. Kfouri on February 8, 2016 to advise him again that the driveway had a crack and that i had called him twice before and gotten no response. I never heard from him. I emailed him on August 10, 2016 with a picture of the crack and again, asked him to contact me. He has not done so. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE WHO PLANS TO USE HIS SERVICE, TO GET A WRITTEN GUARANTEE ON THE WORK BECAUSE, my experience is that ONCE MR KFOURI IS PAID, YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM HIM AGAIN

Spoke to him and his son or whatever answered the phone..was told twice if get a call back and never did. Bad business

Calls were returned inside of one day. Estimate was given within a few days. They arrived very well equipped; they worked professionally, neatly and quickly. The work turned out very well. Mr. Kfouri managed to get my work done even though I called late in the season (September). Crew just showed up one October morning with no call ahead, but luckily someone was there to drive the cars out. Could have put up more barriers to pedestrians in my high foot traffic city neighborhood. I look forward to consulting them in the future.

They did great work and each time I look at it am impressed. It looks great and it was perfect. I think it was a bit pricey.

I think the owner is very competent, but stretched to thin. I agree with the previous reviewer, that all the guys did was argue onsite. He needs to take on less work so that he is more focus on customer service and getting the job done right. One item that bothered me was he stated he would provide a 4" run of crush base, and he was running out of stone, and just left chucks of concrete and ashfualt as part of the base. Now that it is spring, I have some heaving issues, in the area where he did this. In hindsight, I should have insisted that he not rush, order more stone, and not try to complete a job in 2 days, that probably should have taken 3. Also, prior to the day of work, he was VERY difficult to get ahold.... again going back to the taking on too much work comment.

Communication was really good. When you call him, he calls you right back. You don't wait for him to call you. That's what I'll use again.
