Description of Work: Did not use this company. Owner is experiencing some medical problems so his inability to coordinate his schedule was understandable. He is punctual about answering the phone calls and has a professional phone manner. However, he did not return my phone call as he had misplaced my information. When I called a second time, he apologized profusely and came right over. He made me aware of some serious medical issues that were occuring and I completely understood. There was further confusion regarding a start date and mailing an estimate. He did not produce any proof of insurance or licensing, although I did request this. I am sorry to say that I decided not to use this company as I felt I was getting the run around. Again, I preface all of this with the fact that he was experiencing medical problems and I am sure that when his health improves, he will render excellent services. EAG Kenmore, NY
