I was very impressed with them. We were doing a pretty extensive work and we wanted an accurate estimate. So it took him some time. In the meantime we got some recommendation from someone else. He came back to us more quickly and so w went with him. I left a message for him informing that I went with someone else. He called back and apologized for the delay because of some personal issues that he had. I appreciated that he returned my call. He was very respectful. He spent time when he came here to look at things and he had good ideas. He listened to me well, noted it and expanded on it. He was very punctual. He was knowledgeable without being arrogant.

Dale and his crew did a beautiful job partially renovating both our new house kitchen and bathroom. I'm the kind who does a lot of research before undertaking a project and sweats the details, and Dale was patient and professional throughout. Like all contractors, he at times becomes a little overextended, and his work may take a little longer than expected, but all contractors are like this. Most importantly, his work was beautiful. We're looking forward to the next project with him.

It went very well. They were always on time, they did excellent work, and I had not problems or complaints. Their cleanup was very good.

We are quite pleased with the work. HHI's estimate was slightly higher than others but we chose them to do the job because they were able to provide us with photos of past work as well as references. Dale was willing to listen to what we wanted and work collaboratively with us on the project. It took a while to get the project going due to both our schedule and Dale's, but once the job was scheduled it was done in a timely and professional manner. The tilework is beautiful, and they even managed to work in a feature stripe with spare floor tile that we had left over. We did have to purchase the tile ourselves but Dale gave us recommendations for vendors that he prefers to work with so that wasn't a big deal at all.

THERE WAS NEVER A PROMIS THAT WASN'T KEPT. HE WAS HONEST ABOUT THE TIME IT WOULD TAKE TO GET TO THE JOB. THEY ARRIVED AS STATED AND FINISHED WORK 1 DAY EARLIER THAN PLANNED.

We have probably used him about 4 times. He also remodeled our kitchen. He was reasonably priced. He is also a finishing carpenter, so he did a lot of the woodwork himself. He is very good at offering suggestions on ideas, as to what would work the best. He is a super nice guy. I have no problem leaving him alone in the house. I feel completely comfortable about that.

Called him based on amount of dollars and good review on Angie's List (only 1 review at the time) Came to see scope of work, said he'd get back to me in 1 week. After 3 weeks and him promising to get back to me 2 times, he didn't bother to. Scope of job must not be something he could do, he could have said so. Goes to overall performance credibility, something people should report on also as well as actual job performance.

Contractor began work on time, worked when he said he would, handled change orders and unexpected problems courteously and professionally, and did quality work.

Dale did a phenomenal job with our project. Our house is old and challenging to work with from many facets, primarily in how things were laid out by builders/previous owners. These obstacles were met with little concern and Dale was always upfront with and optimistic about any surprises our house provided. We couldn't have been more thrilled with the contractor or the results of the project. I have recommended Hibbard Home Improvement to at least ten of my closest friends and will continue to do so.

I was not very happy at all with Hibbard. The finished work was flawed, he was undependable, and the work took way too long. He said it would take 10-12 day, but it took about 3 months. I won't use Hibbard again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to.
