He was very good. We had our heater go out on Christmas Eve and we didn't know who to call. When we called him, a fellow came out and we took him for Dinner and he was so pleasant and nice. He fixed the problem. He was so honest. He did not over charge for a Christmas Eve call. He charged $200, which was fine. He was just wonderful. If there is a need, I would use him again in the future too.

My furnance would not turn on, no matter how high I set the thermostate. I called Complete Heating in the morning and by the afternoon, the repair man was knocking on my door. He was very professional and polite. He examined my furnance and told me there was nothing wrong with it. He proceeded to the wall mount thermostate. As it turned out, my thermostate was not working so he recommended I have it changed. He advised that he could install one for $XXX dollars or I could go to Home Depot and purchase a better model for less and install myself. He explained how to install one. I decided to install myself. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he did not try to 'force' me into purchasing one from his company.

They came on time, which is always nice. They did a thorough job, and there were no surprises. Also, they didn't to up sale me, and I really appreciated that.

So far every thing is going good

It was dinner time on Christmas Eve when we noticed it was very cold in the house. (We are in our 70's) We called Complete Heat. (First time we used them) The gentleman came very shortly and was so nice! I felt so badly about calling him on the Holiday, but he was so nice about it. He took his time and was so pleasant about it. The work was done efficiently and very well. He took his time when explaining how the new thermostat works. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be calling them again!!!

I use them once in every six months. They seem very knowledgeable and flexible. I would recommend them to other members.

SHERER HEATING and AC is now part of COMPLETE HEAT. Sherer did the Energy Star® Home Performance Assessment, and Complete did the work. Came to the house on time, was very thorough, efficient, professional, and happy to explain everything. The audit cost a little much, though, and some of the options were way overpriced. For example, $1,700 for new water heater, $3,000 for attic insulation, $5,000 for new AC. Overall satisfied, and would recommend, if you can avoid being suckered into unnecessary options.

Of the four estimates I received the rep from Complete Heat was the only one to measure the house and do a load calculation to properly size the new furnace. He also verified the size of my existing A/C unit to make sure it would be matched to the new furnace. Salesman was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what they would do. Price was very fair and they were the only company to backup the install with a full 10 year parts and labor warranty from the manufacturer. They worked the installation around my schedule and showed up on time, the installers were very neat and cleaned everything up when they were finished. The furnace looks and runs great. The only problem that came up after the install was that the outside temperature reading on the Infinity Control was out of sync with the real temperature. Called Complete Heat and they came out within a week and traced the problem to an improper placement of the exterior sensor, they moved it and everything is fine now.

The man from Complete Heat responded quickly to my call and was pleasant and diagnosed the problem easily. He had the part and did not leave any mess behind. The unit is in good working order again and I have no complaints. The thermostat was still under warranty I would certainly recommend their services to others.
