Excellent job!

I requested a quote and they showed up when they said they would. I got a few estimates and they were comparable for the work requested. They arrived on time on the scheduled day and did the work as requested. Because I have log siding, I asked them not to power wash before they stained the siding. They did a really nice job and matched the paint I had on the trim quite nicely. I am very happy with the work and the company and would definitely use them again

When I got the quote, I thought he was very nice, very funny, and very personable. He also made some suggestions for things that I didn?t even ask him about. While he was doing work around the house, he had given me some information that turned out to be very helpful with some other stuff. In general, their sales representative was fantastic. They were not the cheapest, but they were within the middle range. The prep work that they did was way better than anything else. The quality of the product they used was very good. I haven?t had other work done in the past. The workers that came out to do the work were fantastic. They were very clean, very fast, and courteous. They were knowledgeable. They were in and out. They didn?t make a mess. They were not bothersome. They quickly responded and met my schedule through the job and the followup to make sure that everything was fine.

We needed a hallway & stairwell with a high ceiling painted. We compared 3 companies; Certapro gave us the most reasonable estimate. They scheduled an approximate date to do the work and were able to finish the job 2 days earlier than the target date! The painters were friendly and professional. Not to mention, they left my stairwell and hallway cleaner than they found them. I would definitely call them again.

It was fine. The other company that gave us an estimate ended up being cheaper so we went with them.

It took approximately 5 days to complete all the work. The two man crew showed up on time and always called before to let us know they were coming. They were always very courteous and professional. They had a lot of prep work to do and did it without complaint. They started with the prep work, which was filling holes and cracks, then sanding. They next did the trim work and ceilings and then finally all the walls. The work was excellent and the rooms are wonderful.

Their quote was fair and they were prompt. They were friendly and helpful. They came and explained everything. I have no complaints against them.

Professionalism at its finest. I only got one estimate for the work I needed done and thats all I needed. They were extremely professional and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. The work they did in 3 days would have taken me 3 months. It looks wonderful!

They showed up on time to do the work. The price was with in my budget range. They were very clean when they were there working. They got the work done very quickly.

My experience with them was good. The quality of their product and the quality of the painters was excellent. They couldn't have done a better job. They were an hour late every time they came. They were coming from quite a distance. I just wish they would have explained. I would recommend them and use them again.

The young woman who did the estimate was prompt, friendly and professional. Estimate came in at what I expected. The painters were prompt, courteous, professional and neat.

The original owner had lovely faux painting around each of the kitchen windows. Afterward only the non-windowed walls were freshened with a coat of paint. Unfortunately this resulted in the walls being different colors. I wanted to get a uniform color, but still have the faux painting. The painters had to cut in close to the faux painting without touching it in order to finish the walls. They did a beautiful job. The patching and touch up work done in the other rooms was done well too. CertaPro's approach was very professional from the sales estimate through the job completion.

We are so please the job and everyone who has seen our barn said it looks new. The guys who came to paint it was Scott and Joe and they were very nice. I work until 4 and they were there working on it when I got home. They cleaned up the mess and talked to my husband and answered all questions we had.
