I had CertaPro do painting in my livingroom and in my bedroom. I grew up with painting contractors in my family so I know good/professional work when I see it. What a great experience with Certa Pro! At the first consult my representative was polite, interested and thorough in develop a n estimate and plan for our project. When I needed to call the main office Emily the office manager was friendly informative and knowledgeable. Our crew was AMAZING! They did a fantastic job! They verified the job before starting then got right to work. They showed up on time each day and very friendly but mostly they worked hard to complete the job. When finished the project came out better then we expected! A supervisor came out, Matt to check while the job was in progress and to see if we had any questions. At the end of the job Matt came out an walked through the entire project with us to ensure it was what we expected. Certa Pro more than exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend them. One of the best contractors/home improvement experiences we have had.

Kurt did a fabulous job in removing ugly popcorn and repainting ceiling in hallway. It's absolutely perfect! Plus, he liked my cat and told me he recently rescued and momma cat and her kittens! I would definitely rehire.

I can say enough good things about our experience. The estimate was thorough, clear and efficient. They called within an hour of reaching out. I love that there was a project manager that was available to give updates and send photos as we were doing this from a distance. Pricing was reasonable. Great quality work! Would recommend and will definitely use again.

Who’s the pro?... CertaPro! Professional company all around that we would use and recommend time and time again. From the initial price quote with Steve, it was obvious that CertaPro hires the best. Steve was knowledgeable and really took his time to give us a thorough quote, that was put together and printed on site. Who doesn’t love a hard copy?! We hired CertaPro to paint the interior of our whole house. Emily came out to help us with color selection and we couldn’t be happier with our choices. Luis and Phil showed up on time every morning and worked meticulously through the week to transform the walls of our home. It is amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do! I just about drove them crazy with touch ups, but never once did they give me a hard time. Customer satisfaction is their goal and they are willing to go above and beyond to please the eye. Sean, the project manager, showed up several times each day to check in with the guys and to make sure that everything was meeting our expectations. He was even there at the very end to do a final walk through. Overall, we were were pleased with the company! Thank you for a job well done!!!

This is our second time using CertaPro inside our house, this time to paint the window trim and sills after having new windows installed. They did a great job again and will use them for future projects. I marked price as NA because we didn’t quote it out, we went with the familiar. It it was reasonable and what we expected, just can’t compare to anyone else.

Our situation was unusual in that Certa Pro was brought in to restore our interior walls after our exterminator stained them with the wrong product. Beyond being punctual and professional (which is the bare minimum I would expect from any service), Bert, Ian, and Dave exhibited as much care and attention to detail as they would in their own homes. In some cases, they even cleaned up rough spots left by our last painters. Normally, if you want efficiency and precision, you only get one. Certa Pro delivered both. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

We had the complete exterior of our home painted: aluminum siding, brick, garage door, soffits and downspouts. The crew assigned to us, Matt, Erick and Luis were excellent. They were on time, professional, helpful with pointing out an area of concern and went above and beyond to make it a superb experience. We have had neighbors that we didn't know prior, come over to tell us how amazing our house looks. No question about it, this company gets 5 stars and so do their employees.

Just had Ken White and Hunter work on my home and garage. They were amazing to say the least! This crew worked their bottoms off to get out home done in three days! We had many obstacles for them to get over due to the peaks of our home and they did it with no problem or complaints! Great outcome, very professional, and a please to work with! Planning more projects for them to come do in the future!

Ken and Ken (Ken squared) did an awesome job painting the exterior of our home. They were very professional and listened to our concerns and questions.
