This is by far the best carpet cleaning we've ever had. Both rooms look beautiful and smell even better! Brad repaired a corner of our family room carpet by re-tacking it. He didn't charge us any extra for the repair. We are extremely pleased with the job!

There were black spots all over the light colored carpet. Brad got all the stains out. The carpet looks beautiful.

I had Carpet Star out to steam clean carpets in a house I just purchased. Brad was very polite from the first time we called to get an estimate and set up an appointment. The day of service, he did wind up being late; however, he called me several times prior to arrival to update me on what was going on and why he was running late. Upon arrival, he and his co-worker (Mark I believe) surveyed the carpets and asked if I wanted to have them re-stretched as well because he noticed bumps in the carpet. He provided the additional cost and I agreed to the additional service. He then walked me through the process of how the carpets would be cleaned. Once they were done - the carpets looked so much better and the house even smelled better. Brad walked me back through the house to show me everything they did and even some spots where they made repairs free of charge. Plus I got to see all the gunk that came out of the carpets (gross - but amazing). Overall, it was a great experience and I'll have them out again when needed.

The Carpet Star team arrived on time and gave a preliminary estimate on the spot. There were many tasks accomplished including the cleaning of of a large living room carpet, 16 carpeted stairs and landings, a large area rug, couch, easy chair and 6 dining room chair seats. Brad and his assistant explained what they were doing and why all along the way. They are knowledgeable, intelligent and highly professional. The work, completed in a timely manner, was of the highest quality. I will definitely hire them again.

I was having a very difficult time finding someone to restretch my poorly installed bedroom carpet. I could not find anyone on angies list when I searched 'carpet repair'. I believe I saw his add in a local paper. He had a cancelation on the following day/called 30 minutes prior to arrival as he stated he would do. He arrived with his partner (Mark-I believe) ready to do the job. They were quick, thorough, clean, and I now have a properly installed bedroom carpet. I decided to have him clean the carpet as well, and am happy with the results. May have him return to clean a horribly water spot covered sofa.

The owner of this company is dedicated to his work. He came back out and cleaned my carpets for free a second time. He really cares about his work and that is evident.

Brad is a really nice guy, and he'll tell you when you don't need a specific service. I had contacted him to do 4 jobs, but he told me I could easily do two of them myself (What? No up-sell??). It took about 2 hours to do two couches because he unzipped the covers and got right in as deep as he possibly could. I've had my couches cleaned once before, and that part was not done. He showed me the dirty water that he collected after cleaning (even though I didn't necessarily want to see it...). Great guy, great price, great response time, and I trusted him immediately. He was great with our dog, too, which meant less stress.

All went well, and I was super pleased with Brad's work ethic. He carried out all he had promised to do and was above all my expectations. Brad was pleasant at all times, and his work was the cleanest I have ever had done by professional cleaners. I will certainly call on him again to do my carpets. Thank-you for the wonderful recommendation, which proved to be more that I had hoped for.

Brad came in pretty close to the appointment time and survey the damaged areas. He gave the recommendations and a quote, and we went from there. In about 1.5 hours he had all the areas treated and cleaned. He was good about moving some furniture around and work well with our people to get their areas cleaned. He explained the whole process and what was done as we did the post-work review. We would use him again.

To say that Brad gave me excellent service would be a gross understatement. He went way "above and beyond". He arrived promptly and went right to work. Everything was done carefully and with an attention to detail that was quite impressive. When we discovered that I bought the wrong size rug, I advised him that I would have to call him to set another date to finish the job as I would have to arrange for a truck to return the rug. Brad immediately volunteered to come back the next day (a Saturday) with his truck and to drive me to the store to exchange the rug. He came on time, toted the heavy carpet, helped me pick out a better rug than the one I had originally purchased and then, with the aid of an assistant got the rug installed, the bed reassembled, the furniture moved and everything cleaned up promptly. And all with a great attitude! It was a pleasure to talk to him, a pleasure to have him in my home and I will definitely be using him for future carpet needs.

The crew was professional, personable and on time. They worked hard to complete all that I had contracted for. I was completely happy and impressed with their work and professionalism. I would (and will) recommend them to friends.

I had them clean the carpets in the family room, up the stairs and in the hall, along with three large area rugs. Scheduling was perfect and they arrived on time. I was amazed at what they were able to get out of my carpet. The service was excellent.

Brad and Rich were outstanding!!!!! I called them on a Wednesday and they were at our house the next day!! Our carpeting is about 15 years old....once they cleaned it, it looks BRAND NEW!!! Our couch looks as good as our carpets!!! They took the time and did a wonderful job!!! We can't say enough good things about them & their work. I thought the price for the 2 rooms and the couch was VERY reasonable. We have had our carpets cleaned by big name carpet cleaners and no one could get the stains out of our carpets left by current & past pets. Brad & Rich did!!! In a word: AMAZING!!!!

I just had my carpets cleaned by Bradley at CARPETSTAR and I could not be more pleased. He and his partner arrived exactly when they said they would and got straight to work. Our second-floor carpeting is old, worn, dingy, and in some areas stained. CARPETSTAR did an absolutely fantastic job of making the entire area look brand new. They worked quickly and efficiently. The entire job took just about an hour. Before leaving, Bradley took the time to explain, in detail, the other services CARPETSTAR provides, including installation of new carpet and tile. I definitely plan to contact CARPETSTAR for future jobs.

Terrific company! Brad and George were industrious and enthusiastic workers who took pride in their work.

Excellent, the gentlemen were on time, polite, friendly and courteous. They were also nice and friendly to my two year daughter. The carpets look brand new, I was so pleased with there hard work. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them again in the future.

Emergency services. Flooded basement with several inches of water. Owner (Brad) and his assistant removed over 240 gallons of water, helped remove wet pad and carpet, and moved furniture and belongings to save from further damage. Arrived at house soon after call. Polite and hard-working. Knowlegeable and professional. Neat and clean. Recommend them highly!

It went GREAT. His name is Bradley. He is the owner. He came to my house to only do 2 of my bedrooms. He was on time and very pleasant. He showed me the equipment in his van and told me how he was going to work in the home. He also showed me his license and he was insured. He gave me an estimate over the phone for the bedrooms which was free. When he arrived he looked at the bedrooms and determined the time it was going to take and also the drying time. It was not real hot that day, but the carpets dried within one hour, which was great. My carpets were very soiled, dirty, and oily due to two dogs who like to be on the floor. I had my carpets done twice a year by some other company but my carpets had never looked as clean as they have. For myself, I had Brad do my family room, plus my stairs, living room, and he also did my outside rug. I had Brad spot clean and deoderize the whole house for me and my dogs. All of the carpets look great. I was very pleasead with Brad's workmanship, his timely manner, his prices were better thjan most companies who allow you to do additional rooms as needed. I asked him how often to do the carpets, his response was twice a year, because you do not want to break down the carpet and the fibers. He said he usually had the carpets done after winter and around the end of fall. He moved all of the heavy furniture and moved it back in its original spots after cleaning. He also does carpet repairs along with upholstery cleaning and he is also on call 24 hours for emergencies. He did a fanstastic job. He also works around your work schedule, Monday through Sunday. He schedules around what works best for the customer.

Brad, the owner, was very quick to respond! Same day service! I needed 2 rooms cleaned, but one was a "great room". He was here for almost 2 hours helping me move furniture, discussing cleaning tips and thoroughly explaining everything he was doing. It's not cheap- but the quality was unbeatable. The only issue I had was other cleaning services said my great room counted for 2 rooms- he counted it as 3 making the final cost $40 more than my over the phone estimate. But for same day service and supporting a small local business, it was a good investment! He also removed stains that others had tried and failed at. He did any throw rugs that his hose touched as well as the one by the front door with out any extra cost. Also- other companies charge extra for deodorizer- he includes it in the cost.
