Bradley nails it in every aspect! Professional, courteous, exceptional customer service (he called me on a Sunday just to let me know he received my request and would call me Monday to confirm a convenient time...and he did!!). Quality of his craft is top notch! I would refer him in a heartbeat - just a really solid guy with a great work ethic!

Had bought a condo with thick expensive wall to wall carpeting but previous owner's cat had peed in two spots. Brad came and pulled it up, pulled up padding, cleaned base floor, put new padding, cleaned carpet beneath, put carpet back down, and then cleaned the top of the carpet. incredible job. worked really hard. Very honest and conscientious.

Brad and Justin cleaned my carpet, they went above and beyond what I’ve asked for. I just wanted high traffic areas cleaned, they insisted that they do the whole carpet. When the work was complete, I was amazed at how new my carpet looked. They totally rock!

They did a great job. All the carpets were cleaned very thoroughly and it made a big difference. In addition to my wall to wall carpets the did a great job on my wool area rug. Brad was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to any one.

I can safely say this is the best carpet cleaning and repair business in the Buffalo area if not all of Western New York and beyond. Brad is passionate about what he does. Polite, hardworking, and professional. I had a carpet repair and cleaning done by him and I could not be more satisfied if I tried. The work done was efficient, done in a timely manner, and was easy on the pocket book. The problem with most companies is that they clock in and out and do not put passion into what they are doing. This is not the case with carpet star. Brad explains his work and the process just like the customer was working alongside him and you can see the drive in him. I am extremely pleased and grateful that I found this company. If you are looking for carpet installation, flooring installation, cleaning/repair or just a company that has outstanding character, this company should be #1 on your list. Well worth the money

Bradley did a wonderful job patching a hole in the middle of the carpet in my son's bedroom. You can barely tell that there is a patch there - looks great! Thank you so much, Bradley, for your prompt and professional service. We will definitely use Carpet Star for all of our future carpet needs.

Fabulous! The gentleman was very clear about what he could do, offered additional steps to enhance the cleaning of high traffic spots... The pictures are areas that were dark brown from coffee spills and high traffic or Robitussin cough syrup. I am ecstatic!!

Very good. Work complete within 24 hours coming out to our house on a Saturday evening having been at a commercial job all day. Worked diligently for 3+ hours and very professional.

Bradley was incredibly polite and professional as was his helper. They did an amazing job on all of the carpets. Carpets in the basement had multiple stains that I did not think would come out, but they got all stains out. Carpets look new again. I have had carpets cleaned many many times over the years as a homeowner. This is the best result I have ever had. Would highly recommend carpet star to anybody looking to have carpet repair or carpet cleaning!

The good: In the spaces they did clean they did a good job. Especially considering the home has 3 pets and needed deep cleaning. Professional and friendly on the phone (but not very professional in person). They gave us the best price of the 5 companies we contacted. The bad: They were 3.5 hours late from the original scheduled appointment. We spent many hours clearing out the rooms to make their job as easy as possible, but they still did not move a small couch to clean beneath it. We had to ask them to go over the stairs a second time because they did not clean them very good the first round.

Very pleased with work. Project was done with excellence. Have used other cleaners in past but this company did carpets much better and removed stains that have remained in past. Would highly recommend.

Carpets look new! I can’t believe Brad (owner) was able to take out all of the stains. He spent almost 1/2 hour just to take out one large stain & didn’t even charge me extra for it. Brad is a perfectionist & professional — glad I found him through Angie’s list!!

Nice team, showed up on time, took extra care in areas with pet damage. The carpets looked great and the pet stains/smells are gone. Will definitely hire them again

Brad and Justin were out to our home once again for carpet and upholstery cleaning services. We had pet stains from a recently diagnosed diabetic dog. They were incredibly responsive, very communicative, quick, clean, and did another outstanding job! We've had them do other rooms before and cleaned out spots that couldn't be removed by "other" carpet cleaners. When a rug was dry and needing to be placed back on a large room carpet, Brad came back just to assist with the task! I couldn't be more impressed with the service they provide. I will have them back for all our carpet and upholstery cleaning needs!! No need to call the big named guys, Carpet Star is the most professional, five star service!

Friendly, expert service, got right to work & took the time to do it right, & to make sure I was completely satisfied. Would highly recommend Brad & Justin to anyone who asks.

They called at the appointed time to tell me they were running late but would be here soon. Said they were on their way. Finally did arrive almost 2 1/2 hours after the original appointment. I would have appreciated either an accurate assessment of arrival time when they called or a later ETA update because I could have completed a grocery shopping excursion. Note: I found out after their arrival that their day started with a necessary mechanical repair which set them back an hour. Other than the time issue Bradley and Jason are a couple of professional, hard working guys. Bradley scoped the job and told me what it would cost while Jason was preparing their equipment. Only utility requirement was to provide water for their steam generator. They did some extra cleaning not included in the original work scope as compensation for having to wait so long for their arrival. On site job time was about 1 1/2 hours. The carpet looks much better that before. Old pet stains that I knew would not likely succumb to their cleaning efforts remain - not a surprise as I discussed these with Bradley before starting. He suggested another method for me to try. I received very good value for the cost of the cleaning job.

Brad runs his business very well! He was easy to reach and very personable. He and his partner were punctual, respectful of our home, and very hard working- all while retaining a smile on their faces. Brad was willing to answer questions and give detailed information on all the work they were doing. They stretched our living room carpet, cleaned it and our baseboards, and cleaned our couch, love seat, and chair. The quote given was the price we paid. We value a good work ethic and a job well done, and they did not disappoint!

Although Mr. Gurecki needed to push back the original time, he kept me apprised of when he would come over to the house for the appointment. I told him that the high traffic areas were very dirty. He promised me that the carpets would look like new. When he was done, I checked everything out and they definitely looked like new. I am very satisfied by the quality of the service.

Started off not on the good side. He did not call to update arrival time. Bradley arrived 1 hour late. His helper for the day was absent, so he ran behind all day. However, he was sorry for arriving late, and explained to me. He did do an excellent job cleaning the carpeting. I would hire again.

Bradley was meticulous and a hard worker. Work was done as described. He went the extra mile to cover a few extra area for us.

Brand and Sammy worked very hard to make sure ever thing was clean. My wife and I were very pleased with the work they did.
