Description of Work: Bradley and Brian arrived on time, provided an estimate, and went on to provide me with the best carpet cleaning service I have ever experienced. They were friendly, professional, courteous and totally competent. They cleaned the carpets in all my carpeted rooms, stairs, and even removed a roll in the carpet in the family room. The entire house, including the very stained dining room carpet, looked like new. If you are in the market for a carpet cleaner, Carpet Star is, by far, the best and most reasonable service in the area. I seldom write reviews because I am infrequently impressed. Bradley impressed me.

Description of Work: He cleaned a large Italian Wool area rug for me. It was hard to find someone who would do it because the rug is very large and knobby. He did a great job, was very friendly, and charged a fair price.

Description of Work: THEY HAD TO STRETCH A LARGE AREA OF PATTERNED CARPET IN A LARGE LIVING ROOM & HALLWAY TO MATCH UP TO THE OTHER ROOMS!IT WASN'T AN EASY JOB FOR MANY REASONS!THEY ALSO SHAMPOOED THE CARPET & GOT ALL THE STAINS OUT!I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN!THANKS GUYS,GREAT JOB!

Description of Work: They cleaned 2 recliners,a love seat and a carpet.They did a really thorough job. Very nice and pleasant team.Very hard working.My only issue was they were a few hours late in arriving,got stuck at another job....but that's OK. I'm sure they were being just as thorough as they were at my house. Would recommend them 100%

Description of Work: Cleaned the family room rug, stairs and upstairs hallway. It went quickly. The rugs did seem to take longer to dry than he said.

Description of Work: Said would call on Saturday to let me know when he will be in my area. The call Sunday afternoon and left a message saying that he told me he would call sometime during the weekend.

Description of Work: When we first contacted CarpetStar to clean our sectional and ottoman they were very responsive. We made an appointment that was within a day or so of the initial call. The day of the appointment I received a call a few hours before the appointment saying that they could not make it that day and we rescheduled to the following day first thing in the morning (around 8:30/9am). I was disappointed we had to reschedule since I had already worked out my schedule to be home for them, but it was out of my hands, so I wasn't too upset. I was more than annoyed the following day though when they didn't actually show up to my house until about 11am. I received a text saying they would be late around 9am sometime but I had no idea they meant they would show up about two hours later. This would have been understandable had there been an appointment before mine, but I was the first of the day. They did pretty good work, the price was decent, and the other partner guy was very polite and tried to be overly accommodating because they were so late, however I will never contact them again.

Description of Work: Excellent service and cleaning by Carpet Star. Unfortunately, he arrived quite late (couple hours) for the appointment due to his previous appointment running long, but he did call a couple times to communicate with me about the delay. He did a thorough job once there. We were moving into our new home the next day, so it was important to get the carpets cleaned before the furniture was in the house. Appreciated that the owner was able to accommodate us and continued to work so late in the day with very little light in the house (due to having only a few lamps in at the time). He paid good attention to the details and we were very satisfied with the work. My only negative rating was on punctuality, which is due to this pretty much being a one-person business.

Description of Work: I have wall to wall carpeting and have had my carpets cleaned by almost every company in the area. I can honestly say carpet star did a beautiful job cleaning my carpets. I will most definitely have them back to do the rest of the house!!

Description of Work: Brad came over to clean our sectional. We had to leave so he just did the chaise lounge and it came out like brand new. Start to finish was maybe 30 minutes. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: If you need something done right away discuss it with them. They are very busy. Responded quickly to first call. Picked up Oriental to be repaired and cleaned and contracted to have another area rug and lounge chair cleaned. All of the work done was of high quality. Carpets and chair look new again.

Description of Work: I scheduled a last minute appointment to have two floors of carpeting cleaned in my rental in Elmwood Village, which was great that they could accommodate. They guys did an excellent job cleaning the white bur-bur carpets, and took extra care with spot treatment. I had used Stanley steemer in the past, but this small private company just went above and beyond, taking pride in their work. They were late, however, communicated well around their arrival and were very friendly and responsive.
