The crew showed up on time - even a bit early on that Monday. No time was wasted by this experienced crew of seven. The crew boss consulted with me at every appropriate decision making point. And the crew worked professionally all along. They were a very pleasant group to have around. The work started around 7 AM and by 3:30 PM the job was finished. The fine tuning and sealing was done promptly in a timely fashion over the next two days with little hassle. The almost black and stamped patio is elegant and almost too nice for a backyard in Cheektowagabut I love it. I wish could include a picture.

Contacted company for a quote for stamped concrete patio. Arrived on time within a few days of phone conversation. Quote /contract/sketch was professional. They were very helpful in dealing with my home owners association. Crew arrived on time the day they said the work would be performed and were courteous and professional. Returned the next day to power wash and seal patio. Very courteous answering questions by phone. Excellent experience.

This is a saga too long to do justice too. They quoted the driveway, I accepted the quote. AFTER they ripped out the existing driveway their engineer tells me that they cannot pitch the driveway to the street. I needed to have a drain put in and then the driveway needed to be pitched in two directions. The drain cost me an additional $2500 to a different contractor. Then they installed the driveway. I ordered a buckeye concrete with wire mesh. When it was done, the driveway was leveled incorrectly and was holding water through the winter. After the winter and many calls and photos I was able to get one of the owners out. He finally agreed to rip out the front part of the driveway and replace it. Now the two halves are different shades and the surface texture is in two different patterns. Now after year two the driveway is chipping and spalling. It looks pretty poor. I have not contacted them again because after the first problem they kept quoting the contract and in the contract spalling is not covered. Buyer beware. They seem nice but the owners are tough to deal with. If you are going to use them, get an extended guarantee in writing. Have the driveway checked for pitch prior to approving the contract or the start of work. Have them unconditionally guarantee the driveway for two years from cracks and spalling.

Overall the job went very well. They got in, did the job and left. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a big group and they worked well together. They did a nice job. I did have one issue. They were called in the early part of the summer to come back and fix a crack and they still haven't come to do it. Yet every time we call and ask when they are going to come, they want to come and fix the crack in conjunction with another concrete job and here it is October and they still haven't fixed it. I am a little concerned about that.

contractor came out and gave estmate on total job and he was on time. they called to inform me that on account of bad weather they were running a few days behind on jobs told them that was understandable, this spring was very wet. when appt. to do job was set up they were right on time, the crew was something to watch everyone knew there job they had six on crew and they did not stop moving until all work that they could do on 1st day was done, they would have finished job but started to rain . two days later weather was good enough for them to pour concrete there again everyone knew job and they completed work in a very short time. it was a joy to watch such pros do there job. ps - this contractor gave a contract to show exactly what was to be done and the cost to do job they completed job at estimated price,

They did nice work. They were prompt and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. They gave me reassurances for the outcome, considering cold weather was coming. It has been a very positive experience. Their price was within the range I expected.

Their quote was the highest compared to the other quotes we got. We think the price was about $6,000. They seemed personable and knowledgeable. Our neighbors had some pitting in their driveway and had done their driveway a couple of years before. They gave them a real hard time about fixing the pitting, but they finally did, so that is what we did not us them.

The entire project took approx 2.5 days, and turned out great! The workers (Keith and crew) were extremely polite, and took the time to make samll changes at my request throughout the project. These guys are extremely hard workers, and worked solid from 7 to 5, sometimes later. I didnt even see them stop for lunch! They showed up promptly at 7AM each day, and got right to work. I will be having them do my driveway later this year without question.

We interviewed eight concrete contractors including Broad Spectrum. They had the most ideas, and really took the time to explain all the factors, the process, and what they would perform. They were the only one to provide a detail to scale drawing of the work. They also indicated the work would only take two days where everyone else was five to seven days. Their team was incredible! They worked so well together and worked very hard from start to finish. They were all professional, courteous, and they cleaned up after themselves. The job foreman kept us informed of everything that was occurring, and sought our input for several items. In total it was a very positive experience and we are very pleased with the results. We would highly recommend Broad Spectrum Concrete.

The quality was excellent. The color wasn't quite right, but once it was done it was done. They came a day early which was a little hard because we had some things to do. They cleaned up after themselves and were very neat. Overall they did a good job. I would recommend them.

This past Friday we had a new driveway installed by a name we got from your list. We had three estimates, all from your list and chose "Broad Spectrum". They did an EXCELLENT job. Within hours after our first phone call, the representative came out to our home. He was extremely knowledgeable, and after about one hour of conversation, he gave us a quote. We then had the other two quotes within that week, called "Broad Spectrum" and signed the contract. They started the job on Tuesday, we then had several days of rain, but they were back on the job Fri at 7am and were finished by two. I also want to mention the "crew" there were approximately ten men working on the job. They were quiet, respectful, and worked with such precision ,it was a joy to watch.

ON THE WHOLE WE WERE VERY PLEASED.THE CREW WERE VERY FRIENDLY. CAME ON TIME. THEY DID LEAVE BEHIND SOME ITEMS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEARED AWAY. THEY ALSO REMOVED A WINDOW IN GARAGE AND JUST LEFT IT WITHOUT REPLACING. THE SEALING OF THE GARAGE FLOOR WAS NOT AS GOOD AS WE WOULD HAVE LIKED. MISSED SOME SPOTS.
