Bath Fitter of Buffalo

Description of Work: Bath Fitter of Buffalo replaced our existing tub with a Bath Fitter tub in 2004. In October 2011 we had Bath Fitter of Buffalo do the walls and ceiling. We are very pleased with the quality of work that Bath Fitter did. We would definitely recommend Bath Fitter of Buffalo.

Description of Work: Replaced tile and put a new acrylic tub over old one. Took one day and results are satisfactory. Called a couple of years after installation because faucet handle was getting hard to turn. Apparently there is a filter in there and with the hard water in our area, mineral build up made it hard to turn. Called Bathfitter and they came out and changed it for no charge and it now works fine again.

Description of Work: They replaced our tub, suround, and fixtures. Most of the work was excellent and done professionally, and I would give them a B+ or A- if it were an option. They had more work to do on the back wall than expected and added a ceiling - all good. We did have to get the workman back to do the trim an caulking correctly. Overall, however, we've been very pleased and would do it again. Incidentally, we had the work done 5 or 6 years ago

Description of Work: Installed new bathtub and shower over old tub. They were on time and completed all the work in one day. They cleaned up everything and left no mess. We have been very happy with the new tub/shower.

Description of Work: It was a Tub to Shower Conversion. The installer arrive on time and completed the conversion on time. I was extremely impressed with his workmanship and professionalism. He cleaned up the job site and took away the demoed material. The job was started and completed when promised, for the price agreed upon. I was extremely impressed with the care that I was afforded from the estimate to the quality and the workmanship and materials used. This is a top notch company

Description of Work: replaced old shower stall. sales rep and installer were very professional. as promised, shower was installed in one day. needed floor repairs (some ceramic tiles had to be moved) were completed several days later. I am very pleased with the final product.

Description of Work: First they had asked me to write a review BEFORE the work was done. Like a fool I did it. It took well over a a few days more measurements needed etc and still the tub does not fit. I guess I had a hard to fit tub size. Whenever I step into the tub there is a bubble underneath and it makes a cracking sound. I was also promised another corner shelving unit for them taking so long to get a tub for me. I never got it and when I called about it (surprises) no one knew anything about it. I would NEVER deal with bath fitters again.

Description of Work: They took out the old tub and replaced it with a shower stall that my handicap husband had NO problem getting into. Everything was done in one day. They even cleaned up after themselves. |My husband used it the next day with ease. |I was VERY pleased with their work. We had the work done in 2009.

Description of Work: In one bathroom a small corner shower was installed. It works perfectly. In another bathroom the bathtub and glass shower enclosure were replaced. In this room a wall at the foot of the bathtub was added and brass faucets, safetygrab rails, and shower heads were installed. Two years after the installation took place, one of the safety rails tarnished. Bathfitter was at my home two days later with a replacement. I have been very pleased with everything completed by Bathfitter; the company stands behind its product. When calling with a question or problem, it is especially nice that a real person answers and that the person is actually locally located.

Description of Work: Bathfitter put in a tub, surround, curtain rod, and new fixtures. Our bathroom was old, the tub is oversized and unusual, and there were issues with the walls. The installer was a little sloppy with moulding and caulking, so we had him come back to redo it. As I was doing the rest of the bathroom renovation, I ended up cleaning up minor details. All in all, it was a great decision. It's been 5 years (not 2012 as noted above), and we're really happy with the installation.
