Amazing job covering a 45 year old bathtub and ceramic tile. Justin was prompt, organized, totally professional, answered all my questions. Completed the whole job in just one day. Was able to raise our shower head to a comfortable height for my taller children. Very pleased with the results.

I have never been as happy as I am with my @new” bath tub. Why did I wait so long??!!! Justin was very professional and his work is great. Very happy with my Bathfitter tub.

Chuck was on time which I appreciated. He was nice, efficient, friendly, and showed me how everything worked when he was done. He also cleaned up before he left. He had everything he needed to complete his project on his truck no leaving and coming back he finished my brand, new shower and tub within four hours. I couldn’t believe it.

Chuck did a shower stall installation for us today. He arrived early and got right to work. He explained things as he went along. He was very neat and clean and gave us tips on caring for the shower stall. It looks beautiful. Can’t wait to try it out tomorrow night. I would highly recommend bath fitters. Also Billy who came out to give us an estimate was wonderful! No pressure sales, just honesty, which we greatly appreciated.

It's just beautiful! Our installer (Dylan) really paid attention to detail.

Representative came on time, explained work to be completed and how it would be done. Went above and beyond expectations. Completed remodel in 1 day.

Everything went very smoothly. From my sales rep., Tom R., with the first phone call, and meeting; was all perfect. Tom answered all questions and was very nice and very informative. Then on the install day, Todd came into my home, rolling out the mat from the front door to the bath; and worked by himself'; and took out the bathtub and installed the shower walls and the shower fixtures. He checked with me before he started the job on what was going into the shower, color, etc.. He was very efficient and so, so clean. Everything was spotless when he left my home. It was all perfect....So thankful

The work was done well and Todd was prompt and professional. He answered my questions and explained what he was doing. The entire process took about 6 hours. Warren came in and did the code updates so water was turned off for about 1/2 hour. Very little inconvenience for such a nice update to my home CC

The install was done very professionally and was completed within 7 hours. The work was superb and the technician was very personable and thorough. He explained the entire process as he worked. We would definitely recommend Bathfitters. The company guarantees their product for life, which is certainly a plus!

There were some issues but handled with utmost professionalism and the work was done perfectly in the end.

acrylic tubs and walls are fine, the plumbing work I was charged for, is poor and incomplete. Do have pictures to proof it. I completed a survey and not one person had the decency to follow up with a call nor to resolve the issues that I still have with the downspout.

Went very well. They were in and out of my house in about 7 hours. Cleaned everything up, explained how to work fixtures, etc. Nice guys.

We are happy with the end results but preparing for the new shower revealed water damaged floor boards that had to be replaced and plumbing that had to be moved. Bath Fitter worked with another contractor to make the repairs and did so in a reasonable amount of time. The result was a much more usable and modern shower than what we had. All of the people we dealt with where professional, friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

Work was excellent. However after a while my fixtures are looking old and stained. They will have to be replaced.

Great experience. Sales rep that did the initial measure was very friendly and knowledgeable as was the rep we saw at the showroom when we first looked into a Bath Fitter. The installer was prompt, friendly, did an excellent job and completely cleaned up afterwards.

Installers arrived promptly, worked diligently, cleaned up any debris. Work was completed in less than a day! Easily accommodated our request for placement of grab bars and somewhat unusual placement of hand held shower to make it easier to use when seated in shower chair. We especially like the design of the track for the shower doors which make cleaning so easy. No nasty tracks to clean!

One small issue that was their fault and one that was mine, They resolved them both quickly and and to my satisfaction. The great to work with after the install.

Men were very professional and very nice. The work was beautiful and so was the follow-up. They were more expensive than anyone else but the quality was second to none. You get what you pay for.

Workman arrived on time, put down protective floor coverings. Began work by cutting out the existing, damaged tub and surround. Took to truck for disposal. Measured "box", replaced plastic pipes with copper, reinforced frame for tub, installed new tub and tile surround. Sealed edges and trim. Cleaned up and explained what I needed to know for the next 24 hours. I am very happy with the looks and ease of cleaning of my new tub and shower. Would highly recommend BathFitter.
