This is the fourth or fifth time we have used Bathfitters and are pleased with their work. They show up on time, do the job, and clean up after themselves.

The person doing the work came in exactly on time at 8 am. He breifly explanied what he was going to do and quickly removed the old tub. He cleaned up as he went along. Then he brought in the new surround and tub and installed it by 4 pm. Then we went over some do's and dont's on cleaning the new tub. I looked over his work and it looked perfect.

The remodel of our first bath (complete gutting to studs) took 6 weeks four years ago.. We needed a simple answer to remodeling our 2nd bath since we now have 3 teenage daughters and one bath will not work for us. The price was a little more than we wanted to spend but well worth it. The salesman spent 1 hour with us to estimate and write the quote. The tub and shower with hardware was installed 4 weeks later. The installer arrived at 8am sharp and was finished by 2:15pm. Well worth it.

They did everything, but I wasn't happy with the way they caulked. It doesn't look professional. My overall experience with them was good. Their price was a little expensive. The quality of their service was good. They were responsive and punctual.

They had some trouble fitting the bathtub so instead of two visits I had five visits. I had a couple of scheduled installations that had to be rescheduled. In the end I was happy with it, but it took longer than expected. It was a little frustrating. I got bad information from the salesman about the condition of my walls. It was inconvenient to have to reschedule.

They were perfect and excellent, got it done in one day. They did just what they advertised.

Overall, the experience was wonderful. The price was pretty comparable to the other estimates we obtained. The installation was done within one day, and the work/shower comes with a lifetime warranty. Everyone was very professional. When they completed the work, there was no mess or garbage left behind. The bathroom looked great. I'm satisfied with their services and I would recommend them.

They were very accommodating to my schedule, with a separate plumber. Installer tech arrived on time and was very professional. The installer was also very personable and worked very neatly. The installation and materials used were excellent quality and appearance is beautiful. The whole process may seem a little pricey but it is all completed in one day. There were some additional accessory changes I made and parts were delivered before completion. Clean up after was very good.I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Called and came out a couple of days later, gave estimate. Came the next week and finished job within five hours. No problems, worked with us in doing exactly what we wanted.

We had them install a new tub and surround in our old house in 2000 and like it so well we had them come to our new house in 2006. They installed a new tub and shower doors for us this time. They did a excellent job and it looks great. From our previous experience, we know it is easy to keep clean and looks great every five years later.

I own a 4 unit apartment building and this is the 3rd time Bath Fitter has done work for me. This time it was my bathroom that was redone. They are an outstanding company to deal with. No pressure from the salesman- just showed me their product, and let me choose what I wanted and how much to have done. The installer was professional, informative about the product, and did a superb job. I would recommend them- and DO recommend them- to anyone who doesn't want to go through the mess of regular bathroom remodeling!!!

I was very happy with everything that Bath Fitter did. The price was a little high and the gentleman who came out didn't seem very happy. The product, though, is good and we're happy with the outcome.

I am very pleased with what Bath Fitters did. A very reputable company that takes great pride in their work. I saw what they had done with my neighbors bath and decided I wanted the best. I definitely got it by hiring them to do the job.
