I was very impressed with the work and end results that were performed in one day. The servicemen were very nice and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to others.

A bit expensive, but it is a 1 day job and the work was excellent, with very little mess.If you need a fast facelift this is the way to go. Excellent materials used. It is not a cheap plastic liner like the home improvement centers sell. It looks terrific. They can work with any problem like missing tiles or holes in sheetrock. A very professional job.

The original representative measured the bathtub incorrectly. Once the Bath Fitter was installed, we couldn't close the bathroom door! We had to purchase a new door and have a contractor install it with a reverse swing so it would open outwards. It was a cheap door and even though BathFitter paid for the door and installation - it didn't match our other doors. The bathroom was off the kitchen, as were 2 bedroom doors and a hall door. The door leading upstairs was off the kitchen as well -- so we were stuck with a mismatched (and unfinished) wood door. But, at least it closed. Make sure they measure correctly if you use this contractor! The BathFitter enclosure and tub, along with the actual installation in the bathroom was done very well. Too bad they didn't measure the size of the enclosure correctly -- they overshot the fabricated tub by at least an inch and consequently we couldn't close the bathroom door all the way.

Went very well. We still love it and are happy we purchased it.

One piece tub surround- professional, reliable, and cost effective- they did a great job, and as promised -all in one day.

They redid an old bathroom except for the walls and the sink and mirrors...it is still spotless and my son loved it...not to many guys are into nice bathrooms...Roberta R.

The tub and surround are wonderful, and we have not regretted it. The trim and replacement of my new molding where it met the tub was sloppy. The installer came back and recaulked, but I ended up repairing the molding. It looks great, and we love the product, but the trim snafu and the inconvenience of my having to do the molding rates a B or B+ rather than an A. By the way, I'm just guessing at the date.

Several friends raved about B/F. My tub was measured incorrectly by the salesperson and it went downhill from there. The installer had to come back several times. The first time he realized the tub was incorrect, but he installed the sides of the unit, which was not the style I ordered. The second time he returned it was all installed and I was pleased with the product, however after looking at it, I might have requested a slightly different design. I never received a copy of the guarantees that came with the unit, so I called the manager of B/F and he told me I should have received it from the installer. That's where the conversation ended. He never offered to send one to me. While they reduced the cost by a sizable amount due to the series of mishaps, this experience left me underwhelmed. After a lot of finger pointing, I concluded that the problem started with the salesperson who was only interested in making a sale. Also, B/F does not offer a lot of assistance with the design piece of this. People do need help with this, as they provide a lot of choices and information. The installer was a peach, and I actually felt sorry for him by the time it was all over with. I love the product itself, but the Customer Service is not what you'd expect for the amount of money this costs.

Went very smoothly and pretty quickly too. I had them add a tub fitting, wall liner, ceiling liner, faucet, shower head, grab bar, corner shelf, and glass shower door. Cost was $4000, but well worth the money. I love my new shower!

Their commercials on TV, plainly stated that they do all the clean-up! Wow! We are in our 70's and had three and a half hours of clean up! The installer didn't even bring in a vacuum cleaner! He seemed to have trouble sizing the plastic to fit; then when he finally got it in, he just grabbed his stuff and was gone. There was a trail of plastic shavings, from his truck on the driveway, through the garage, foyer, part of living room, stairs, hall and bathroom. What a mess.

Fabulous !, done in one day and completely cleaned up after.. Love the shower.

HAD A PROBLEM THEY CAME OUT NEXT DAY AND FIXED IT AT NO COST.

Never got a tub that actually fit and asked me to give a review before work was done. Of course the salesman promised me evrything under the sun. Not done in 1 or 2 days. Could not find a small enough tub to fit. I have air pockets actually under their fitting that if you step on them it sounds like it will breakand I never got the extra shelving unit they promised for all the problems they had. Big time fail. Never again. The date of their service was roughly about 8 yrs ago.

Still looks as good today as then. To have them in and out in 1 day is worth the price.

The caulking continues to mess up. We still have a small area of mold that reappears though. They say they cant do anything about it. Overall, they were professional and the finished product is fabulous!

There was a plumbing problem as the drain pipe in our floor had rotted through. They replaced the pipe and neede to locate and use a special fitting to connect to the tub as it did not have a standard drain. They took care of everything that day and had a contractor come back in a day or two to repair the hole they had to make in the downstairs ceiling to access the pipe. We were very pleased with the speed with which they did the needed repairs and the job as a whole. No downside or yes but--.

Very well! Did job fast and cleaned up was neat! They were friendly and they know their business!

Nice product but would prefer tile. Seems a little high.

He seemed indifferent. Not pushy. More like he just wanted to get it over.

A gentleman showed up on time and started work after reviewing our work order to make sure what we had requested to be done. He was here less than 4 hours and completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. Not overly friendly but very professional and stayed on task the whole time. He worked non stop and asked us to inspect it and gave us care instructions and went on his way. I would have them do work again for us if I ever needed it.

Salesman pleasant, helpful and informative. Short wait for order and installation. Product is beautiful and even better than anticipated An error was made by the installer and he made a good effort to cover it. He explained what had happened and gave me the the option of getting a replacement enclosure. I preferred to keep the one I had as the marbling was particularly dramatic. When I was contacted by the company to fill out a survey, I did so and rated the installation as 4/5 and explained the situation. I was contacted by a pleasant individual who wanted to send a manager to discuss it with me. He did so and indicated that the installer could have contacted him and the recommendation would have been to offer an upgraded ceiling piece. He suggested that I allow them to install said cove ceiling which was beautifully done by another pleasant and qualified individual today!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this service!!!

The total price quoted was $6,511.00 but with Home Show discount it was $5,511.00. That was much higher than I expected after talking to friends who used them. I went to the showroom in person to view the materials in person, which were good in my opinion, but took a few months to decided. I debated doing a whole bathroom renovation rather than doing a bath closure. Ultimately I couldn't stand to have my only full bathroom torn up for weeks. I called and asked if they would honor the quote from April and they did. The installer came on July 11 at the hour promised. Due to my town's regulations licensed plumber arrived during the day to hook up the water. The price must have been higher than I expected because the entire tub was removed for the new, wider tub. new drywall was put in before the enclosure. It was completed as promised by 4pm. After waiting 24 hours for the silicone caulk to cure, we showered and water came through and ended up all over my kitchen. I called with my bad temper showing, but they had a licensed plumber at my house within 45 minutes of my call. He tightened something and it was fixed. He then came back the next morning and replaced that part of my kitchen ceiling! A few weeks later, no additional leaks. I'm very pleased with the results and the service from the company.

right on time for both the estimate and the installation. job very well done. the cost is high, but probably worth it...

I happened to see an ad and had a salesman call. I had been thinking of getting this done due to deterioration and mold. When he said he could do it the next week when we were going to be out of town I decided it was worth the extra money not to inconvenience the family as my disabled Mom lives with me. He also suggested an improved faucet. They did everything they said they woyuld and I am very pleased with the final result.
