Description of Work: Paid $39 through Angie's List for a plumbing service call, and I thought he would at least start work and attempt to fix some small items (leaky faucets, etc) but all he did was walk around my house and write up a $2,000+ estimate to fix stuff in the house. Total waste of money.

I am sorry you were not satisfied with pricing. you showed me larger projects of old faucets and copper drain lines that needed to be replaced. I was to do a lot of work for the price .Again i am sorry you were not satisfied.

Description of Work: I do not think that I would use this provider again. His ratings at the local BBB is F for lack of proper equipment to fix simple plumbing. When I saw the condition of the truck--totally disorganized equipment just thrown into bed of truck---rusty equipment--I was apprehensive as to quality of service. No warranty on work---said if a problem with drain within 7-10 days, just call. Only cleaned main |drain from home to sidewalk--commented that from sidewalk to street should be cleaned but did not do nor offered to clean.

Description of Work: Took 2 hours and 45 min to install one bathroom faucet !! Like watching a slow motion movie. This 2 hrs. for 1 hr payment is a fraud. Even the faucet manufacturer said this was absurd. Angies list should not be permitted to market these programs.

ATM Plumbing were able to give a fast response time to clear out a potentially bad situation of sewage back-up in the basement. They were able to call my parents so they could be there to let them in to do the service as I could not be there.
