It did not go. After a 30 day wait, I cancelled the Order. The Service Provider failed to acknowledge the Order. Also. an Email listing additional acceptable appointment dates was ignored-- no response.

It was okay. It was not cheap. They came pretty fast and I thought it was pretty expensive. The quality and their responsiveness were fine. It would be better if they lower the price. It really doesn't cost that much.

They forgot the early morning appointment but I called later in the day and they came within 15 min. It was very quick and they took all the old parts with them and offered to put all the things back under the sink

I HAVE A 100 YEAR OLD HOUSE AND ANY REPAIR LIKE THIS (NEW DRAIN CONNECTION INSIDE WALL) CAN GO POORLY BECAUSE YOU NEVER CAN TELL WHAT "FITTINGS" WILL BE FOUND WHEN YOU OPEN UP A 50 OR 60 YEAR OLD WALL. ATM OPENED THE WALL AND MADE THE NECESSARY PVC CONNECTIONS AND I PATCHED THE PLASTER WALL WITH DRY WALL AFTERWARDS ATM RETURNED AND INSTALLED THE NEW SINK AND RECONNECTED THE WATER AND THE DRAIN.

It was awful. I mean he came in, you know, because every once in awhile it would run and I had a leaky faucet and of course he said well the faucets not really leaking, all you need to do is drain it. Well it's still leaking because he didn't fix it and the whole toilet needed to be ripped out. He ripped out the whole toilet, he went downstairs, you know, it flooded downstairs, I mean, so my tiles are stained and I mean he was a real jerk. He didn't come on time. I just should have threw him out of the house but I would never ever recommend him. It was probably in a couple of days after the purchase that he came out when I called him. It wasn't the time that he said, then I thought I had to call him and then he goes, oh yeah I'm coming, you know, so he was late from what he scheduled. Oh my gosh yeah I incurred more cost than the $49, oh my goodness I paid a whole, I don't have the bill but I paid maybe close to $500 I bet, $600 after he ripped everything out. You know how sometimes your toilet it use to go off by itself, you know, when you flush it and 20 minutes later it fills up again. It was a disaster actually. So it started out as a leaking faucet and a drippy toilet and ended up being a real mess. I don't think there was any good part about it, I mean it started out bad from the beginning.

I called to set up an appointment. He refused due to the drive time from his shop to Niagara County. I bought and paid for his service which he stated would be $119.00 to clean out main sewer drain. He said it was not profitable to come to Niagara County to do any work. Yet, his ad states he does come to Niagara County. He just doesn't come way out to Lewiston! Guess I'll find someone closer. I just hope I can get my money back. Beware of ads, not everyone will honor their commitments.

I bought the deal for $39 for the service call. When he got here he told me that a service call was $215 and the $39 was taken off of that but he still charged me $179 in addition to the $39 I had already paid so it cost me $218 to get the faucet put in! What a rip off. Plus the guy had muddy shoes and tracked all over my hall carpet. Very disappointed to say the least. He was pleasant though.

I purchased the Angies List Deal of the Day to clean out the main line for my newly purchased home. He showed up on time and did what the deal stated. He also provided me with some great tips and recommendations. I'll be calling ATM plumbing regularly to keep up with maintenance. Highly recommended!

Tom said would be there around 9:30-10 after job but did not show until 11:30 then had to go to store to get another piece. Came back at noon finished shortly after 1. Job done well but punctuality lacking. Price on listing seemed very confusing. Stated you would receive $150 value for $39 but really seemed to be a $39 upfront cost just to get him there and then you get that off the cost of work .Really didn't seem like any savings at all.

The plumber was a bit late because he was running long on a previous job. Very nice and courteous. Did the job quickly and talked to me about getting a sump pump installed in my basement. Gave me a very reasonable quote for installing the sump pump system. I will definitely use them again.

It went well, but some of the extra costs were a little bit high. He provided quality work, and was extremely polite and sweet throughout the work.

This was handled efficiently. They were later coming than we expected. We asked them to come earlier in the AM, but they did not arrive until about 11:30AM. Two men came and the faucet was taken care of very fast. I just think the cost was a little high for what they did, but otherwise, was very satisfied with the job done.

Cleaning seemed good. Video of system was supposed to be included but said camera broken and expensive to fix. Not sure if he'll return to do this.

ATM was great. They showed up on-time and did the work very quickly. I would work with the again.

When the plumber was 60 minutes late, I called him to check on the problem. He was downtown getting a permit for another job and said he may not make it within the next hour. When he finally arrived, he was talking non-stop on his cell phone about another job, leaning the phone on his shoulder while he was working under my sink. When I told him that I didn't like that he was on the phone while he was working on my job, he hung up but then said it was a busy day. I said that I didn't want to pay for his busy day and he then said that I had only paid $97 for the work. I was appalled at his attitude and his behavior. Finally, there is a piece on my brand new expensive faucet that is broken after his installation, so now I am going to have to pay someone else to come in and fix the problem. I am extremely disappointed in the service and am also very hesitant to ever use Angie's List again.

I used an Angie's List discount to call about a clogged shower drain but when I showed the plumber signs of a leak in the bathroom below, he discovered the cause was a leaky pipe in the upper shower stall. It could have cost me a lot more later if this had not been found. He and his helper repaired the pipe and cleared the drain. He also replaced the damaged ceiling tiles in the lower bath. They were on time and efficient in the repair. I think the price was fair for the work done.

Went O.K. but found out a broken sewer line underneath.

There was a bit of initial confusion, but ATM Plumbing came on the day chosen. He was polite, efficient, and professional. Showed us where the drain was blocked and where the tile was broken. Offered suggestions for correcting the problem. We are deciding if we want to pursue the issue at this time.

I contacted Tom with ATM Plumbing Sewer Service regarding leaky faucet in bathtub and water leaking into my basement. He evaluated the situation and said that the water was probably leaking around the faucets into the cellar. I asked him if he could install a vent for my bathroom ceiling fan and he agreed stating he would be back the following Weds. or Fri. The leaking water in the basement was not corrected. He did not come or call. I tried contacting him at two phone numbers that was provided and both were out of service. The Angie's list deal was for $39.00 which I thought was for $150.00 in repairs.Tom stated I was only entitled to get the $39.00 back that I gave to Angie's list. He also charged me $39.02 tax and told me that he was "saving me money"

Finished product was excellent. Nice workmanship. Communication could have been better. Job took perhaps a day or so longer than it should have, In the finished product we are pleased and would use again with caveat that the guys show up in more timely manor, but this is a minor quibble. We missed a full day because of a communication breakdown. The job DID cost a good deal more than anticipated, but this was due to the extreme deterioration of the old flange and sink drain that needed to be repaired, which we didn't see until the floor was opened up. Not contractors fault here. I kind of expected it to be more work than we originally thought.

Tom from ATM Plumbing communicated with us throughout the process. Everything went down as he said it would. We will be using his services again in the near future. I highly recommend!

Response time was outstanding, called back within 10 min. Punctual for their appointment, professional in their conduct and courteous in their dealings. They are going to the top of my list of plumbers.

Great service, Very Friendly and respectable, Thought he would have to come back the next day and do the job. But had a cancelation during the day and when i came home he had been in the drive and started the work earlier than expected to my suprise. Finished the work and the price was again lower than expected and very reasonable. Would hire again.

We have realized on Sunday that the sum pump smells pretty bad. So, I called Tom from after finding his information on Angie's list. He came over in 30 minutes, we agreed on the scope of work and price and they started to work the next day. The whole job took 3.5 days. They had to lay around 50ft of new pipe 1-2 ft deep. The old sewer run under boiler so we decided to go around it digging new trench. We were surprised that they did a pretty good clean up job. I'd recommend ATM to anyone else.

No complaints. They did all the work as described. I have no reason to not recommend if you need any sewer line work.
