The Buchanan office of SavATree features a team of arborists, horticulturists and lawn care professionals who specialize in the unique tree, shrub and turf conditions of Putnam, Dutchess and Westchester counties. Nestled in the crossroads of northern Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess and Orange County, New York, the Buchanan branch serves many of the towns up and down the Hudson River. Our Westchester tree service and lawn care team is versatile in their skills. Our Westchester certified arborists are accustomed to improving gorgeous river views, expansive lawns, prestigious community properties and college campuses located throughout Putnam, Dutchess and Westchester counties. Description of Work: They were very professional, helpful, courteous, efficient and did a very good job when they finally got here. The visit for an estimate for the work we wanted was set up very quickly and the price was comparable to other estimates. However,it took 6 weeks from the contract date to get them to finish part 2 of the job when I clearly stated that I wanted it done as quickly as possible. That is not acceptable and I would hesitate before contacting them again even though they were very pleasant,efficient and through. I think they are just overextended and don't have enough manpower to work in a timely fasion.

Description of Work: The contact with them at the beginning was great. The company came within a few days on time;however, he looked at the trees which are in my driveway and gave me an estimate for over $3,000. He said part of this high estimate was because they are over 1 1/2 hrs. away and suggested that I look locally. He was very professional but of no help to me because of the high price.

The primary cost drivers in tree pruning is labor and insurance. SavATree employs only highly trained, legally employed, fully insured crew members who utilize state-of-the-art equipment and technologies. Our prices are usually in line with similar leading tree care firms who have similar high standards. We have crews in the Poughkeepsie area on a regular basis so distance isn’t a major concern.

Never got done!
Description of Work: I bought the coupon but when i called they sail that they do Not service my area. When I called to make the appointment I did not get to speak to a person just a automatic machine which hung up on me after stating they do not cover area. Angies List did refund monies to credit card, I did find it frustrating.
