Description of Work: They did pretty good. The service was provided when it was supposed to be and as it was supposed to have been. The tech who performed the service was on time, efficient and knowledgeable. I felt he was respectful of my time and did quality work. The cost of supplies was not so good. Not the service providers fault.

Description of Work: Thy did a great job. I am generally not happy w "repair jobs," but they were honest, reasonable and communicated effectively.

Description of Work: The technician came promptly and analyzed the problem with my washing machine. He behaved professionally and efficiently. He gave an approximate repair price and time frame for this major problem which seemed reasonable to me for what it was. The technician said their repair would be guaranteed for a year. Based on this estimate, I decided that purchasing a new machine was a wiser action for my family so I did not hire them. I would have hired them if the problem had been a smaller and easier one.

He did arrive on time and to be honest with you provided valued information that has kept the machine going this day. However, I chose to give them a C rating for room to improve on customer service.

Description of Work: I bought this deal not realizing it was supposed to apply only to Sub-Zero brand appliances. The tech inspected and repaired my (Frigidaire) fridge anyway, and charged me only the difference. Very professional.

Description of Work: Called and scheduled appointment and told them a little bit about what was wrong with my LG washing machine. I had googled the problem and had an idea but no time to fix it. Repair tech came on time and diagnosed the problem (same as I thought). He had the part with him and was able to fix it right then. He also gave me some good tips on how to maintain my washer. I will use them again if the need arises.

Description of Work: They fixed the door on my refrigerator. The only complaint I had was that the door was slightly misaligned and when I put the shelves back in the door they were hitting the frame when the door closes. I would have been more satisfied if the technician would have stayed until I replaced the shelves and checked to make sure all was well ....
