They've been out over four times and it is no better! Took f OK reversible to schedule a time for the new part t OK be OK installed. Came out TR yesterday and still not working any different!

Not happy with the amount of money paid and the quality of work! Very disappointed!!

My experince was mixed. They did install the air conditioner, but it took them twice as long as estimated (two hours), which meant that it cost me twice as much and the insullation was poor. I had to re-insulate it myself.

I had to wait a little longer than the 10 days they said it would take. But, when I called them I got an appointment. The same tech came, and fixed it. Unfortunately, the broiler still wasn’t working, and when I called they made immediate appointment to come back. Turns out that the new igniter had blown out, but Michael had a new one and replaced it. They were very responsive.

They were efficient and did a magnificent job! They got the part they needed in 1 day.

Called them to perform above job and gave them the model number. The serial number they said they do not need which surprised me since parts may differ depending on the serial number. An appointment was made to bring the valve along and do the job. They called before the agreed time to confirm the appointment. My question if they have the valve was answered to the affirmative. They arrived on time but when I asked to see the valve, they said they do not have it. I did not even let them in but sent them back to get the part required for the job. They promised to return but never showed up again nor did Zulk call me back to make a new appointment or explain why they came at all if they did not bring the part required for the job, even though the technician had confirmed this minutes earlier on the phone.

They were honest about my machine and were good at suggesting another service to align with the service charge. I was pleased.

Zulk was super fast scheduling me (same day). Mike (the repair man) was on time and very professional. He gave me great advice on other appliances and identified the problem of our washer. He ordered right away the missing piece and came back 2 days later and installed it solving the problem. A+ service and great staff!!

They were horrible. I initially gave them the benefit of doubt. They were going to come back and fix it and they never really did. I spent almost $400 or $500 to get my freezer fixed and they did not fix it. I tried calling them back and they did not return my calls. On pricing, I thought they were outrageous. Initially they were responsive, they came. Then, I kept trying to call the office and nobody would ever pick up. Finally, the service person who came, gave me his phone number and I was able to reach him. He came back once and tried to fix it and then, never again. It just didn't happen, it just didn't work. They were hard to reach on the phone, you would leave a message. They were not responsive. The one time he came, he came on time. Other times, he didn't show up. The first time the service person came, the guy ended up being nice. When he walked in, I said to him, "I got you from Angie's List," and he said, "Oh so you want to get a cheaper rate?" I thought that was so weird and I thought it was a little arrogant. I worked with the guy, I was nice to him. We developed a little bit of a rapport and he seemed to soften. But, I just did not have a good experience. I said to him, "Look, is it worth fixing?" In the end, I paid for a third of a new refrigerator, in a sense. I would absolutely never ever use them and I wouldn't recommend anybody using them.

Very responsive - called back immediately - came on time (same day). Explained everything very clearly - work was done on time for a reasonable price. Very professional staff.

Fantastic! The most honest people you will ever do business with. First of all, the owner got back to me within less than 24hrs when most other companies never returned my call. He scheduled someone to come in the next morning and mentioned that there was an--very reasonable for NYC--$89 charge to come. This fee is waved if repairs are performed. As promised, Mike, the repairman, called 30 minutes before arrival and well within the 3 hour window. He was knowledgeable, hardworking and polite. It was truly a pleasure to deal with such a professional. I can't sing his praises loudly enough.

I purchased an $89 Sub Zero Maintenance Package, described as follows: "vacuuming and cleaning behind and underneath your fridge; thorough cleaning of the condensing coil, fan, motor, and drip pan; lubricating all moving parts such as fans and bearings; inspecting all connections, motor, fan, thermostat, and fridge accessories (e.g., ice maker, water dispenser, etc.); diagnosing any issues found." Of the services listed as part of the package above, only the coil was cleaned. Nothing was lubricated, nothing was done behind or underneath fridge, and the inspection of the the unit was just a quick look. When I mentioned to the repairman that I had thought the service would be more extensive, he said that the list above was a generic list and not applicable to every unit. However since it was called a "subzero maintenance package" I think the provider should list services that would actually be performed. The unit was working ok except I was having a problem with the fridge light coming on consistently when door was opened. I was told the switch needed to be replaced at a cost of $65, and he did this work. I was glad he had this piece in stock. Repairman was polite and seemed competent, and appeared as promised. But it seems like there is less to this "maintenance package" than advertised. I ended up paying $160 essentially to get coil vacuumed and to replace a switch, which seems expensive.

It was great. Technician was punctual, diagnosed problem within minutes and fixed the problem on the spot. He was also reasonable with the price.

He came back because it didn't work. It's still working now though. It's working okay. There was a $59 charge that I didn't know about just for them to come out. I thought it was a down payment for the work,but it was just for them to come out. If you're going to have an extra charge for something, you should let your customers know in the beginning. I would have dumped the service had I known it. I could have bought a new refrigerator for about $100 more. I had a hard time with the woman I talked to on the phone. The quality of the work was good. The refrigerator is still working.

It was easy to make an appointment, they were very professional on the phone and I was able to schedule appointment within a few days. The fellow (sorry don't remember his name) that camwas very thorough, expert, detailed ? impressive. He also carefully examined my dishwasher (also not working). In spite of the bad news (both beyond repair) I was satisfied that he left no stone unturned. I would definitely recommend them. Only problem I had was that they didn?t call me 30" before they were coming as they said they do. as the end o my 3 hour appointment neared I had to call and text many times before I got a response ? guy was delayed and would arrive half hour after scheduled window That?s ok, but I kept calling / texting (squeaky wheel) until I got a reply. I finally a call back and learned were a guy short and that repairman would arrive 30" late - he arrived 20" later. Not a big deal - but i needed to know if they were coming, and having waited 3 hours I didn't want to continue waiting if they were not coming. Not being able to reach them until the last minute was frustrating. They should have called ahead, or replied to my messages and texts Having said that that I was more than happy with the service. If my washer / dryer could have be fixed I?m sure they would have done an excellent job (they?re both 20 years old?). J I recommend them.

My dryer broke. I needed my dryer fixed immediately. I may have saved money. But, I had to wait for that coupon to go through Angie's List in order for them to come. That's what they told me anyway. So, they couldn't come that day. They told me that the coupon had to go through the process and go through the computer. I had to wait a good three to four days for them to come. That's crazy. I want to be able to use the services immediately. I don't want to have to wait for a coupon to go through the system. It cost me more. It was roughly $150. They were good on quality. The response was not good. They could have come a lot quicker and he could have just been nice. He just was not warm at all. He didn't even smile. He just walked in and fixed it. There was not even a, "Hello mam." Nothing. I would tell a friend not to go with them.

Very well, but not successfully. Technician disassembled the front panel of the microwave, found a blown fuse and repaired it and attempted to run the microwave. It ran, but did not heat. Determined that the problem was with the magnetron. Quoted a price for replacement, which would have given us credit for the cost of the diagnostic visit. We opted against repair as the unit was old and likely had other pending problems. Technician also did quick inspection of refrigerator and dishwasher and was willing to examine other appliances as well as part of the same service. Highly recommended.

It went great. The repairman came on time, and replaced the handle. He knew exactly what he was doing.

Mike was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He spent a fair amount of time correctly diagnosing the problem, at one time making an extra trip back to the truck to pick up another tool. He patiently waited until the washer had correctly completed a test cycle before leaving, even though it was late in the day and he had to go across town for his last appointment. He clearly was the most honest serviceman we have ever dealt with and will be our "go-to" guy for all future appliance and central/air repairs and maintenance. Will also add the office very promptly scheduled the same-day appointment. A real gem!

Our 3 yr old Cabrio Whirlpool washing machine wasn't spinning the clothes dry at the end. It was going through the whole cycle but at the end, the clothes were still soaking wet. So we'd have to put it on drain and spin for 13 mins and that worked but who has time for that. Then, even that stopped. In short, Mike K. from Zulk fixed it. Mike was polite, communicative, professional, and seemed to know what he was talking about. My wife (who is hard to please) is quite impressed with the experience. She actually used the word "amazing": "it was pretty amazing that he said it was the actuator and he was right". (It's been working for a few weeks now). Here's why she is amazed....We had an experience with ANOTHER service provider that charged an arm and a leg to fix our viking stove that I got at an auction. They replaced a part twice and every time it stopped working after a while. They eventually sent a different tech and he replaced the computer and the thing has been working for a couple years fine. But the first guy was positive it was a certain part and he turned out to be wrong (maybe). So that's why she was amazed that Mike K. from Zulk got it right the first time. He also gave us some advice about our other appliances that need maintenance soon or actions we should take to avoid maintenance. For example, he said he could fix our Viking fridge that sounds like it's on it's last legs. (We bought it used. I've been telling myself it's going to go belly up any day now for 2 years...still chugging along...shouldn't jinx myself...I do not need that right now). He also recommended changing (or cleaning out) the vent hose on our dryer and vacuum out the lint catch area to save the innards. Neither of which I've done yet of course!

Our close to thrirty year old gas dryer was making a loud squesking, and scraping noise, it also no longer stopped when door was openened. Provider called promptly and came close to the appointed time,. He quickly determined what the problems were but did not have the part (a new pulley). He thought he might not be able to do the repair until the following day but actually returned later the same day and finished the job. He was pleasant, helpful, neat and efficient. A very good experience all around.

He originally believed the timer was ok and just needed to replace the dial. When he replaced the dial it did not work properly so he had to replace the timer. I appreciated that he looked at the inexpensive repair option first rather than the more costly

They let me know very politely that they would not come out and service my machine because they're so far away. They're in New Jersey. They were polite. I would give them A for being honest but they shouldn't be listed in the Stamford area if they weren't gonna service it.

Company rep,Mike,arrived promptly for scheduled appointment. Repaired leak. Said the line had been installed incorrcectlyNo parts were required and the total cost was covered by the service call minimum price. The rep was courteous,knowledgable and efficient. Would definitely use this firm again
