Description of Work: They replaced a broken fan in our Bosch refrigerator and told us that because of the effect of the broken part, the fridge needed to be defrosted in order to be restored to full functionality. They also replaced a latch on our built-in microwave. Cost included labor and parts -- we had a discount of $100 because of a deal we had purchased through Angie's List. Repairman was very knowledgeable and was willing to look at other appliances and comment on their condition and how we were caring for them: our dishwasher, stove and washer-dryer. I was very impressed and will call them again whenever we have a problem with an appliance.

+ -1 moreMy gas oven was shutting off after 15 minutes or so. Repairman came and inspected everything and determined the thermostat was shot. He followed up with me to tell me that the part had been discontinued but was calling around to try to find one. Service was fantastic. Very nice, professional, on time and knowledgeable. Even made recommendation on something about my refrigerator to extend its life (all my appliances are about 10 years old). Will definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreOur gas stove wouldn't light all of a sudden. We placed a call to Zulk Appliance Repair after seeing some good reviews online. They were able to come out the same day. Mike came on time and was very courteous. It turned out to be a minor issue. He fixed the problem quickly and also explained to us the cause and how he fixed it. When he saw that we haven't serviced our fridge for awhile, he also took care of it for us. We are very happy with his service and would definitely use Zulk/Mike again if we need it!
