Description of Work: They replaced the latch mechanism on my oven door because the temperature control was not reliable. |The only problem was that they forgot to notify me when the part came in, so I had to call them after a couple of weeks went by. Once I brought it to their attention, they responded immediately. |The technician was excellent; he offered all kinds of additional advice about caring for my appliances.

Description of Work: Initially they did not respond to my request for service. I had to send emails and finally call. When they did come they did not examine the problem thoroughly that caused for delays in my repair.

Description of Work: The provider's work was very good, however, it took 4 days to schedule an appointment. A part had to be ordered and I was told I would be notified when it came in. A week later I had to call them to find out what was going on. They called and left a message on my machine that they would be at my home in 15 minutes without verifying if I would be home. The work was good but I would not use them again.

Description of Work: Well, I explained to the person that came to my house about my washer and I clearly mentioned that the main problem of machine was that it shakes a lot when it is spinning. and another problem i mentioned was the electricity that shots off after each use and i would have to take out the plug and plug it again so that the machine will have electricity to work. The guy opened the machine and did the checking and tests and told me that he understood the problem and said that we need to change a part that cost like 280. he said that it would solve shaking and electricity problem. I had 100 Dollars credit from first visit so i agreed . so in 2 days he comes back with the part and change that part. The next day after he istalled the part , the machine was shaking more then before . really bad!! I called the guy and told him that the problem if shaking is worst then before. so he came back and check the machine and told me that we need to buy another part that cost like 160 or 170 . I could not believe what i heard . this means that the part we changed was not at all needed since shaking did not stop. I told him that there is no way i am paying for another part since the total of what was paid and additional money will not be worth to fix old machine . so he told me that his boss will check and see what he can do . so then he calls me and tells me that his boss succeeded in getting the second part we needed for free. i was very happy to hear that . but then the next day , he comes to me but with a very small part of the part needed. so i ask him , where the is the whole part so he tells me that this is what they sent him . so he took apart the whole machine and could not even install that part . so the whole situation took a week and at the end , he told me that either i pay for the second part or he will give me the refund of what i paid!! i told him i want my money back for such a bad service. so he agreed and took back the first part that he installed . So a whole week was lost because i could not use the machine and at the end i bought a new machine . what i wast of time and no experience in fixing washing whatsoever. i am extremely disappointed with service!

Description of Work: The person who came from Zulk was very fast at determining that the dryer could be fixed,. But as I asked him questions about how long the repair would last and how much it would cost, I determined that it would be more advantageous to get a new one. He agreed with me. Very honest and professional.

Description of Work: One word AWESOME!!! Okay three words Mike is AWESOME!!! My clothes dryer sounded like the construction of the second avenue subway. Now you don't even know the dryer is on. Mike took it apart and explained everything in detail. He was on time and efficient. He was courteous and friendly. If anything goes wrong ask for MIKE!!!

Description of Work: Dryer was running but not heating up. Called for service on a Sunday morning. The technician arrived at 3PM (they offered to come earlier but I would not be home until after 3). Technician took the dryer apart and accurately diagnosed the problem as a bad fuse. Checked the heater and found that was still working fine. Noticed a wheel was worn and replaced it while he had the dryer open. Total cost was $160. for parts and service.
