He said I did not need new windows. He got my windows opened and he told me he wouldn't cheat me and that I did not need new windows. He fixed a minor thing on the side of the windows so they would not slide down and he did not charge me for it.

The phone response was courteous and prompt.2 gentlemen came and measured the job on April 10.They said they would have to have the glass cut to size and would return to install it on April 30.On April 30 they returned and the glass was the WRONG SIZE.They re measured and came back again to install on May 7. Overall, the work took a LONG TIME and I had to be home twice due to the mistake in measuring.

Talked to Brian, came over ON time gave me an estimate, told me my old airconditioner (10 years old) would not fit the new window opening but a new 15,000 btu would and it would cost me less to run . He told me about the old lead based paint on the windows, he gave me a price (much less then a competitor) 5 guys came ON time 3 guys tore out the old windows scraped the old paint , 1 guy did the molding, 1 guy did the alluminum outside, they were like a window swat team, finished by 5pm, some worked through lunch great guys, would hire them again.

We did not use the company but Scott was so helpful they deserve a +++ report.

Had to have 6 wooden windows installed per Landmark violation on the 2nd & 3rd floors. The 2nd floor - the wood around the windows ended up being rotted so they replaced all the wood prior to installation. The 2nd floor the windows were excellent. However, on the 3rd floor, the framing surrounding the windows was not done as professionally as the 2nd floor. Upon calling Chris, he personally came to my residence, looked at my complaint and agreed with him. He sent over the craftsman that I requested, who did an outstanding job on the windows. However, 2 of the top windows Chris is replacing completely and with all the rain, it has not yet been completed, but, hopefully once we continue to have dry weather, it can be completed.

Installation went well but since our building is quite old and there were many layers of paint in the aluminum window frame they needed to come back to refinish with a different kind of stop molding. They did an excellent job creating this new stop molding as the work involved in stripping the paint of each original frame would have been very time consuming. Chris at Windows we Are was very accommodating and helpful. Great experience and love the windows.

No one had the window I needed in stock except Windows We Are. Chris was very helpful and professional both on the phone and in person. I checked 3 other places for the window including Home Depot and WWA was about $50 less than the others I checked. He even gave me a "bridge" discount since I came over the bridge to buy. That was totally unexpected and cool! They saved me about $60 bucks and 10 days of ordering time (which I didn't have). I would have had them install the window too, but they had a few large jobs and I couldn't wait a week. They even gave me a ballpark of what it should cost for installation and a general idea of how to install the window so I wouldn't get ripped off. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase windows.
