I had to wait almost a year to get a storm door, they did a good job, i don't care when they are negotiating the price with me, they sales person give me one price and the owner gave me a cheaper price and they refuse to recognize the cheaper price.

The removed and installed seven windows in the front of our home. They also replaced the framing and moulding and even installed some baseboard moulding that we needed installed. They did a great job and were very clean. No complaints at all. I also appreciated that they wore masks the whole time being that I’m pregnant and was concerned about COVID-19. We definitely plan on using them again to install the windows in the back of our home in a few months.

The work was done on time and the repair was perfect. Will recommend to others in the area.

I thought I would give this place a try even though many reviews say they never get back to you with an estimate after they come to take measurements. So I went there, set up an appointment with Susan and both Susan and Bruce came to my home. Bruce said he would have the estimate in a couple of days. A week went by and I went back to the store and they said they were not done. The owner Scott spoke with Bruce to make sure we were all on the same page with what I wanted and they said it would be done by tomorrow which was 4 days ago! I called yesterday and asked to speak with Scott and left a message to call me and he did not and today he was not there!! I guess they do not want my 18 window business!!! I have gone with someone else. They had ALL my information, my phone number and email address there was NO EXCUSE for this and I now believe the other reviewers who posted the same issue

It went very well. In the end we found a solution where I did not even have to spend a dollar. That is much appreciated and rare - especially in NYC.

Have had some small issues. When they put the windows in our brownstone house they didn't exactly fit into the existing window frames. We just need a little bit more molding of the window frame. There was some extra insulation when they put the windows in. They told us what to do about it, so we could have the brownstone finished on the window.

We needed windows repaired and they told me absolutely no way could our windows be repaired. They tried to sell us new windows when we didn't need them. We got another company to repair our windows. That windows are we told us could not be fixed.

there were 4workers each day for two days. nice team work and each workers are highly "professional " , reliable and responsible, and efficient.

The installation was done quickly and carefully. The workers installed my new large air conditioner as well. The windows I ordered contain argon gas which keeps the apartment cooler in the summer -very important since my windows face west. The windows tilt in for cleaning. One of them came loose from the frame months after the installation. I called and someone was sent to repair the window. About a year later I was having a problem opening and closing one window. Once again I called and a worker was sent to adjust the mechanism. Basically I am very satisfied with the quality and service and the reliability of this company. Even after four years I would feel comfortable calling them again if I had a problem with any of the windows. I have recommended them to anyone I know who is replacing the windows in apartments or private homes.

Everything went well. I'm happy with my windows. Workers were knowledgeable. The only problem was that they needed 3 people to get the windows into my apartment and only had two people, so I had to help them.

Windows we Are was incredible. They sent enough guys to complete the job in one day. They did no damage to the building. It was amazing to see how they totally redid a large bathroom window surrounded with tiles without damaging one single tile. They cleaned up the work areas down to bringing a vacuum cleaner which they also used to vacuum the hallway outside the apartment. They also took all the old Windows away. When I called about difficulties with lifting a couple of screens, they sent their chief measurer to check and then ordered two new replacements. All of the workers were friendly, efficient, courteous and professional.

Window we Are took on the project with no experience with this window or this european window company's product. However the installation crew they sent was very knowledgeable and was easy to work with solving some of the onsite problems with an installation of this type and magnitude. We achieved the results we wanted. I have a very happy client and a happy clients mean I sleep well at night...As a contractor my future work is depended on my sub contractors completing their work on time and on budget with no excuses. Window We Are communication throughout the project was excellent which helped prevent any possible issues. I continue to use them for other projects and I feel comfortable recommending them.

The two guys who replaced the windows were very professional, very nice and on time! Within 2 weeks one of my windows cracked and I contacted WWA and within a few days I had the window replaced, free of charge. I would recommend them to anyone.
