The install went well they even came out on the weekend to accommodate my schedule

Got quotes, Purchased Marvin windows from lumberyard for and used a contractor to install. Saved several thousand. Went great

It went fairly well. There were only a few issues but they fixed everything. I didn't have any problems with their service. They were very clean and the installer did need his boss help him with an issue on one window but that was taken care of.

We gave him a down payment and were going to give him the remainder once the job was finished. He gave us a window pole to adjust the blinds but it was about 12ft off the ground so he informed me I would need a step ladder. The windows were not made to receive the window pole. He does not intend to resolve this in any way

I originally purchased 4 replacement windows from Windows We Are to be installed by another Contractor. The contractor told me to go to Windows We Are and pick out the windows we wanted. The salesman showedme the highest quality replacement windows he had for my needs and I picked these out and got the brochures. When I showed the window brochures I picked out to the contractor he didn't like them and said he would call the store and order the brand he recommended. I purchased the windows the contractor recommended but after a series of disagreements with the contractor, I cancelled the job and went to Windows We Are to Install the 4 windows. They sent someone out the next day to measure the windows and the work was completed shortly after. The Windows We Are staff were very professional and I had the windows delivered and installed in a few days. Chris Lambert, the Manager was very attentive to our problem and went out of his way to help us. The window installation went on without a hitch and the work was top quality. Initially it was thought that 3 of the 4 windows would have to be re-framed , but the Installers said only one window needed re-framing and saved us $300. Windows We Are is very professional, they carry excellent products, they arrive on time, return all communications, answer all your questions in a timely fashion and do excellent work. I highly recommend them.

It went very well. Very professional, punctual and they new what they were doing. The crew was very neat and they did a couple of extra things that I asked them to do. They were reasonably priced.

The experience was good. We used them a 3rd or 4th time, so they were excellent. The price was reasonable.

I could not be happier with Windows We Are. From start to finish they seemed as eager as I was to get the job done and get it done right. Jimmy and Chris in the office were quick to respond to every call or inquiry. The installers were great even though a few unforeseen problems arose. They handled them professionally and didn't blink when they had to come back to finish the job - nor did they veer from the estimate. Special accolades to Carlito, the installer who went above and beyond. I don't like giving all A's for a review but I couldn't find one aspect of the job that didn't warrant it. Thanks guys.

Installation of the widows was satisfactory, and WWA was very responsive to any problems in that area. The customized screens had large (1/2 to 1/4 inch) gaps across the tops, however. Several efforts (experiments?) were made to try to fix this, but they really had no idea how to do it, nothing really worked, and they then started insisting that the screens were fine and that I was unreasonable. and wouldn't be happy with anything that they did. So now I have screens, but they won't keep out insects, and I have to find someone to fix them. They were fine for standard work, but do not use them for customization.

They were very accommodating as I was going through the decision making process. They answered my questions promptly and specifically, Bruce, Jimmy and Chris were great to deal with. The installers cleaned as they worked inside of the home and picked up after themselves very well. They installed seven windows, one a very large window in about 6 1/2 hours. They left some debris on the property that we didn't see right away, but as soon as we noticed they came to pick it up quickly thereafter. The debris was not entirely their fault as my property is under construction and I can totally understand missing it since the surrounding areas are a bit messy from other landscaping projects.

Windows We Are did an excellent job installing a replacement picture window in the front of my house. They arrived on time and worked quickly to remove the old window and install the replacement. I was especially pleased with the moldings installed on the outside where there was a tricky transition from the stucco surface of the house to the frame of the new window. The installers also did a good job preserving the alarm system wiring that had been embedded in the old window. The new window is a great improvement over the old one which failed during a severe storm a while back.

I needed a replacement bathroom window on urgent notice. This company promptly accommodated my request and they even delivered the window to my Upper West Side apartment at no extra cost. I'm very pleased with their service (Jimmy took care of my order).

It was a great experience from beginning to end. I looked at several companies over a two month period before deciding to go with Windows We Are. After they came out to do the measurements I went to their store to take a look at the different types of windows. Jimmy helped me and was quite informative and was my primary contact in the store. Jimmy said that the windows would take two weeks to come so we set up a installation date for the next day after they were scheduled to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised when Chris called a few days earlier than the estimated delivery date and said that the windows were in and I could have them installed the next day, which I did. I think the stars of the operation were the installers, Hector and Papo. They did an excellent job and cleared away all of the debris. It was a pleasure to see someone who took pride in their craft. After the job was done Hector and I stood there for a minute admiring his work. I would definitely use Windows We Are again and request that they send the same team out.

Total professional. As requested, I was called when he was en route, and he arrived on time. The inspector determined the source of the leak was not the window, but that several areas of missing/cracked stucco on the building surface was the source of the leak. An honest contractor!!

This went more smoothly than anything we've done since moving into this apartment! I contacted & used them based purely on Anglie's List rating -- and, boy, did they live up to it! Work was scheduled for August 8th, and installers arrived and got on with their work very quickly. In about 4 hours, we had the 6 windows w/screens installed perfectly. Everything was left so neat and tidy that you'd never guess work had been done. They were absolutely wonderful -- and I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

These guys are nothing short of terrific . They were very easy to deal with and kept me informed every step of the way. The installation of my windows was not a large project by their standards but was a large distruptive project to me. I live in a co op on the upper east side of Manhattan where having anything done requires a stack of forms to be filled out which usually discourages anyone from having anything done. Steve was prompt in getting everything to the managing agent of the building and the installion went without a hitch. The guys showed up on the day that they were expected and installed the windows in one day with very little muss or fuss. I am more than please with their work and professionalism. If you are thinking about having your windows replaced these are the go to guys believe me. I will recommend them to everyone that even mentions getting their windows replaced..they are the best.

Windows We Are did not perform any services for us BUT they did recommend someone who did an amazing job.

I called them up and spoke with Scott the owner. Scott was very helpful and informative and I told him I would like to see the replacement window at the showroom. I visited their showroom in Brooklyn (they have their own parking lot) and Scott showed me the type of windows I was interested in. They had a large selection to choose from and I found a good quaiity Majestic Window with double pane 7/8" energy efficient LowE glass with foam insulation in the frame. I set up an appointment with Bruce so he could take the measurements. I met Bruce at the house, he took the measurements and I gave him a down payment check. Bruce said the windows should come in within 2 weeks. I called them near the end of the second week and scheduled the installation date. I asked for a Saturday and they had no problem with that. Bartholomew, the lead installer and his installation team arrived at 9:30AM and had the job completed by 3:30PM. They were very professional, did an excellent job. They protected the floor and the area around the windows and cleaned as they went along, (as stated in a previous review they left the area just as clean as they found it!) The team removed all old windows, storm windows and garbage. Very Satisfied.

After dealing with the nightmare that is Castle the Window people, it was a pleasure doing business with this company. The estimate was given in about thirty minutes with no sales pitch and no pressure. The price quoted was competitive and fair for the work being done. The day that the installtion was arranged was the day that the installers came on. Installation was professional and quick with the employees cleaning up all the mess. My only concern is with the quality of the windows themselves. We choose the Allside Sheifields after the recommendation we got at the estimate. The day the windows where installed I noticed a crack in the frame. I notiffied Windows We Are and the frame was replaced, but the fact that a new frame would either come from the factory cracked or crack during the installation process does not fill me with confidence.

It went horribly. After three attempts to obtain a simple estimate we searched for another company.

I use Windows We Are for almost all my windows and solutions. I think they are pretty good.

The provider did not tell us the screens were only 1/2 screens, so after their installation we cannot open the tops without inconvenience. The additional cost of extra screens was not anticipated and could have been prevented had the provider disclosed this fact.

I called to have a window repaired. They arrived within an hour and fixed it immediately. The service professional was polite, friendly, informative and knew exactly what he was doing. I will call them immediately the next time a window needs repair.

Our condo contracted with this company to replace windows int he common area and it made sense to use them for my apartment. They did everything well from answering the phone , scheduling, the estimate, installation and clean-up. The 3-man crew was polite, cheerful and thorough. When they finished they gave me tips on opening the new windows for cleaning, and left the apartment in good order. I would absolutely use them again.
