Tully Spagnoli & Sons

I called about 4 or 5 contractors - got 2 or three quotes and only tully spagnoli came to see the place before giving a quote. Their price was reasonable and they were really easy to deal with and did a great job - if your looking to get your floors refinished I recommend them.

Excellent contractor. I was referred to Spagnoli by another contractor, and they were a pleasure to work with, during all phases of the project. Their estimator, the principal, the office staff and the workers all were responsive.

It went smoothly. It was such an easy process for us. The hardest part was picking a stain color. Dave was great and prompt with his appraisal and the crew was prompt when working on the floors and it was all finished on schedule so we could move in as planned. The floors serioulsy look amazing.

Dave's team was amazing from beginning to finish. Everyone has complimented the refinished floors, which were hand-sanded and finished in two days. Also, Dave charged an incredibly fair price for his work, we will be recommending him to anybody who needs floor work. Thanks Dave and team! Spagnoli Floors did an excellent job. It was easy to schedule Dave for an estimate. He gave us a fair price and told us exactly what to expect. When his worker Dwayne showed up to do the work, everything went exactly as Dave said it would. Since these were hall floors and landing, Dwayne kept in close contact with me so that I could notify the residents when the floor was wet and shouldn't be walked on. And even when someone walked on the wet floors, Dwayne came back in and fixed that spot without my asking. Dwayne brought out the natural beauty of our floors. I would definitely hire them again.

Spagnoli did an amazing job on the floor in my apartment. From the start Dave put in the effort to make sure I understood my options . . .He and I spent over an hour one evening in person discussing what needed to be done. Once the job started and we discovered a leak from my AC unit, we had to shift gears and change the project scope . . . . Dave took pictures, and redirected the project at a completely reasonable cost. He took care of all the detail work, even returning an extra box of flooring to the manufacturer for me, an effort which I really appreciated, since I couldn't even lift it myself let alone get it back to the warehouse . . .I highly recommend them! Excellent .

Angela in the office is very patient and attentive. We set up the initial appointment. David showed up on time, gave me an estimate with the Angie's List discount. They had to scrape the floor, sanded it, and refinished it. The floor looks beautiful. They had forgotten to do something but came out the same day to finish the job. I would use them again and have already recommended their service.

I liked them but I found them to be to expensive. They do good work.

I could not be more pleased with all the components necessary to complete this project. The estimate of work to be performed was clear and reasonable. I was assisting my disabled brother in getting a new floor installed, from out of state. I was kept informed, from beginning to end, as was my brother, and this communication was very helpful in avoiding any surprises and keeping all parties involved on the same page. My brother was able to continue to use his wheelchair, and have accessibility to his bedroom, bathroom, and entrance and exit of his apartment thanks to the consideration and planning of Dave Spagnoli and the installers. We have all been pleased with the appearance of the new floor and would not hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to others. Their overall performance on this project was beyond my expectation and is thoroughly appreciated!

Amazing!! There were a few sections of flooring that were severely damaged. After having multiple companies come in and say I needed to replace the whole floor I was almost out of options . I bought this house because I fell in love with the old Craftsmanship , so I called Spagnoli and David showed up for the estimate and he assured me his crew would be able to match not only the parquet but the border around it as well, and wow they did an amazing job he had to custom make and match almost every peice of wood installed. I couldn't be happier. It was a pleasure dealing with David and his staff and I'm looking forward to doing my next project with you guys very soon!!

Not only is Spagnoli professional on every level, the job came out immaculate. You can tell they take pride in their work which sad to say is hard to come by today. ****Highly Recommended ****

Tully Spagnoli & Sons were true professionals. They did an excellent job, were very reasonably priced, informative, and even helped us move furniture before and after the floors were refinished. They also put us in contact with our contractor, DWC Construction, who have also done a phenomenal job. I couldn't recommend them more!

The company did a fantastic job. Super professional and responsive. They told me every step of the way what to expect, how long it would take and what it would cost. They offered me multiple finish options and showed me what it would look like on my actual floor. I couldn't be happier with the result. Great job, great guys.

Everything went completely smoothly and FAST! The cleaned up after themselves and left me with a beautiful new floor. The picture posted is of the unfinished, 4", white oak floor. (The sanding, staining and sealing will happen later by another vendor)

We interviewed another flooring company before deciding on Spagnoli and the major part of our decision was based on Dave's professionalism, knowledge of his trade and the confidence he conveyed in convincing us that Tully Spagnoli & Sons would make sure (Dave would make sure) that we would be satisfied with the results when the work was completed. Although timeframe was a factor, Dave's diligence to satisfy us never wavered. Our floors look amazing. The team was so easy to work with, and did a beautiful job. Most impressive is how they recreated century old details that now blend harmoniously with the original parquet. But the best part is that they saved my floors, saving me thousands of dollars, when no one else thought they could be saved.

Couldnt have asked for a more professional company. Workers were very professional and clean and David (Owner) came to check on the job numerous times.. after the repairs were done and a coat of stain was applied i was more than stunned.. absolutely amazed at the finished product..
