We had a great experience and our floors look great! Angelo came out for our estimate and he was extremely knowledgeable and honest about what our options were and what his recommendations were. We had our upstairs and den floors done with laminate vinyl and our oak stairs sanded and refinished. All look great and they cleaned up after themselves. Definitely recommend!

Truly the best! The flattened out some buckling floorboards by nailing, glueing, sanding, and re-sealing. You can't even tell they did anything. No nails or marks, and the sealant matches perfectly! When I realized I forgot to show them another area to fix after they had already left, they were very understanding and came back and fixed it no charge! Incredible service!

We used Tully Spagnoli for our floors. They sanded and refinished our hard wood floors in the foyer, living room and dining room. In the kitchen they replaced our old engineered floor with a new LVP floor. Spagnoli Flooring replaced our floors in May 2023. They did a spectacular job right from material recommendation / selection to installation. They recommended Mirage Floors for materials. We selected Sierra red oak engineered hardwood, 3/4 inch thick. It was perfect for our needs & exudes a certain warmth & richness throughout the entirety of the space. The installation process was streamlined. They moved furniture from one side of the apartment to the other as they proceeded with installation. New baseboards were modern. They replaced a wooden saddle on the bathroom threshold & installed a new saddle on the kitchen threshold - both marble - with the same high-quality workmanship seen in the overall floor install. Their workers - including project manager, were professional & courteous, & protected the apartment while working in it. Their customer service & back-office support was exemplary ensuring Certificate of Insurance (COI), job scheduling & payment processing went smoothly. They also proactively ensured the home owner received a rebate that the materials supplier happened to offer at the time of ordering materials. Overall, a great experience! We love our new floors! Have already recommended them to a friend. Will continue doing so & will definitely use them on future projects.

We used Spagnoli flooring for our kitchen, dining room and living room. We had vinyl tiles placed in all the rooms and wanted our kitchen floors leveled with the other 2 rooms to create a flow. It came out great and the contractors were kind and professional. The work was done in one day and they cleaned up nicely. The ladies in the office were kind and knowledgeable. Let me start by saying that this review is long overdue, I apologize to everyone at Spagnoli for not writing it earlier. My family purchased a 1925 prewar condo back in 2009. It has beautiful herringbone hardwood floors but sadly the floors were all nicked up and scratched from decades of wear and tear. Some of the marks on the floor were really deep, I wasn’t even sure IF they could be fixed at all. In 2022, I called a few flooring contractors. One never showed up, another insisted he could give me a ‘fair quote’ via zoom and I had a guy stop by who claimed to be a “flooring specialist” however he refused to even try to restore the original herringbone floor. Instead he insisted it be completely ripped out and replaced with a whole new floor. I was so frustrated! Then I called David of Spagnoli flooring. He came to my condo on time and was quick to get back to me with a written estimate. Spagnoli was also the only contractor I called who has a full time office person, Lisa, who always answered the phone and answered any questions I had. (The other guys only had a voicemail.) After I received the estimate from David, I submitted the proposal to have the floors refinished to my condo board. They approved it without issue but then, at the very last minute, the management company of my building insisted on an extra umbrella insurance policy in order to do the work. I called Lisa and explained the situation, she handled it quickly so that the original work date did not have to be delayed. I was so grateful—thank you Lisa! The crew David sent to restore our floors were awesome! The first day consisted of removing cracked wooden boards that could not be fixed and replacing them with new boards cut by Woody. Woody is so talented—that guy can cut any piece of wood to fit perfectly anywhere. I was very impressed! I thought Woody was his nickname since he’s the guy who does the woodwork but his actual name is Woodrow, LOL. What are the odds a guy named Woodrow would end up working with wood for a living? I was also impressed that David, the owner, came to the job site to see how the project was going. I had my bathroom completely gutted in 2015 and I never saw the owner of that company once—he hid like the Wizard of Oz! That is a huge red flag because the ‘work’ his crew did was awful! The job took way too long and didn’t even look that great in the end. I will never hire another contractor who doesn’t show his face! You don’t have to worry about that with Spagnoli! They do great work and are always ready to meet with you face to face to discuss your project and address any concerns you may have. You’ll meet Angelo too. After Woody does his magic repairing your floor, Angelo comes to buff your floors and make them shine like glass! They were GLORIOUS to work with and reasonably priced! Look at my before and after pics to see for yourself! If every contractor did business the way Spagnoli does, I would have much more work done. Thank you David and crew for restoring our floor to it’s former glory—it looks so beautiful! Even now, a year later, our floor is as beautiful as the day it was refinished—we are so pleased! If you want beautiful refinished floors with results that last, call Spagnoli—you’ll love the job they do!

My experience with Spagnoli Flooring was excellent from start to finish. David, Lisa, Angela and the whole Spagnoli team were a delight to work with. My wood floors are old and thin and could easily have been damaged but Spagnoli has years in the business and knew exactly how to handle them. Go with Spagnoli, your floors will be in good hands.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of their work. I had 650 square feet of new hardwood flooring installed and the results are amazing, and only took them a day and a half to complete. Their price was fair and their workers were careful to protect my house. I highly recommend this company.

One call is all it took. Spagnoli was the first and last call I made to replace a water ruined living room floor in my dads apartment. Speaking to the staff just made me feel really comfortable. They were real people without the selling attitude. The workers were sincere and professional as well. My dad's 97, stuck in hospital bed in the next room and I was concerned about the noise and fumes. The Spagnoli crew demoed and installed a new floor in 2 days without any issues. Great job great people. I obviously recommend them.

It was very good, they were very professional they were friendly on time finished the job in a timely manner they did all the paper works in a timely manner and in an accurate way they are trustworthy they took care of my furniture because they had to move it and put it back into place and It was really a great to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone.
