Showed up right on time, and did a nice clean job. No problems at all.

They were professional, thorough, and efficient. I would highly recommend them. When calling to make an appointment, ask for Erica or Rochelle for scheduling.

They found sand in our utility sink that was totally stopped up. They are prompt, responsible, and they know what they?re doing. They know how to find the solution intelligently.

Went great, they should up on time and cleaned up for me when they left. This was very important to me considering that i could stay because i had to go to work.

I called on a Thursday and set up an appointment for a Friday at 9am. On Friday morning, the company called me to let me know that the plumber would be arriving at 9:30. The plumber arrived promptly around 9:30, assessed the issue and then left to get parts. About 30 minutes later, a different plumber showed up at my door. The second plumber reviewed the issue and said he needed to go out to purchase a part. He came back 10 to 15 minutes later and began working. The work took about 15 minutes. Plumber was professional and courteous. I was charged $250 for the work: $175 for labor, $55 for parts (this was for a rubber vacuum seal that I heard the plumber tell HQ that he paid $4 for) and tax. So far, the work has held up. Because I feel grossly overcharged for both parts and labor, if this problem or any other plumbing problem comes up again in my home, I won't be calling this company.

The water was intermittently dripping from the ceiling on the second floor. There was no leak on the upper floors at all. Within a few weeks, the drip moved to another spot and this time, there was water on both the second and third floors. After a few days of tracing the path, it was determined that the roof was leaking. While the plumber made several visits to find the problem, I only had to pay for the initial call. Since the problem was not a plumbing issue, I contacted my roofer and he inspected the roof, patched the problem, and will replace the roof later this summer.

Everything turned out fine.

I had to call several times for Lewis to give me the quote. He did not call me. Finally I got him on the phone two weeks later. Lewis came in with a super high price for the cost of the service that was unbelievable. The tech he sent was dirty and unprofessional. I was so upset with the service that I refused to pay the estimate charge. Lewis fought me tooth and nail for the $149. He got the money but lost a customer.

This was supposed to be a diagnostic on the heating system, but did not check thermostats. Charged an additional 3% on top of the 4500 for the system to process my credit card. When they turned the system on the upstairs the upstairs heating pipes began to leak. I was told they are not plumbers so the couldn't fix the leak. Mind you it says on the documentation that they have a plumber license. I don't believe I received a heating system. and they certainly did not do a complete diagnostic of the system. No I would not recommend this company.

They did not bring a few necessary things that a professional company should. Something to remove water from the toilet (I had to give them some Tupperware that we will now throw out) and no rags to clean up. The price was also double what I was quoted on the phone for exactly one for per work. Other companies charge by the hour and they told me the $125 price was for only using the snake (essentially a 15 minute job) whereas because my job was not so simple I got charged $275. Choose a company that charges by the hour regardless of the type of blockage you have. Far fairer and fewer surprises!

He is not taking from me my desire or knowledge. They guy just tells me that I’m wrong and just performs work on how he felt it should be done. They replaced the pipes with the same size. This is not what we hired them to do. We did not choose to complete the work with this company at that time. I would like to call them back and discuss this with the owner so that I can see if he would do what I have requested.

I was told that someone from STANLEY LEWIS PLUMBING & HEATING would call me within two business days. I had written down three times that would work for me and no one ever called me. I finally called them and was told none of the times I had written down would work for that company, so I had to be scheduled on their time. The day they were scheduled, they said they'd be there sometime between 8 and noon. At 11:30, no on had so much as contacted me, so I called them. They said they were right around the corner and would be right there. At 12:00, no one had shown up. I called them once more and told them they had TWENTY minutes. Not twenty-five, not thirty. I had somewhere to be. At 12:30, they were still not there, so I left. They called me at 12:40 saying they had arrived. I let them know I had already left. When I tried to reschedule, they said they couldn't work me in for a month. I have nothing nice to say about this company. They are unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them.

I never heard from back from the provider to schedule. I emailed three times and called and left messages at the office for them and never got a response.

I had a terrible experience with Stanley Lewis Plumbing and I would never use them again. The front office was completely incompetent and disorganized. They told me that the plumbers would be there between 8am-noon - i got there at 8am and waited for 6 hours before the plumbers started working on the job. The first delay was because they were unable to provide the insurance certificate which my building requires for all contractors. It took them 4 hours that morning just to fax over an insurance certificate, even though they had all of the information the day before to take care of it. The second delay was due to the plumbers showing up without the part required for the job, even after I explicitly called them the day before and told them to bring it. I was very frustrated working with their front office who was completely incompetent to the point of not understanding what an insurance certificate is and not knowing who or where to fax it to, and not understanding or communicating my need for the right parts to the plumbers. Avoid them like the plague.

They've come several times (see above) and always got the job done quickly and with excellent results. I highly recommend them.

I called to ask if this company installed sewer back flow protectors having just cleaned up from a sewer overflow into my finished basement. When I called to arrange an appointment for an estimate I was told the mechanic could come by immediately and that it was COD. This would be fine however there is no way that at 4pm these guys would jack up the concrete, cut the sewer line, install valve, install valve housing and re-cement the floor. Did they not understand the request? I asked to speak to the mechanic and was denied. This is a very suspect company. Be careful!

I didn't have actual contact with them, my fiance was there when they came, but it sounded like it wasn't a big issue. Someone called me the night before for my cc and said they couldn't have someone come out until they had a cc on file. I called them the next morning and they said it wouldn't be a problem, I could write a check and that's what I did. Other than that everything was fine.

The work was done well. - the leaks were stopped. My issue was with the pricing. $695 - minus $20 coupon - plus tax 8.875% total: 735.00 My employee (the superintendent) was quoted a price for the work. Once the worker returned with supplies. I received a call from the company owner that the price was much much higher and he insisted that no quote was given. I do not believe that my employee would call me with an arbitrary dollar amount that he had not heard from the vendor. It just does not make sense that it would happen that way. I agreed to the work based on the first quote I received. But once the worker returned and I received the call I had very little choice but to accept the higher amount as it was an emergency situation and they would have charged me $$ for just coming out to the site. I am sure this will be disputed however, this was my experience. thank you

Don't waste your time! Call someone else. Someone with a no problem attitude.

Extremely fast and professional. They priced the job around $350 after I sent them pictures of the work to be done (one competitor priced it at 2600$... no shame) They arrived within the 3 hours window as specified. Excellent service.

I waited 4 hours for a no-show appointment. The office rescheduled for the following day, so I patiently waited the next day for another 4 hours for ANOTHER no-show. I called to follow-up and they said the plumber would arrive within the hour, but they didn't show for a FEW MORE HOURS. Two guys with bad attitudes finally showed up and simply reversed the shower knob, charged me, and left without barely speaking a word. One hour later, the shower head still leaked. I wasted money and two days off of work and I will never attempt to use Stanley Lewis Plumbing services again.

a contracter had installed a shower panel but somehow the hot/cold water pipes were crossed. Temperature of water went from extremely cold to extremely hot??needless to say this wouldn't work! Their plumber was courteous, efficient and quick in response and resolving this dilemma at a reasonable cost ?I might add

Repaired everything quickly and at quoted price !! Gonna use cliff again.

Looked for leaks, charged me too much. Replaced toilet handles that still do not flush well.
