I couldn't be happier. The work was perfect. There is no indication that the ceiling and walls were ever damaged by water. This provider wanted his work to be perfect. When he was done, he left the room spotless, which is very hard to accomplish with plaster work and painting!

Covered all areas prior to starting , prepped the areas, did a masterful job with great detail completing the drywall repair. I was amazed at how good it looked without even paint. I would definitely hire Ivan and Progress again

I purchased a Big Deal from Angie's list. Ivan arrived exactly as scheduled. The walls in my house are plaster (not sheet rock) and the outside walls are plaster over brick. In several places the plaster on these outside walls was crumbling from age and from a leaky air conditioner above. After chipping away the crumbling areas, Ivan worked painstakingly building up layer by layer to build up to a perfect finish. He covered all nearby furniture and cleaned up when he finished. I am delighted with the job.

He was able to come within a couple of days of me calling. He was punctual. He cleaned up well after the job was done. The results were well and he took care of what I needed very quickly.

Ivan was very responsive, prompt and professional. I called him and explained that I needed wallpaper applied, he setup time to visit the job and gave me a quote same day. We agreed upon a price and he had a very nice gentleman by the name of Mike to apply the wallpaper. Mike came in around 815 and was completely done by noon. The job was immaculate, and my wife and I were very happy to have found Ivan and Mike on Angie's list. Very good people who care to keep client happy and satisfied...Ivan came later in the evening to check out the job and collect payment. I would trust Ivan to paint my entire apartment, and setup my Audio Visuals as well. Highly Recommended!

We purchased a "Big Deal" from Angie's List and were very satisfied with 'Progress', the company that was listed. Plastic paneling had been removed from 3 bedroom walls bedroom, leaving many nails and holes, and gaps where the ceiling and floor moldings had been. Ivan from Progress returned our calls promptly, and he scheduled an appointment to do the repairs on a Sunday. He arrived right on time, assessed the damage and the work necessary, and offered suggestions for future restoration. The work was completed in the allotted time, including a repair of a large gap in the ceiling, and the cleanup was great! Ivan didn't leave a speck of dirt or dust for us to clean. Besides doing a wonderful and expert repair, Ivan was friendly, polite, and courteous. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs wall and ceiling repairs.

Email communication worked fine and a weekend appointment was arranged. Ivan called prior to coming and was on time, precisely at 9:00AM. He brought all the necessary supplies with him. He was very professional in his manner and described what he was doing. He did not dawdle and went right to work. He covered the necessary area with plastic sheeting and worked the full four hours. He cleaned up and vacuumed the area after he was finished. I'm sure that his work was done exactly as it should have been and I'm also sure that the repaired areas haven't looked as good since they were first put up. I would highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again.

Ivan came prepared to work. He had his tools and proceeded to sand the wall which had a preliminary coat of plaster. He then applied two coats of plaster, dried with a powerful hand dryer, and did a good job finishing the plastering. I was very satisfied with the work.

Overall, these guys were very professional and organized. When I first applied for the service, they got back to me same day. They told me that I had the choice of providing my own materials (plaster, mainly) or they could bring their own for a small charge (extra 30/40 bucks). It was good to have a heads up that there might be an additional cost (it mentioned that the customer may have to provide their own materials in the fine print section, too, so there were no surprises). Their manager called me the morning of the appointment to confirm. Then they called me when they were on their way. They also called me when outside. Two workers came in, one of them named Ivan. They had all their gear ready and went to work right away. Ivan was very knowledgeable and so was his partner. They were done in the four hour time frame and the walls look brand new...they chipped away at the cracks, covered them up with plaster, heated them so they dried faster, sanded it, vacuumed everything up, and painted over the dried plaster. Everything looked perfect. What I liked here was the level of organization that they had, the price (of course), the rapidity of their work, their cleanliness, and no upselling. This was my first work ever on Angie's list, so I was nervous at first...but these guys did the job the right, did it well, and did it on time. What else can you ask for? I highly recommend them.

Hello everybody, I would like to thank Progressive for the job they ve done in my house. They were hired to paint second floor in my house, 4 rooms. The estimate price they gave me were acceptable ( in my price range ) and began the job the next day. Job was done in exactly time frame we agreed on. I needed my little son's bedroom to be renovated, and it took me long time to find someone who could do it 100% on time and qualitatively. Fortunately, my friend suggested me this company. I'm very happy with the job they've done. My son's bedroom looks perfect now!!! Very polite, nice and experienced guys!!! I would definitely recommend them to my friends!!

Installed floors stained them and buffed them. These guys also patch, send the patched holes and painted all my interior and exterior walls. Nice clean job very pleased. Recommend to use them.

Well, when you hire a contractor, you are looking for a several criteria. I mean, you basically let a stranger come to your house and spend several days there; and you hope that job will be done to the extend you asked and you'll get your house back in at least nice and clean condition. Boy I was surprised. I got my house in a spotless condition, job was done beyond my expectations, and most of all there was no suprised additional unexpected costs during contraction time. The painting is even, my floors now shine impeccably, there is no gaps between moldings. All in all, I loved it.

Ivan was a man of his word, he started the job and finished the job without any hesitation. one thing i really liked about Ivan was that he was a straight shooter, he never asked me for more money like those other contractors do. The quality of work was just amazing, Thank you Ivan Im really happy and i can say i would use your services in the future again. Ivan build me a brand new Pet shop in one month and he was very accurate about his dates and timing. would definitely do business with him again.

Grate job by Progress, came in did a walk through gave me suggestions and answered all my questions. Sent me an estimate within a week. Price was chipper then other contractors who were charging arm and a leg. They started work right the way after i gave them deposit. They worked for about 2.5 week finished everything right on time before the big move in. They were very carefull with everything and very clean which i loved. Ivan kept me posted on dayly bases and went over everything with me before they did anything, every time he had to do something he conloted me because i asked him to. Love the work they did, very proffetional and reliable, Recomend to all. w'll do business again. Thanks
