Ivan and Roman did outstanding work at a reasonable price. Work site was left totally clean. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best professionals that I have ever worked with because of the depth and quality of his work. I just had to show him what I wanted to be repaired/painted, and he knew how to do it. He was efficient, neat and cleaned up everything when he was finished. Ivan even washed my paint roller and brush so that it could be used again. A very strong work ethic and a very skilled professional repairer.

Progress did an outstanding job with all the projects. They stayed later at no charge to ensure that the job was done correctly, having to make a run to home depot for a part that was not included in the installation kit. They were transparent about the paint finish not matching, which was my bad—I had supplied the paint for the hole repairs. They offered to come back to repaint. The shelf was hung very sturdily and looks attractive. The wall hook was exactly where we agreed and also installed well. The mirror was straightened out and the water filter is working flawlessly, and it was a tricky installation. I will definitely use Progress for future home improvement projects and would recommend them for these types of tasks for sure, though based upon their professionalism and expertise I'm sure they are capable of bigger jobs as well.

.But they gained my respectthe work was done seeirst of all Lawrence called me and asked what did i need done when i told him he said that would not be a problem.He told me to buy the materials and his men would install it you see I'm a paraplegic and cannot, get store easily,Well they sent Ivan who is a very nice fellow he and simmon came to the house did some measurements told me they would go to homedepot and buy the door they called me to say that they could not find it and would have to make something up.Well they called me on the 3rd and asked me could the come on the 4th at 2pm I agreed low an behold they were at my door at 130 ready to work . The work was done and they even went over the 4hrs put did not charge me.I thought that was real thoughtful of them professionally and in a timely fashion but what I liked about them was i left them upstairs by themselves and because I'm a paraplegic and can't walk nobody was their to oversee their work.But their work has earned my respect and trust" and I will tell anyone who reads this their name speaks for it self HIRE THEM you won't regret it.

We contracted Ivan from out of state and he did a great job with the project. He stayed on schedule, kept us up to date with his progress, and sent us pictures of his work at each stage as we were not on site where the work was performed. We were very happy with the quality of work.

These guys did a great job. I had purchased 4 hours of work through a Big Deal, so when two guys showed up I assumed that meant they would be with me for 2 hours (2 hours with 2 men is 4 man hours), but they stayed for 4 hours and did a very good job. They also gave me fair estimates for future work I may need done, and I will definitely think about using this company again.

Roman and Ivan asked if they could work together, thereby adjusting the deal to two hours for two men, rather than four hours for one man. I agreed, and was more than pleased - so much so that I asked Roman and Ivan to stay longer and finish the jobs that could not have been accomplished within our contracted time frame. They were agreeable to that. Of course I paid an additional amount and that was only fair. I had previously purchased the items I knew they would need, since the deal was for labor and not materials. Firstly, they were punctual and called to tell me they were on their way. Both Ivan and Roman were extremely neat and put down drop cloths where they worked. In addition, they worked very carefully and paid close attention to detail. These gentlemen were professional, and very polite. Lucky for me that I chose them from Angie's List and I would not hesitate to recommend them and call upon them again in the future.

The two quickly got to work, dividing the tasks of hanging lights, a TV bracket and assembling the dining room table. They were patient with my requests in hanging the lights, as the lights needed to be in exact spots on the ceiling to be centered between windows and above furniture. Putting down four area rugs turned out to be more challenging than I could have imagined. I have heavy furniture, and it all had to be picked up/moved in order to get the rugs down. It ended up that all the bedroom furniture had to be moved out in to the living room, as the area rug is almost the size of the entire room. Again, Progress was cheerful, industrious, and got the job done in the most efficient manner. They had the correct tools for every job, and knew just how to complete each task. I will definitely call on them in the future for any handyman work I need done.

Ivan and Roman presented with impressive professionalism throughout their visit. They protected the floors and furniture during work, and were consistently cleaning up any debris that was encountered. They were very approachable in addressing our concerns, and we hope that this is the beginning of a long relationship. It is refreshing to find qualified individuals to perform work that you can not complete yourself. Very Impressed. Thank you Ivan and Roman!!!

Arrived punctually. Did an excellent paint job and fixed the front door to the house as well as caulked the bathtub and bathroom sink all very efficiently and meticulously. He was very polite and professional. And very quick!

Ivan Lyalyuk, the owner operator of Progress Inc. arrived promptly as per our telephone arrangement at my residence to install my air conditioner. Along with his partner they tackled the installation of a large in the wall unit. Because of their experience and expertise, everything went smoothly. Plus they cleaned up after the work was completed! I definitely will call on Progress again. Thanks Angie's List for the referral.

Work with ISL Progress couldn't have gone better. I've had a lot of contracting work done since I bought this house, which is usually a source of endless frustration. However, in this case Ivan and Roman were consummate professionals. They always showed up when they said they would show up and the work took the time they said it would take. If anything came up, they always kept me well informed. Moreover, this particular job involved co-ordinating with my electrician, who was in the middle of a tricky job. They went above and beyond the call to make sure everything went smoothly on that front, which made my life and the electrician's work easier. This was very important to me. In fact, one day, on short notice, they were able to stop by to get something the electrician needed done by the next morning. Again, this was nothing they had any notice about, but, as a favor to me, they stopped by and worked from about 9pm to 10pm on a Wednesday to make sure everything was ready for inspection the next day, and they wouldn't even accept a tip! I got a bunch of estimates for the job they did, and, honestly, there's was the highest bid. However, even in the bidding process, the always called me back, were always responsive and professional. The people who put in the cheaper bids were not. At this stage in home ownership, I feel like I've learned my lesson, so I went with the highest bid and could not be happier. This was a pretty big job with a lot at stake and it was one of the least stressful for me. I knew I could count on these guys. And what's more, they left the place immaculate. They are true pros and worth every penny!

Roman and Ivan replaced the front door that has become an eye sore in the neighborhood. They did more than they were supposed to and did a phenomenal job. I would definitely recommend them for any project. These guys are very courteous and really care about their reputation.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for 4 hours of plaster work. When I was ready to carry out the work I contacted Ivan who immediately contacted me back to set up a date/time. Ivan arrived on time and also called ahead on the day. When he arrived he was very professional and brought his tools inside. I explained what needed to be done with far more cracks needing attention than possible in the 4 hours. Ivan explained what needed to be done and said he would stick to the 4 hours. As work was progressing I asked if he could stay for an extra hour. Ivan obliged and we arrived at a rate for the extra hour. Ivan ran out of plastering material but he went to the local hardware store for more. I paid for the material and he left the unused for me. The work was not completed due the time constraints but I think he may made a good effort. Ivan was very tidy in carrying out his work and made sure everything was cleaned up after he finished.

Roman & Ivan arrived on time with all materials. They were very professional working from 9am to 5pm. They had to plaster the cracks in the walls and sheet rock a hole in the ceiling. The next day room was left to dry. Roman returned the following day to apply and smooth plaster. The final day Roman & Ivan sanded the entire room. When finished the room was completely cleaned and cleared of all trash, which they removed. They did excellent work, I am completely satisfied the job was worth every penny, I would definitely use them again.

He came out and took a very long time to do a very small amount of work and tried to have me pay more to have him come back out to complete the work. I had someone else complete it.

I bought the deal for 4 hours $99. Ivan contacted me that evening to arrange a time and showed up on the arranged date. He covered everything with plastic, he was thorough, friendly, informative and professional. The extent of the work was greater than the allotted time, and considering the drying and compounding factor, we required two additional days. His price was fair, his work was flawless, he was punctual and polite. And he cleaned up after himself. He was great, he will be coming back for more projects in the near future.

Great job and went above and beyond. We scheduled Roman to come fix a few dry wall issues in our house so that we could paint the same day. Not only did he do a great job with the drywall work, but he also helped us prep for the paint job and gave us great tips about proper painting techniques. He also was gracious to hold off on the 4 hour start time until he actually started the work... we didn't have the proper materials upon his arrival and had to run to home depot which burned about 30 m of his time. Thanks Roman and we will call you soon for the rest of that work.
