The 2 guys moved super swiftly and took great care in making sure they did the job properly. I was thoroughly impressed and even found myself saying out loud to them "you are so fast!".

It really, I wasn't satisfied. I had to supply my own sheet rock. I think the deal was overpriced.

It was fine. It’s two very young men. They were very nice. The cost wasn’t too expensive. They were fine. It was within reason. It took them two hours to get the job done. I would tell a friend that it was fine. I felt very comfortable. They were reliable and I like them very much. It wasn’t a big job. The quality was very good. I expect that they were a little bit late. They said they were going to come. They were an hour late and they got tied up. It’s always getting to me on time was a little bit difficult. They tried very hard.

It went great. They did a great job.

What else can I say. It went very well. Will use them again. I have lots more to do.

They provided handymen service, I will use them again

The brought an extra person out to do the work and ended up charging an extra $300.00 at the end of the job. The price was outrageous and they should have clarified more before they started.

Ivan came out at my request to inspect what needed to be done, he was prompt, polite and kept the meeting short. Our windows were recently replaced and my walls were cut back to allow space for their installation leaving floor to ceiling gaps in the drywall between the exterior and interior walls. I thought it was going to be a nightmare but Ivan worked out a very nice solution to my problem and made the whole process painless. The work was done in one day and extremely well done, he covered all my furniture and floor, picked up the necessary materials and tools, made the fixes, painted to match my walls and cleaned up in one day. I also had him patch my ceiling and bathroom which had water damage from an old leak. Again the work was excellent and done in one day! I would gladly use Progress again!

We were a bit hesitant to use Progress on a larger scale job as most of their reviews did not seem to include a scope as large as ours. However, after dealing with "not so great" contractors renovating our bathrooms, we preferred to take a chance with a highly rated company rather than someone recommended by salespeople (which is how we ended up with our "not so great" bathroom contractor). It was really the best decision we've made in this entire renovation project. As a matter of fact, we have no interest in looking for anyone else to do any sort of work in our home. Ivan, Roman and their crew are professional, courteous and responsive. They took on a rather large project at very fast schedule without compromising quality. They not only did what was asked, they consistently made suggestions that improved on the work. We had them do work in all sorts of trades (plumbing, concrete, floors, painting, walls - they even changed the entry door and locks and everything was done expertly. We really appreciated the fact that they cleaned up after themselves and took care of the large amounts of garbage without us having to ask - their end was just as good as the start. They do not quote a price and then quibble and try to add on extra charges. Their price was firm and included everything required to do the job. They were there when they were supposed to be, there were no false promises, they didn't tell me what we wanted to hear even though the opposite was true. We didn't experience 'sudden/unexplained "delays" of schedule. In short, they are the dream contractor. Use them - you won't regret it.

They initially had to reschedule due to anticipated snowstorm-they were very accommodating with our date requests. They scheduled us for 8-9 AM, at 8 AM they called to say they were on the way and arrived by 8:15AM. We purchased a deal-8 hours for fixed price plus cost of materials, we opted for them bringing the materials. We got 2 guys, 4 hours each. We had 3 projects for them but after assessing the first, they said that it couldn't be completed in the timeframe, but they could complete the 2 other projects. They were actually here for 5 hours and did not charge us for the extra time. The price of materials was very reasonable-much less than if we had bought it all new ourselves. They were neat, cleaned up completely after themselves and the ceilings look great. They also provided us with useful advice on next steps. We will definitely use them again.

These guys are aces. No charge for evaluation and price proposal. Consistently prompt and good communicators. Did exactly what they said they did, with superb execution, clean and within the time proposed. I will continue to use them.

Awesome and very professional and reasonable

Came on time and worked steadily - did good work.

Ivan came for both the preliminary estimation and the actual work promptly on time. He was very accurate and professional with his estimation. he was very nice, clear with everything he is about to do to fix the damage. When he was done he left the surrounding shiny and with a new and beautiful ceiling. We highly recommend him!

Ivan was prompt in returning my messages, agreeable to scheduling changes and arrived on site promptly. He even provided pictures of the work he did for us. I was grateful for the overall professionalism and will call this company first, should we need more work in the future.

They did spotty work overall. They completely failed to plaster under a wall installed air conditioning unit. They came down on the wall and stopped right at the baseboard without going underneath the unit. What they left was a huge blob of plaster that I had to chisel off so I could finish the work. We had purchased the "deal" along with another one for $99.00 so it could be used for the bathroom. If we hadn't already paid for this I wouldn't have had them out to do the bedroom since the work on bathroom was also below par.

They did the areas where the worst damage had been done by a leak from our upstairs neighbors. Unfortunately they paid no attention to other areas that required work done even though it had been pointed out to them before the work started. What they did do was sloppy and unfinished. They didn't get around the medicine cabinet or the door where it was need.

Provider arrived at 10am as stated. After I explained what I needed he went to work. When he was finished he cleaned everything up and explained professionally what needed to be done with other projects in the same room.

Ivan and Roman were very professional in their approach to the work and adapted to additional jobs which I added as they were working. They came and inspected the job site the next day following my call and gave me a decent estimate and explained exactly what they needed to do to accomplish what I was requesting. I was very pleased with their work on my bathroom and kitchen so I added the flooring of the kitchen, dining room and living room to their work load. They helped in selecting the proper materials at a good price from the job, and completed the new work without any delays, adapting their schedule to meet my needs. I am very happy with their work, and a few minor exceptions I found were quickly corrected to my satisfaction. I intend to use them again next year for further renovations.

Excellent job. I hired Progress for two other projects in the past, and after they did such great work, I hired them for the floors. My floors were damaged from both age and wear and tear. Previous padding under very old carpeting from the previous owner of my house damaged the floor, almost completely removing the finish in places. Also, there were gaps between the boards in many places. Progress repaired parts of the floor where there was work done in the past (it appeared like the floors had been hacked apart to do work underneath). They replaced multiple pieces, then fixed the gaps. They also sanded the entire first and second floors (the whole house) and refinished with oil-based finish. The floors look beautiful. The repairs are almost impossible to see, even though the original floors were 70 years old. It would be difficult to get a perfect match but they came close enough that it is hard to tell. They repaired the baseboards and repainted as needed. They were efficient, and left the house very clean when they left, which is impressive, considering how much dust the sanding can produce. Excellent work, will be hiring them for my next project.

They were great! Normally you do not look forward to dealing with a dozen different items that need to get done. Progress made it a pleasure and were professional and courteous. Quality of their work is great. Highly recommended.
