Did great work. I also needed a repair.

As you can read above, it did not go well at all. They stood me up twice & complained to me about not making enough money when dealing with Angie. I consider this unprofessional behavior & will not use them again.

The first time a new employee came and did not do the cleaning correctly. The next day I called them to come back and that same day the boss came back with the new employee and completed the job. Very professional and efficient.

The cleaning went well. My only concern was with the timing of the appointment. The appointment had to rescheduled multiple times either due to external factors like (vehicle break down) or human errors. Boris was very professional and offered additional services free of charge for the inconvenience.

They showed up as expected, always letting me know what time they were going to show up. After they showed up they set up and got right to work, really professional. Started and finished the job in incredible time, a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their vent cleaned the right way, I know because I watched them clean each and every vent,lol. The price was also right. Not only that, they taped up some leaks I wasn't aware of in my vents, thank you Ernest and again great job.

Great communication and service. He called ahead to say he finished his last job early and asked to come earlier. He was professional, courteous and did a good job of cleaning out the dryer vent.

Great from my first phone call to the service through to the end of the job. They are professional, courteous, and know what they are doing. They work neatly and carefully and take pride in what they do. Ernest did my house, and he was terrific. And, happily I found that Ernest works with Premier to do a wide range of handyman services including foliage and gardening. I'll be sure to call them back whenever I need something.

* They blew dust out into other rooms - inadequate sealing before using their blower. * They lost several vent cover screws and then claimed they never had screws in them * Mounted several vents' covers crooked * Lost screws to my furnace cover because they "accidentally blew them away", Thankfully they didn't end up in the blower * They tried to upsell me on a "duct disinfectant", looked the label up online and the manufacturer clearly says not to use that product as a disinfectant. * Complained about the number of vent outlets in the house. "Is this a single unit house?"

The 2 men arrived on time, they had given me a phone call when they were leaving from their last job. I appreciated that. They immediately got to work, removing vent covers and bringing in machines to clean the vents. After finishing all the work, they replaced my vents and moved furniture back as needed.

Excellent, the technician was great. Got the job done in a very fast time frame.

there were several fits and starts. After not showing up on 01 May andleaving me in the dark, the final arrangement was for 07 May. Kevin showed up on time and did a commendable job. He cleaned up after his work was finished and left the place spotless.

It went well. I was not personally home, but my father & his aide were. The person who did the work was professional. It cost more than the service because of an extra lint indicator, sold to us
