It went very well. The technician came promptly, and was very efficient and professional. He even was nice enough to clean up the dirt and mess that was left behind.

Scheduled an appt and they showed up a week early, this was corrected but I was out of town and could of been an issue. When they showed up they did a good job, however the people there were quick to do "upsells" and not give a receipt for it. They did clean my chimney very well as well as my dryer vent

The technician couldn't figure out where the dryer vent was and the job was not completed. Not only that, in figuring out where the dryer vent is, he messed up and broke the other vent around the HVAC machine and I end up hiring another guy to fix what mess Premier Cleaning guy did. It was a total mess. I would never hire Premier cleaning again. Beware of them!!!

Workers did a good job and sealed a previously disconnected dryer vent in addition to cleaning. Coupon was used and it was a good deal for the service.

I did not hire Premier Cleaning. They do not have general liability insurance even though it states that they are insured. I requested proof of workers compensation insurance and they wanted to charge me $125 just to print that out, which is unheard of... I am in the insurance business and I find this practice to be very unethical. I would understand the charge, if in turn their insurance company charged them to add me as additional insured (which is not the case here because they don't have liability insurance). However, it takes a minute to print out a certificate of workers comp insurance and it's free to do so as well, so it's very unethical to charge $125 for this piece of paper.

He cleaned all vents and the dust from the vents went into his vacuum. The only thing is that white dust from the drywall came down on furniture. This was as a result of removing the covers, which were screwed into the drywall. As a result of the covers being in drywall one cover has fallen off. That was more a problem with the way the contractor put the covers on in the first place. This was a good deal because of the coupon.

Other then being late, no issues... they were in contact with me the whole time to let me know of delays. The actual work performed was very fast.

They tech was prompt and very courteous. Service was done without any extra sales work. Really appreciated that.

Great job cleaning all the ducts in my home. Workers were very professional. Air flow is better and no more musty smell.
