Displaced ac ducting in attic during cleaning and left air gap. Shutoff ac fan blower switch while in attic and had to hire another contractor to investigate.

When i called to arrange to make an appointment they complained that Angies list sells their service for too low of a price. I explained to the person I spoke with that I am home this week so I will pay the difference for them to come this week. The price HE needed was agreed upon. Two hours before the appointment they called and cancelled. Not only did I not get the service but got screwed out of using ANYONE else on my week off. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE FROM THE BEGINNING. If you couldn't do the job just say so....I said I needed service for the dryer this week only.... ABOSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!

They were late. Putting that aside. I paid for unlimited heat vent cleaning through Angie's List. When they came they then refused to do the work without additional compensation because they said I had too many vents. I had no choice but to pay as I had already taken the day off work and needed the cleaning performed. Nonetheless they missed various vents and I had to point them out. They also left debris all over the place and only cleaned it up after I spoke to a supervisor. When it came time to put the covers back on the vents, some they had broken off the wall and they refused to put those back on and said I would have to pay additional for that (they did not even tell me they were leaving them off, they just placed them in the hole without screwing them on so they could fall off and hurt someone). To make matters worse, I just had to pull a dryer out for another matter, and when I did I found a huge mount of lint that they left behind the dryer when they supposedly cleaned the vent. It could have started a fire.

All went smooth, the guys came, explained what will be done, offered additional services, and finished the work in the time frame they provided when the service was arranged.

The job went really well. The crew them at premier sent was here the entire day. They did a fantastic job and really put in the effort. I ended up getting my chimney cleaned since they did a good job convincing me.

Two very courteous gentlemen showed for this job with only the tools they needed. I’m glad they were not trying to oversell what they do or make more of the job and string sell anything. Just came in looked at the thing and laid out their protective stuff and went to work. About the easiest service call I’ve had in a long time. Now I can heat living room instantly from fireplace.

I was happy and impressed with the two guys that came. They were professional, kind, kept me informed and even cleaned up before they left. Thank you premiere cleaning.

Great chimney sweep, but didn't receive email of written safety inspection.

First visit was punctual. The worker was professional and nice but he did something to completely close the flue and it was stuck in the open position. Tried calling the worker directly to have him come back but it seemed he wasn't interested in solving our problem. He questioned whether the flue was broke before he came. It's a new fireplace insert and was working 100% before he came. I did not like being questioned like that. I then emailed the owner of the company and he made arrangements for the worker to come back. It took about a week for him to come. In the mean time this was all during the holidays and we we couldn't use our fireplace. The worker came back and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. All is good now.

Came right on time and got the job done quickly and neatly. No complaints of any kind.

It was a big disappointment. They changed my appointment time last minute with a ridiculous reason. They need 5 hours and 30 minutes to fix a flat tire problem. They first cancelled my original appointment, then they called me last minute on the day of service. I already left my home to go to the service address. They could have called me or emailed me the previous day. A flat tire? No way. It should not take 5 hours and 30 minutes to change a tire? They are not good people. They are irresponsible and dis-respectful. They have no professionalism at all. A disappointment.

PLEASE READ ALL FOLLOWING: IT'S WORTHWHIL Immaculate finishing: removed my built-up fibers including cat hair (gets alll over from Siamese cat brothers, Bemer and Cooper-despite 2 other filters). Oh well. Now I rest assured that these two guys from Premier Cleaning have dealt with this problem definitively. Very informative and polite beyond what I've come to expect but not accept as the new non-form of politeness. These guys surpass all expectations: performance, efficiency, personality, and professionalism in abundance. A pleasure to have them in my home yet unobtrusive to almost a fault until you have a question ... then they demonstrate above-mentioned qualities. I will not have others trooping up and down the stairs and then acting as if they were in charge. I now know that we have exemplary young fellows who respect their client, their job and, most of all, themselves. Kudos!

It went pretty well. Air seems to be flowing quite freely. There was A LOT of build-up. 25+ years worth.

Initially, they did not do a very good job and tried to charge me for repair of a hole in the duct that I suspected may have been caused by the technician. After I spoke with Boris in the office, he waived the duct repair costs and sent the team back to do the job again. After the second visit, the vent appears to flowing more freely.

Albert came to do the job (slightly delayed after a previous job got more complicated). He was very pleasant, thorough and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend Premier to others for vent cleaning. In fact, we may use them to repair the vent attachment to the dryer.

Purchased a big deal for Premier Cleaning. I would say it was fair. After he left we noticed he did miss a couple vents. I wouldn't say he was the best service we've ever had. We had two systems so the Big Deal was twice as much. Like I said we've had better ones in the past.

They were really good. That is why we called them back. They did the dryer vent and we really liked them and we called them back to do the chimney.

Michael was wonderful. He was running late and called to say he was going to be a little late. We wanted part of the dryer vent changed so he did that and sanitized it. He was here for several hours since my house is a 3 story townhouse. He was very nice, and a hard worker. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Quick response to booking, timely arrival. I asked for help lifting the dryer onto sliders and they obliged very pleasantly. They worked quickly and efficiently, and I could tell the difference the next time I used the dryer.

Just fune...except they do not offer the advertised deal. We made an arrangement that I found reasonable anyhow. But unlimited # of ducts is NOT offered, despite what the advertised deal says. This should be corrected.

Very late. not communicating did poor job, did not clean up after himself

It went very well. The technician came promptly, and was very efficient and professional. He even was nice enough to clean up the dirt and mess that was left behind.
