They were very late, but the office did keep me posted on progress. Brushes were accidentally left behind so had to arrange to get them back.

I thought they did a good job at the first house. They took their time and did a through cleaning. They replaced the vent elbow because when they installed my new washer/dryer they pushed the machine too far back it crushed the elbow joint. They didn't tell me how much it would cost so in the end, they charged me $50 for it! Which I thought was ridiculous for a piece that was less than a foot long! I took them to my townhouse which was 15 mins away because they would do the same $50 deal to clean the dryer vent. It took them all of 5 mins since the dryer vent was outside my patio. There was quite a bit of lint and they did not want to vacuum the lent that was left in the deck because they didn't have time. That was very unprofessional their part! These kids need to grow up and be more professional. They have a hustle and bustle mentality instead of creating relationship with their clients and have repeat business.

I was very reluctant on cleaning my ducts. I didn't think I ever needed to clean them. My brother told me he used premier cleaning and the job went smooth so I looked around and when I saw the deal they had I had to call. Boris was very easy to talk to and he came on time and did a terrific job. He threw in a sanitation and even cleaned my dryers also. Definitely Recommend To anyone who needs work done!

Mike and his helper called before they arrived and were very courteous. They removed the flex vent from the main vent and cleaned both separately. I was very pleased with the service so i got an account with them. Next year i will get the same service with a discount.

I recently replaced my HVAC system and my contractor told me that my ducts were filthy. I found Premier Cleaning and called them and they immediately scheduled a technician the next day which was really convenient. Greg and Mike came and accessed the situation. They finished the jobs within 2-3 hours. Greg and Mike were punctual and professional. They were extremely helpful. I had a pleasure meeting them. Thank you Premier Cleaning! After 3 attempts of hiring air duct cleaning specialists, Premier Cleaning were the ones that got the job done. Once the summer season came in, so did the nasty smell. I had 3 guys come in and try to find the root of the problem and all had some kind of issues determining what the problem may have been; But not Premier Cleaning, they had 2 guys come in and carefully inspect all possible problems associated with my air duct and HVAC system, they eventually found a rodent (AKA Mickey Mouse) inside the air handler, right by the blower motor.

Vlad and his buddy did a fantastic job getting rid of my old a/c unit and installing a new one. They were well organized and very efficient. I'm very happy at how they were able to work inside a very busy store, without interfering with our store operations. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional help.

It was great. I signed a contract with him, so he will be servicing my house for the next two years. He had good communication, and was very punctual. The job took about 4 hours. He cleaned the grills of the vents as well. Everything was as promised, and I couldn't complain. I will be using him again.
