Great the person came out as scheduled and performed the Vent cleaning and inspection as per plan

there were several fits and starts. After not showing up on 01 May andleaving me in the dark, the final arrangement was for 07 May. Kevin showed up on time and did a commendable job. He cleaned up after his work was finished and left the place spotless.

It went well. I was not personally home, but my father & his aide were. The person who did the work was professional. It cost more than the service because of an extra lint indicator, sold to us

Albert was professional and did a wonderful job. He was very hard working and conscientious.

it went well--there were a couple of minor mixups but they followed up to make sure we were satisfied

The guys that showed up were very nice and did a good job at getting the lint out of the dryer vent.. However, they did not bring their own shop vac to clean up the lint that came out of the dryer vent. They cleaned the vent which left a huge amount of lint on the back deck of the house which they did not clean up. They also used our small vacuum cleaner to clean up the lint that was inside the house and clogged it up (I had to take it apart to get all the packed in lint out of the vac). They also changed the connection from the dryer to the vent. Works fine. If they had brought their own shop vac to vacuum up the lint I would have given them an A. Bring your own shop vac next time, guys.

He didn't have a ladder tall enough to go on my roof. I had to hold the ladder for him to jump on my roof. He was very nice but it didn't seem very professional.

It took one person about an hour to do the work. Most of the work was outside and they cleaned up afterwards. The checked for air leaks behind the dryer then conducted most of the rest of the work outside. He offered to replace the connector between the dryer and the vent line. He said I didn't need it, he didn't pressure me at all.

Very professional. Owner and employee took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Cleanup was great and everything was put back in place.

The first appointment date was scheduled for March 8, 2017 2pm to 4pm. They did not call to confirm, and did not call to cancel or to re-schedule. They just didn't show up. I had taken the day off work to accommodate this appointment. I called them around 4:30pm and the employee said that they were running behind and couldn't get there until 6pm or so. I couldn't do that. We re-scheduled for March 22nd from 8am to 10am. I took another day off work and waited. They didn't show up again. I called them at 10:30am I was told that they had car trouble. Their "new" car broke down. I have not re-scheduled with them.

Communicated effectively around re-scheduling due to a snow storm; work ended up being performed in a late Saturday afternoon, which was very convenient. Punctual. Explained the work before starting. The discount from Angie's list was honored and resulted in significant savings. I do not give an A because they left debris behind and forgot to put the furniture back in place.

They did fine. Polite, attentive prompt. BUT, the best thing was, the dryer vent came out of the dryer, 2 weeks later. I called them & they had someone at my home WITHIN the hour. Put it all together, with a smile and a wave. What a wonderful experience. !!

I called them and wanted a same day appointment and the guy who answered the phone had someone there in one hour. It was very professional and easy to get set up. When the guy came over, he seemed very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. He also showed me exactly what the problem was and taught me how to fix it and not have this problem in the future. The people were really nice and helpful and I appreciated the service. I also called around a little before and there pricing was a little more competitive.

The technician just left, and I'm happy to report the entire process was perfect. Boris from Premier Cleaning contacted me shortly after I purchased the special offer via Angie's List to setup an appointment. I was initially hesitant to purchase the special offer because the company is in Brooklyn, NY (a fair distance form my suburban NJ home) but they explained that they market throughout the area, and schedule their jobs to service several nearby locations on the same day, hence their efficient scheduling allows them to service my area, as well. This explanation made sense to me, and I was not surprised when they emailed me to schedule an appointment a few weeks out. My phone call was handled professionally, as was the scheduling process. Michael the technician arrived on time, and was quite cordial. He immediately set about his given task, and produced a large pile of dryer lint from the vent line as he cleaned it. He offered additional services such as HVAC line cleaning, and was not pushy when I declined indicating all 3 HVAC systems in my home operate with independent 4" HEPA filters. He also offered a Lint Alert system for the dryer (which I would consider a worthwhile kit for safety's sake) at a reasonable price. My dryer has an integrated system that monitors pressure/backflow and alerts me when a vent cleaning is required, and he again did not push when I advised him of why I didn't need that either. Upon completion, he cleaned up the lint and left. The entire process took about 15 minutes, and was entirely pleasant. The additional services he offered were not out of line at all, and if my home were not otherwise equipped I would likely have found value in them. That he didn't push when I declined, and agreed with my reasons rather than try to push an invalid point were testament to his high level of professionalism. I would recommend this company, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Albert and his coworker did a great job. They worked very hard as the dryer setup was not easy to access and they were very professional or courteous. In the process of cleaning the air duct they discovered the original vent tubing was damaged and attached improperly. They replaced it for the price of the new tubing and did a thorough, high quality job.

They did their best with the tools that they have, but they are not prepared for a fireplace chimney that gets regular use and really needs cleaning (we use our fireplace partially to heat our home, i.e. 2 to 3 nights a week and during the day on weekends when it's below freezing outside). In the end, I was satisfied that they did their best and certainly they left it cleaner than they found it. I was also satisfied with their customer service, since after initially coming late and somewhat unprepared for the appointment, they offered a refund or to schedule another appointment, and then took all the right steps to make things right (they even cleaned our dryer vent for free on their second visit). The technicians cleaned the flue from both above and below and properly sealed the fireplace so as not to make a dusty mess in our living room. In the end, they removed much of the dry, flaking material from the chimney and firebox. However, there is also still a significant amount of glazing/tar in our firebox that likely can probably only be removed with a chemical treatment. I will continue to use the chemical spray/consumer product I have been using routinely when we burn, but I may need to hire a more professional chimney outfit to remove the heavy stuff at the end of the season. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the time and effort the Premier Cleaning guys put in considering the $59 price I paid.
